When adversity strikes

Let me be strong and work out solutions

And let my looming darkness pour out of me

Into mother nature who accepts my pains with a grounding embrace

And lets the fruits of my strength bear new trees,

The tree that casts grey shadows on my garden

Oh, a beautiful grey that gives me a break from all the moving colours

Of the busy world and vivid memories of life.

In this shadow, I reside and recharge;

Then step out into the raindrop’s refraction of light.

A death of the past and rebirth towards success.

Below is our email interview with her : . . What is your responsibilities as the Flight Dispatcher? As a flight dispatcher, I am responsible for preparing operational flight plan (OFP) and dispatching the aircraft from one destination to another. It is our responsibility to ensure the aircraft is safe, taking into consideration of aircraft performance and load planning, fuel planning, weather forecast, airspace restrictions, and airport condition. Flight dispatcher evaluated Notice-To-Airmen (NOTAM) concerning the establishment, condition or change in any aeronautical / airport facility, services, procedure or hazard during the flight release. Our role is also to monitor typhoon warning, volcanic activity and ensure dispatch is well-planned to minimize operational disruptions. . An additional info: out of 39 CAAM Approved CAMO organisation in Malaysia, so far that we know of (correct us if wrong lah 😬) there are only two (2) woman CAM Manager (Firefly (Mdm Nurashikin and Mdm Zaty Galaxy Aerospace) in Malaysia. . While on my daily walk, I discovered this clown and his assistant walking towards a nearby home where a family was waiting outside by their front door. He was holding a sign that wished a sweet little four-year-old girl a very happy birthday. Both clown & assistant sang “Happy Birthday” from the sidewalk as the little family surrounded her with well wishes. It was beautiful to watch her smile and wave at him, and I’m grateful to have seen that sweet moment of celebration.
