Hi💜 I haven't been too active here because of you know what (if you visit my blog often, you'll know).
I received a payment through my ko-fi today and I was surprised, but then I remembered one of my mutuals subscribed so he sends money monthly (thank you so much🥺).
I wish I could post something that is worthy of that money...
Anyway: I just wanted to tell you I really appreciate all of my mutuals, you don't give up on me even if I'm not here much🥺💜

The way Nikki succinctly sums up exactly what's going on between Emmit and Varga with barely any information...

"Is it true? Do you love me?" "Yes! But I couldn't tell you because I'm a nobody -- I have nothing to offer you -- NOTHING!"
Poor Self-Esteem afflicts both men & women in romance comics.
Clockwise from top left:
Intimate Confessions 6 (1952)
Romantic Secrets 19 (1951)
Popular Romance 16 (1951)
Lovers' Lane 5 (1950)

My undying love to Mike Myers and the insanity of Wayne's World for motivating me to learn all that I could about Freddie and Queen. The discovery of Highlander and the sheer brilliance of the accompanying music coaxed me further down the path. Watching the recording of their 1986 performance at Wembly was a fucking revelation. There can never be enough said about the sheer brilliance and absolute genius of Freddie Mercury! We were not worthy!!!!

I think we all need to remember that the burden of proof is on the police and prosecutors here. And that burden should be very high, always, but especially for a crime as serious as murder, and especially one so high-profile.
The police want the public to believe they caught the guy so we'll think they're competent and CEOs will feel safer. The police also have a known and very extensive history of wrongful arrests, including those leading to wrongful convictions.
We don't know that the 'person of interest' they've arrested is necessarily guilty - and the cops are not a reliable source on that claim.
Regardless of whether this man committed the crime, the 'justice' system still has to prove it.

Just a couple of dudes reminding you that Aldis Hodge is, in fact, the sexiest man alive. In addition to being a horologist, he's also a painter and a violinist. He also went to school for architecture.

If I start thinking too hard about Peter Pevensie sparing Miraz's life I'll lose it...
He hated him so much, he hated him more than he's ever hated anyone. Peter hated him for taking Narnia from him, cause that's his country and those are his subjects and Miraz doesn't deserve to be their king! He hated him so much, he wanted revenge throughout the whole movie so badly that his rage blinded him and caused him to make so many mistakes, until the point that he starts to hate himself, too. But still, when it came down to it he wouldn't take his life. And the thing is, that was a mistake, too, just from a purely strategic perspective (as pragmatic Edmund points out). But it was a mistake that proved that he was indeed worthy to be king of Narnia. Because it was everything that Peter is and everything that Miraz wasn't.

Hey, in case you needed to hear this: It's okay if you move in a slower pace than your peers seem to be
Not everyone starts off the same and not everyone's on the same footing moving forward. The important thing is that you're not giving up <3
