What a weekend! An incredible WBFF Worlds Competition. I spent the week in Toronto in and out of photoshoots & the gym, on and off stage, and was even selected to walk the red carpet for the PPV prior to the show starting. I did not place amongst the top 5 in my division, but I brought an improved physique to the stage, modeled an exquisite themewear piece by @fuchsiabyalexdavey and got to visit with my international friends back stage, as well as made a few new ones. It was an honor to stand among the Best of the Best Pros in our sport on the World's Stage. In 2017, the WBFF Worlds Show will be in London - you can bet I'm gonna make every effort to be part of the medal round next year! 😉 This #fitover50 lady is up for the challenge... When I was invited to #wbfflondon it almost killed me to stay focused on #ironmancozumel ... I would love nothing more than to be stepping on that stage tomorrow!
