Sunday morning... time for snoozing, tea and breakfast in bed... 🌹 I was at a wedding reception yesterday evening and am currently relaxing in a swanky hotel bed whilst I enjoy a lovely cup of tea! ☺️ ...I forgot my book though... 😒 If I'd bought it I would be reading American Gods... which so far I'm loving... occasionally there are a few scenes where I can't quite follow what's happened... but apart from that it's awesome... like a much more gritty Percy Jackson... 🙈 #booksandflowers for #watermelanerdsmarch

My #marchtbr 📚 (Ignore the fact that I finished BLLB this week... it was an accident) 🙈 I don't really set strict #tbr lists for myself because I have commitment issues and once I tell myself I'm going to read something my brain no longer wants too... this is my first proper year using goodreads and I've had to stop using the currently reading feature until I'm about halfway through the book - because as soon as I do I no longer want to read it... 🙄 Does anyone else have that problem or am is it just me!!! 🙈 Anyway... Day 28 Book Challenge ☀️ . 👣 Finding you can change, knowing you are wrong - I'm not into conformity. I like change, or rather, the outcome of change. Even if it means so much pain in the process. I like difference, even if in some ways, it's wrong. It reminded me of Delirium, of how when one chooses to be different, the rest follows. I love my cover of Delirium, i bought it in the UK and I like how I have a different copy from the rest 💕 . 🤴🏻 Favorite Character - Julian Blackthorn from Lady Midnight. You have to give him credit for raising so many of his siblings properly even from such a young age. He reminds me of James Carstairs for his gentleness and kindness. Especially the patience to have such an erratic parabatai 😅 . QOTD: Were you rebellious at one point in your life? I know i was 😂 I gave my parents such a hard time when i was a raging teen, my rage at the world so inexplainable. Day 27 Book Challenge ☀️ . 🌻 I'm trying hard to be happy about certain aspects in my life right now, but it's hard with a broken heart in all honesty. I'm giving it so much time, allowing myself to be sad when it hits, and also allowing myself to be happy even if it's short-lived. I'm learning to be stronger everyday, more independent. But the loneliness sometimes eats me up. But I'm trying hard to start over, and i guess it's a good thing. . 🛋 I don't have any particular reading nook if i were being honest. I could read absolutely anywhere, completely lost in another world. Mostly I like to read in secluded corners because people don't notice me, hence nobody bothering me. . QOTD: What's your current read? I just finished this book today and tbh, it's the FIRST EVER book to make me tear up a bit. I'm in love with how amazingly real the character is to me, as if she was talking to me directly.
