Last week we visited the winery owned by the cinematic creator of The Godfather, Francis Ford Coppola. Today we ordered a real Godfather wine from our hometown winery, Mare Islandβs own Godfather winery. This was a Tempranillo from Clarksburg AVA, nicknamed Prohibition Red. For $30 it was a decent wine and went well with Cajun-spiced and blackened. The views were pretty crazy beautiful which added to the ambience. Swipe to see a photo of the marina. _______________________________________#tempranillo #clarksburg #clarksburgava #mareisland #vallejo #vallejomarina #water #marina #waterfront #waterfrontrestaurant #napariver #napariverfront #wine #vino #redwine #vinotinto #redwinelover #mondaymotivation #monday #mondaymood #winemonday #unpackingsucks #iwishihadmagicpowers #winemakesitallbetter (at Mare Island)
