sometimes i think about the 700k+ adventure zone balance fanfic thats just. sitting there. on my laptop. i spent like a year writing it. its never going to see the light of day. ive only ever read the entire thing through once because its SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND WORDS.

idk there is just something so interesting about it to me! i wrote it with the intention of posting it one day! its still the longest thing ive ever written! its a mess of a draft and there are so many plot points that got dropped halfway through with the idea that i’d edit it but of course i never did. parts of it are borderline unreadable and parts of it genuinely still slap.

i would not be the writer i am today if i didnt write that thing. like i can count so many ways writing that thing shaped my habits and allowed me to sort of figure out how to tell longform stories because of all the mistakes i made in writing it that i now know better about. while writing it i wrote 6k words a day every single day for like three months straight.

its an entire story and im the only person who will ever see it. what the fuck.
