#thinking out loud#was creeping a bnf who is no longer active and they had a post up explaining their indefinite hiatus#as is the case for many ppl fandom provided a place for them when they were struggling with real life#and through fandom they found a lot of friends#including their current SO#bc they were fandom posting on main and an old friend hit them up and they reconnected and they are now talking abt getting engaged#basically their conclusion was that they're moving on from fandom/internet to focus on life/school/career#good for them#but also...what about me 😭😭😭#not in the personal sense bc i was not in the same circle as this blog i just saw them a lot on my dash#it's that feeling i get whenever someone leaves my current workplace#like when will i feel ready to move on 😭 sometimes i still feel like the same person i was when i was 21#when will i feel fulfilled enough to definitively say i'm ready to move on to the next stage in my life?#or have i already reached my final form and i'm gonna be like this when i'm 50?
