IN ADDITION to my warioware birthday group shot, i have FINALLY made cover art for all of my almost-a-year-old warioware character playlists. And in honor of warioware day i am officially releasing them into the wild. Enjoy these carefully curated slices of everyone's brains, and sorry in advance.

4. Fav character/subject that's a bitch to draw

Every favorite character i've ever had in my life is de facto a bitch to draw simply because my standards heighten to match my enjoyment of their face. Every orbulon i draw is with a tinge of regret that i can never capture his essence in a way that matters

9. What are your file name conventions

I use procreate and what i do is i duplicate every file and replace all the layers so that all my comics are the same width (because i can't be arsed to set the measurements myself) and so everything i've done since january is just called "roof"

11. Do you listen to anything while drawing? If so, what

I listen to one of 3 things: the classical music station on my epic radio, spotify (either my Big Dump Playlist with 600+ tonally clashing songs or the wariowareinc playlist of whatever character i'm in the middle of drawing), or - when i am going stir crazy from lack of sufficient stimulus - a movie in the background. Today was men in black

It's kind of unfair how cute "Izzy" is as a diminutive when every single name it's short for goes so fucking hard. Like, "Izzy" is variously attested to as a diminutive for:

Isaac

Isabel/Isabelle/Isobel

Isaiah

Isambard

Ishmael

Isidor/Isidoro/Isadore

Israel

Every last one of these names is immensely respectable, and yet they also have the cutest possible short form. It's unjust, is what it is.

Daily Dragon #189 / #190 / #191 - Tatsugiri Curly / Droopy / Stretchy Forms

Three new dragons for the price of one! Don't you love to see it? I always forget these little things are dragons, but they were actually surprisingly fun to draw!

Daily Dragon #192 - Verde

Another dragon OC from one of my mutuals! This lovely dragon archer being Verde from @wariowareinc! I was told to “go nuts with the design” so I did :)

Daily Dragon #193 - Bombodon

Small mechanical dragons designed to, what else, blow stuff up! The can hover short distances as well as walk on land so they're effective at accessing hard to reach areas for construction and mining

Daily Dragon #194 - Bog Rex

These dinosaurs live in murky swamps, where they are masters of swimming and blending in. They can wait in water for prey for so long they sometimes grow moss and fungus on their back!! If it's not obvious, I painted this one haha

School supplies is on sale so I went and bought some stuff. They had a silly little crayola paint set for like $2 so I bought it. I haven't painted anything in YEARS but I thought it could be fun :)

And yeah I know this is only 6 dragons but the next one is 3 dragons in one and 2 are for next week so... be patient...
