THE DIALOGUE WHEN YOU SWITCH TO THE HEX FRAME AFTER YOU START DATING THEM😭😭

This update has single-handedly:

1. Made me wanna spend a stupid amount of plat for a cosmetic which I never do without using a good discount, and only if I find it really worth it.

2. Made me fully, genuinely crush on a fictional character, and fully dedicate my time and effort into winning over his heart (I literally wait impatiently every single day for that damn daily reset).

3. Made me main Excalibur (he's one of my least used frames) for the sole purpose of switching to Arthur and hearing his little love talk every time.

[SPOILERS] Arthur Nightingale - Backrooms Romance Dialogue - Warframe 1999

So I finally sat down, had an argument with Davinci Resolve (I’m used to using Avid Media Composer professionally) and made a compilation of Arthur’s dialogue when he moves into your backrooms. Featuring oc Drifter Morrigan. Enjoy 8 mins of Arthur being romantic, horny and emo. The last one is the dirtiest I think.

Warframe 1999 is probably my new absolute fav cinematic quest so far, spoilers below the cut:

The fucking Hex I love them all so damn much.

The soundtrack especially during the truck chase + Neci boss fight

The lingering potential for Wally given that comment about others having taken from them.

The fact that the Drifter fucking gets to use Duviri Rewind ability to try to save the Hex, which goes into just how fucking powerful we the Tenno are becoming

Also love the Backroom too and can't wait to have my romance partner in there

Fuuuuuuuuuuuck this is such an amazing quest and I haven't even dived into the afterwards yet.

Warframe's music never fails to fuck severely with each expansion to the soundtrack managing to outdo the last in fuck severity but - and I might be biased because of my existing love for late 90's grunge rock - I think 1999's ost is the peak for me so far.

I've had Infection on loop in my Backroom since getting it from Aoi and its just. Rrrghghgh I love it so much.

Drifter officially has a void power that the operator does not: heckin timeloop control carried over from Duviri. I love that for them that's so themes Drifter has done this before and has lived in time loops for so long but they are not afraid to do it AGAIN to change not only their own fate but the fate of those they care about.

Also I love them calling Drifter Marty. I love Marty I hope they continue to call me Marty that's like my favorite pet name second only to maybe Shiny.

Indifference is so interesting. Is that like Wally's official name now? Is that Wally? Is that Wally as an endless being? Is it a thing bigger than Wally? It's gotta be Wally, right? Just Wally as a realm rather than just a man in a wall?

Entrati just hecking whipping out a Lex Prime to gun people down is so funny to me tbh. Looks I gotta dirty my hands again let me pull out a shiny new Generic Gun #2 and blast some fools. There's probably themes there too with how it's a weapon for extremely precise application of shots and he uses it only for when he needs to do extremely precise things but like. also. Albrecht just pistol whips someone (he could have done this the whole time and chose not to). like damn

Also entrati's backroom is KILLER. I love this place. It's so swag. absolutely popping amazing showstopping such STYLE. Another perfect little home away from home. You know I didn't actually check if we can decorate it but I hope so it's great

ALSO the helminth just kinda being able to manifest itself there in the mall as like our transfer point kinda is super interesting. It's different but the same. It's like it helped us manifest ourself through time and techrot. What are the implications of this?? Fascinating. Only more questions about the helminth strain and how it manifests.

can't wait for the quest transcripts to get on the wiki so I can comb back through them again there was a lot of things said and hinted at I feel like. Why is Wally able to manifest through Rusalka. Are there two Rusalkas or just one. Wally only taking the operator's form and not the Drifter's is very telling I feel like. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
