The Ultimate Question

When is the best time to have kids?

I know not everything is planned, but planned or not I want to hear your experiences! Did you have kids in yours 20s, 30s? Do you wish you did sooner, later? Why?

I’m finding myself with severe baby fever and it’s been going on forever! I am happily engaged, but can’t wait to try for a baby! I am a happy dog mom and I don’t know if I feel ready..I feel scared, but I know this is something I want. Is there ever a time you truly feel ready and not afraid? What are your biggest challenges?

When I was sick at 15 they told me I may never be able to conceive! I have since taken steps such as getting a HSG x-ray to see how my anatomy looks! Turns out one was blocked but they were able to open it during the HSG by flushing it. I have also been prescribed letrozole but haven't started taking it yet! What are or were your biggest fertility challenges if any?

There is no right answer, but I would love to get some insight into your experiences!

Today’s Fertility Log 12.9.16

Not much going on in my body today, to be honest, aside from a few twinges/lower abdomen pinching in the wee hours of the morning (I was up until 4am).

my CM seems to be egg white, definitely milky in color and consistency...but as far as being stretchy it is only very thin, small strands that stretch more than an inch, the rest peak. I’m not sure if this is different or if my body has always done this. I’m beginning to suspect that I ovulated earlier than both of my fertility apps calculated. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this one implants! After looking at my log it is definitely strange that I have recorded my cervix being high twice in one month...in one cycle! not scientifically possible, right? Now I’m second guessing myself when before, I was confident I knew what I was doing when checking cervical position. lol 

Ughhh. Either way, it’s too early to test and the only thing I can do is wait. I hate the 2WW! ><

My Jorge. Today was his birthday celebration. I called my mother and asked her to put the phone to his ear.
