So Walter x Killian hcs BITCHES. n also before anyone comes tell me that's problematic or whatever 1) i hate antis so just block me thx <3 2) Walter is literally 20-24 years in the movie, most likely 24 years old actually. Go to his wikia page n then to the comments for a pretty good theory/explanation on that. They said they'd put that age range on his profile but it just says 20 yrs old, which just seems false after all the proof from that commenter so. Yh. Fuck u <3

Now, first things first, yall know Walter upgraded the FUCK out of Killians body mods. Like he went "that looks cool! But i can make it better :) just saying :)"; now killian has better, comfier, smoother tech, like an actual robot hand instead of a claw; his eye was already pretty nice, Walter just helped make it more natural looking in case of malfunction, n avoid any pain n shit like that

Walter has Killian wrapped around his lil finger its insane. Anyone with any prior context of everything between them just doesnt know how to act. Walter wants a water? Ok but does he want it flavoured? Iced? Natural? Walter looks at Killian with those big blue eyes and suddenly he just has to touch him in any way.

Walter is definitely the chill half of this couple. Walters the anchor. And im not saying chill like in general, Walter is still is cute energetic self, what i mean is only one of them will become a flustered mess after their first kiss and think abt it forever all the time, especially at night while he watches the other sleep and pets his hair and is overwhelmed by the amount of Feelings he has for the other (killian is so emotionally repressed but then walter is the way he is n he just naturally forces killian not to be that way by just fucking breathing, n its very disorienting for Killian)

Killians not affected by sleep hours all that much, he goes to sleep whenever n then wakes up whenever n he'll be fine. Walter, however, is not a morning person. Can u imagine walter grumpy? Well, killian has now experienced it many times. Its actually how he first realized his feelings for walter. Its stupid endearing (he'd never admit this tho ofc)

Killian bites as a love language. Theyre very soft (sometimes >:)) n walter always turns beet red when he does them

Its hard for both of them to say i love u, but for different reasons. Killian, for ur regular degular emotional repression. Walter, because he never had meaningful emotional n intimate relationships to warrant saying that except for his mom, so saying it gives him anxiety like no other. So, they do that thing where u tap someone 3 times as "i love you" n then the other taps back 4 times "i love you too"

Killian never had the habit for listening to music. Walter introduced him to kpop n it all went downhill from there (his main group is dreamcatcher, because he has taste. His bias is dami)

Walter needs glasses but always forgets them. Killian is now used to carrying around two pairs of glasses: one for himself, n a duplicate of Walters glasses

"There is a catch, though," Jenkins took over. "Your proposal hinges on near 24/7 surveillance. Cameras from every angle outside the property the initiate is staying on, and an agent living in-house with the prisoner. Since this is your idea and Killian wants to speak with you, you will be the agent monitoring him."

Subplots

AVENGERS + ADJACENT

— Battle of New York was the first domino to fall and also the first mission of the Avengers. Already they were crumbling from the moment they began after being rounded up by Nick Fury. Couple that with Tony Stark’s incessant need to find a way to protect the Earth from the terrors outside the solar system with Ultron, the Avengers are fraying at the seams. There’s a clear divide between them, those for Registration and those vehemently against. Steve Rogers stands in the middle, a man with a code and a mission to save as many people as he can. For now, it’s through being on the MAC, but it’s quickly becoming clear that Congress doesn’t want to see reason. The tensions between those that are in approval of registration and those against is starting to wear thin and it might see the split of Earth’s first major hero team.

X-MEN/BROTHERHOOD

— Charles Xavier, one of the leaders of the MAC, has made it clear that he isn’t going to fight against the Registration laws. As the founder and creator of the X-men and Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters, he leads the charge in following the Registration. He has graciously offered all students and members of the X-men to be one of the first to join the list of powered humans. This of course sets off a chain reaction amongst the mutant kind. Those that are for Registration, stay with Charles and the X-men, assuming the best while those that are heavily against the idea of being monitored leave their home behind and join the Brotherhood on Genosha. Scott Summers has left the X-men behind, moving to Genosha to create his own team of fighters hellbent on protecting the lives of the innocent mutant children out there and working on keeping them from the Registration list. Then of course there is the Hellfire Club, the mysterious mutant exclusive group whose intentions are their best kept secret. Only Emma Frost has made her way outside the shroud of mystery in order to sit on the MAC, but really it’s just to keep her feelers out in the world for mutant gain. Tensions are high amongst mutant kind, battle lines are drawn, and the powder keg is about to be lit.

STARK INDUSTRIES/DODC 

— The moment the Battle of New York happened, SHIELD ceased to exist. The Department of Damage Control rose in its place. These good men and women of the DODC work tirelessly to make the world safer for those humans who just want to live in peace and harmony. There will be no more shady missions in the background, no priority given to the powered heroes. Only cleaning up the mess that they created in the first place. Except Tony Stark wasn’t exactly all for it. While for Registration after the disaster of Ultron, he knew that having freedom to create outside of the government’s control is imperative. Which is why he and Stark Industries began to poach the former members of SHIELD. While Stark wasn’t a big fan of SHIELD in the first place, at least they did some good. He plans on doing the same. The only problem is the DODC doesn’t necessarily enjoy Stark Industries scalping their best people. SI might just be facing some legal battles with some physical force in the future especially with those former SHIELD agents who have gone to SI without finishing out their government contracts

— Justin Hammer and Aldrich Killian. Two names that should be enshrined in the hall of the greats, but they’ve only become shadowed by Tony Stark. They plan on changing that. Hammer Industries and AIM have teamed up together to work on weapons that target those rogue metahumans who refuse to comply with the government’s wishes. It doesn’t hurt that both of them have grudges against the Avengers, Tony Stark in particular. Sure, their work might be controversial, but they have the government funding and the law enforcement that tend to look the other way when it comes to shady deals. Doesn’t hurt that HYDRA may or may not be slinking its tentacles into the mix too. Illegal experimentation has become rampant behind the scenes, but HYDRA doesn’t have to worry. They have more than a few politicians on their side to keep them from being discovered and what information they learn, they’re giving over to AIM for future weaponry. The illegal, cruel, circle of life if you will.

— Everyone knows that the media only show what they’re paid to show, what stories matter to the people with the deep pockets. Before the registration laws went into effect, there were rumors that the media was being bought, but it wasn’t until the laws happened that it was clear just who was paying the big bucks. Nowadays you can’t turn on a news channel without some TV spot about a rogue mutant or dangerous metahuman destroying property or endangering lives. The civilians of the world are only being fed what the politicians want them to see and that happens to be the downfall of metahumans. If only there were some media personalities out there that planned on fighting back against the blatant discrimination.

— Wilson Fisk considers himself the savior of Hells Kitchen. A rich benefactor in public, but a crime boss behind closed doors and no one dares speak up about it. For years he’s doled out offers of money and favors with the unspoken agreement that those favors will be called in one day. Now that Registration laws have gone into effect, he has generously offered a safe haven for those unregistered or fugitive metahumans on the run, using their abilities for his own gain. The only problem is now that he’s expanded his empire, it also means more eyes are on him and what others found fishy, they now find evidence of his meddling. Matt Murdock has been watching Fisk for years, buying his time, but now that Fisk’s seedy deals are starting to come to light, he’s starting to bring more of the other vigilantes to fight alongside the Daredevil. But you know what they say about deep pockets…

The Proposal, ch?? teaser

Killian stopped as he entered the house, hearing music from the kitchen. It was familiar, something he hadn't heard in at least a few years. Elvis wasn't someone he typically listened to.

He hadn't thought Walter would be a fan either.

He could see the kid at the table, tinkering with some new project. The kid could barely keep that big brain of his occupied, and if he wasn't working on some project for R.T.U.V. then he was working on some personal project or other. He'd barely left the kid alone for an hour while he took a jog to stretch his legs and get some air, and already Walter had taken apart the toaster. He's surprised it actually took this long.

"What are you doing?" he asked, chuckling as Walter nearly fell out of his chair, so engrossed in his work he hadn't heard Killian enter. He jerked his head over with wide eyes. Killian raised his hands, the fingers on his new hand clicking a little. "Easy, kid. Didn't mean to startle you."

"Who's startled? I'm not startled! You didn't startle me!" Walter rambled. Killian just rose a brow with a small smirk. Walter coughed. "Right, uh..." He rubbed the back of his neck. "Sorry. I guess I was spacing pretty hard."

"You have to learn to be more aware of your surroundings," Killian stated. He strolled to the sink, filling up a glass of water and taking a sip before taking a seat next to the younger man. Walter wouldn't look at him. "Might get you hurt one day."

Walter gave a sad little snort. "Yeah, well... it wouldn't be the first time." Killian felt a burst of anger, first at the thought of any who would dare hurt such a sweet kid, only for it to settle at the realization that he had also hurt the little genius. He released a slow, controlled breath. Walter shook his head. "A-anyway," he stuttered, "h-how was your run?"

"Oh, it was quite exciting," Killian said, leaning back in his chair, arms crossed. He grinned at the wide eyes the kid gave him. "I saw some birds, saw some trees." Walter's lips pursed, eyes narrowing. Killian smirked. "I think I even saw a fox."

"Okay, now you're just teasing," Walter grumbled.

"A bit, yeah," Killian admitted. The song on the radio changed, Heartbreak Hotel switching over to Blue Suede Shoes. He figured Walter was listening to a playlist instead of a radio station. "What are you working on?" He gestured to the mess on the table.

Walter's eyes widened. "Uh... The flippy thing on the toaster wasn't working..."

Killian rose a brow. "Seemed to be working fine this morning."

"Okay, fine- I got bored!" Walter admitted. He threw his hands up. "The bread was taking too long to toast, and I was getting impatient! So I thought, maybe I could make it heat up faster. Instant toast!"

"You're going to strain the heating element if you do that," Killian pointed out. "Wears it out faster."

Walter sighed. "Yeah, I know. Worth a shot, though, right?" He gave Killian one of those shy smiles.

"Never hurts to try." Killian ignored the soft feeling that little smile brought him. He glanced over at the counter where Walter's little cobbled together radio sat. "Although," he started, "I never would have figured you for an Elvis fan."

"Well, you would figure correct," Walter admitted. He looked back down at the toaster, clearly avoiding Killian's gaze. "My, uh... My mom loved Elvis. She and my grandma used to listen to all kinds of old music."

"And how old counts as old music?" Killian asked, trying to lighten the mood.

"Anything before I was born," Walter said with a laugh. "But really anything before 1991. Mom was a big Queen and Michael Jackson fan."

"At least she had some taste," Killian muttered. That earned him another quiet laugh, and he counted that as a point in his favor. As the song ended and the opening notes of the next started, Killian had an idea. He grinned a little. "Although, Elvis was the King for a reason."

Walter looked up from where he was screwing a panel back in place, brow raised in curiosity. "And what's that?"

Killian stood, holding out his new hand to the younger man. Walter looked confused but took it, only to yelp as Killian hauled him from the seat, catching him around his thin waist with his good arm. He watched as pale cheeks flushed bright red, grinning down at the boy as he adjusted his hold on Walter's hand. "He certainly knew how to set the mood." Walter stared back with wide eyes.

"Wise men say"-

Killian led with a step away from the table to the more open space of the kitchen, chuckling as Walter stumbled over his feet.

"Only fools rush in"-

"Follow my lead," he murmured, pulling the youth closer. Walter only seemed to blush more, looking away from Killian's face to his chest. This seemed to only make him even more embarrassed, and he glanced off to the side.

"But I can't help"-

He couldn't seem to figure out what to do with his other hand, eventually placing it on Killian's upper arm. The kid barely came up to his shoulders, and Killian tightened his grip around his waist, pulling him impossibly closer. He was so small in Killian's arms.

"Falling in love with you."

Walter can be a really scary and ruthless person when he wants to be or his friends are treated.

It's amazing to see how he turns from a kind and clumsy person into a non killing terminator. He often plays with them, till he finds the best way to break them.

One time a villian had the glorious idea to swap the agents with robots to overtake the agency and steal important plans. They started with Lance (because best Spie) and Walter immediately noticed. He was able to hack the robot and learn the plan of the villian and decided to play along. He acts as if everything is OK, till he had the information of where Lance and the villian were. Walter just walked into the lair like he owned the place and demanded for them to hand Lance over.

Walter found out everything about the villian and gave him the tongue lashing of the century (and Lance would lie if he told anyone that he wasn't turned on by this)

The agency was concerned that they didn't notice that Lance was doubled again and when they asked how Walter was able to do that, he just said that the bot walked different than Lance.

For those who are curious about the bot, Walter deviated him and he goes now by the name of Spear and lives in Canada.
