Thrilled and Delighted to hear (quite literally) that my 8yr old downstairs neighbour has kept up with his music lessons and has progressed from stage 1 to stage 2

when I was a small child, I was the unenviable combination of "loves particularly haunting ghost stories" and "is incredibly terrified of everything and cries a lot."
these days my mom is constantly like YOU??? WERE READING WHAT????
I was basically a nervous wreck at all times, and it was mostly because I was constantly reading things that as an adult I reread like "wait what the fuck?" lmao
#she and dad would take me to half price books and let me have like $10 worth of books from the $1 kids section#there were a lot of series books like animorphs and goosebumps and babysitters club so I got a lot of those#but I'd also get like the most fucked-up ghost stories for kids you've ever heard of in your life#me: 'remember that book I had about christmas ghost stories?'#'and there was that one about the kid from a family where he didn't feel wanted and they'd just moved and his mom had a new bf and stuff'#'and he realized he could watch another family through the wall'#'and they looked so happy and his own life was so unhappy that one day they beckoned to him through the wall'#'and he went through and was never seen again'#'and it turned out he was seeing a family that were alive across the street from him during the blitz'#'and while he was never seen again in his time it turns out there was an unidentified body in the rubble when that building was bombed'#'implying that he was able to actually travel to the past to be with that 'loving family' but only in time for them to all be killed'#mom: .......what the FUCK are you talking about

I saw a video where Hillary Clinton blatantly lies and says there is a two state solution in Israel right now and Palestinians are in power and instead of using the money they have to build their country, they are using it all to attack Israel 🤢🥴🥴🥴💀💀🤡
The crazy thing is, since no one does their own research, I see the same exact theory in the comments of so many videos and posts. It really shows a few things- first that some people will not even do the bare minimum and will instead base their opinions on something they heard without having any proof, and two that politicians will blatantly lie. Just Blatantly. They are Not a reliable source of information they will say Anything to serve their ulterior motives.
#if anyone IS honestly interested in the argument#pls just Google the daily lives of Gazans- the israeli checkpoints they have to be interrogated at multiple times a day-#-sometimes to enter their own home-#the way israhell soldiers can station themselves in their homes and lock up the people in one of the rooms as they use the house#(former idf soldier interview)#the way they have walls and towers with cameras and have given bio-markers to track every palestinian#the way they can’t enter or leave as they please#there are streets designated as ‘no Palestinians allowed’#and these streets may even run infront of Palestinian houses#so they can only leave their homes thru the window#and being found on one of these roads can get u killed or arrested and tortured#literal kids are in the Palestinian prison system serving sentences for ‘crimes’ that occurred before they were born#and these are only a few of the things that prove that palestine is NOT in control of the Palestinians#feel free to research more#knowledge is power but it comes with responsibility#y’all are afraid of the responsibility so you prefer to live in ‘ignorance is bliss’#open your eyes friends. find the truth

#the wire#like. you see the gun in act one it must go off by act three#prez shoots the wall in season one. he beats that kid. he stays on the papertrail side of things after#he works off the streets most of season one and all of season 2#and we think oh he's matured hes not the same guy that shot the wall (he's not)#but then he gets a gun put in his hand and immediately accidentally kills a cop#they told us in season one: don't put a gun in prez's hand#and in season three it went off
