I Made Chili!!!

Wet foods scare me. Like the idea that I could put in all that effort and it could taste like nothing, mostly, that it just takes too much effort or skill.

But I wanted to make Walking Tacos but didn't want to use store bought chili so I asked my mom how she made chili, she almost had my chili messed up acting like she don't know what goes in chili. So I looked up J. Kenji Lopez-Alt and Chef John of Food Wishes chili and what I wanted to get out of it. I wished I could have found a small can of pureed tomatoes because while diced were great I would've liked it with only one can of diced one can of puree.

It was so good. My niece was a perfect sous-chef.

Will be making again. Almost forgot the beans.

Chili without beans is just wet meat. Unless the chili is going on top of something like hotdogs or burgers or noodles beans go in chili. It makes it hearty and a meal.

getting bowtiebulb ideas now that I'm rewatching season 2 again

Lightbulb just straight up disappearing in episode 12. Taco being slightly anxious about the fact that her friend the person she was using to get half of the prize money is just GONE. She walks around Test Tube's lab a bit trying to find her but when that doesn't work she takes the invisibows and leaves. She ends up getting so anxious about it she sneaks towards the challenge grounds to pull Fan aside (because she finds out about them after the bucket challenge rather than the painting challenge like Knife did) and talk to her about it. Fan's like it might have something to do with the fact that Test Tube's also missing. and Taco's like well duh but she goes back to the lab anyway just in time for Lightbulb and Test Tube to come back from the whole alternate universe situation. After the challenge Taco talks to Lightbulb and is like hey!!! wtf was that!!!! and Lightbulb's just like oh yeah we went back in time and ended up in a universe where salt and pepper become the season 1 team captains and take over the world. and taco just goes What.

You ever get a call from a sim asking to stay over and ofc ur sim is a people pleaser who physically can't say no so you let her stay over and she brings her whole fucking extended family over cuz why tf not and 3 days later Katrina Caliente dies of old age in my goddamn study just plops down dead right there in the walk way and your busy getting your sims ready for the day this sunny Tuesday morning in oasis springs that you literally only find out that death is there because one of your sims is afraid of him and nearly has a panic attack when he apporates in front of her. Then her kid pleads for the life of a woman she has not even introduced herself to yet...and it works!? Then said child proceeds to miss school this lovely Sunny Tuesday morning in oasis springs and completely ignores phone calls from school to make friends with Death whom mind you her mother is terrified of and for me to Then learn that she has good social compatibility with which like yeah clearly but for the game to outright say it just adds another layer yk
