Tumblr media Tumblr media
Two hospital staff (Fahmy Ahed Almedana and Mohammed Saeed) reported on their Instagram Stories that the situation in and around the hospital is very scary. About a two hours ago, Mohammed reported that tanks were very near the hospital, and the IOF was detonating flare bombs very close by. An hour ago, he said the bombing is very, very close to the hospital.

Journalist Wadea Abu Alsaoud documents a funeral for a family who was bombed by the occupation, completely wiping them out.
WARNING: Not especially graphic, but very upsetting
Instagram user israa5q provides a full English translation:
Wadea: This is the reality of what we are living this morning and every day morning and night: it is the same.
Man 1: These are the bodies of a man, his kids, this is his wife's, this is his mother's, and those are his relatives.
Wadea: So this is a whole civilian family that was wiped out from the civil registry?
Man 1: Yes the whole family.
Wadea: What do you have here in those plastic bags?
Man 2: The remains of the family, these are body parts that were scattered around. We buried the full bodies and now we will bury the pieces.
Man 3: Wake up, mother. You promised me we will celebrate together. We will be happy. Didn't we promised each other that? Then why did you leave me and go? Please wake up, mom. You said we will be happy? How can we ever be happy? How? Mom. (5x) | wish it was me not you.

Journalist Wadea Abu Alsaoud was able to escape Al-Shifa Hospital just before being captured and tortured like other journalists. However, he is now trapped in the vicinity, with tanks surrounding him. He documents his situation in the following video. English translation is provided by Instagram user hagarhesham28
I managed to get out of Al-Shifa medical complex, however, there's still intense gunshots as you can hear. I managed to get out... Tanks are behind us. I'm sitting behind this tree until I can be able to move further. Pray for me to leave this area safely.
We are all hoping and praying for his safety, especially in light of the kidnapping and assault of his colleague journalist Ismail Al-Ghoul and other journalists at Al-Shifa.

Staff working inside Al-Shifa Hospital say the hospital has been under renewed siege by the IOF for 6 days. This is stated by journalists working in the area and people who live nearby as well.
Most doctors and surgical teams have evacuated, meaning that administering anything more than first aid is practically impossible. Most of the journalists have evacuated as well, meaning the media coverage is limited in Arabic-language sources and nonexistent in English-language sources.
The IOF are sniping displaced people inside the hospital, or shooting them from quadcopters. The dead and dying are scattered around the hospital, and staff cannot move or help them or they will be shot too. IOF bombing continues around the vicinity of the hospital as well, no one is able to enter or leave. Footage from the scene records that the shelling is constant.
The remaining staff continue working despite the danger, treating who they can despite having little electricity and being unable to move within range of windows. Patients are dying from treatable injuries because the hospital no longer has the capacity to help everyone.

Today, the IOF bombed the vicinity of Al-Shifa Hospital. Wadea Abu Alsaoud reports from the emergency room, where the dead, dying, and wounded are laying on the floor due to lack of space and resources for lack of treatment.
Very little information is getting out about this attack, Wadea is one of the only people with consistent access to the facility and means of reporting. However, Instagram is shadow-banning and now threatening to permanently ban his account due to Zionists mass-reporting him. If you can, please interact with his content to support him. This is his back-up account.

Journalist Wadea Abu Alsaoud is inside Al-Shifa Hospital. He was the last journalist to remain there after the other journalists evacuated. He decided that as long as there were still people in the hospital, he would stay there and document their situation. He has remained there and in the surrounding area the entire time, more or less alone, documenting the horrific conditions in and around the hospital and the conditions facing rescue teams.
Today he uploads a video from inside Al-Shifa. Despite the long siege and forced evacuation by the IOF, some people stayed either because they refused to leave or could not leave due to their ailments. Slowly people have returned seeking shelter and medical care. The few remaining medical professionals have been doing everything they can to provide any kind of medical treatment, but their capacity is extremely limited due to the blockade and the targeted destruction of their storage facilities. Now the hospital is once more filled to bursting with the injured and their families. As we see here, there are so many patients that there is barely any room to walk.
Medical student Fahmy Ahed Almedana, who chose to remain at Al-Shifa to help patients, reports via Instagram Stories that many wounds are becoming infected some even have worms. Princekouta, another medical student at Al-Shifa, reported the same thing several weeks ago.

Journalist Wadea Abu Alsaoud reports from inside Al-Shifa Medical Complex as the IOF besieged and invades. Instagram user hagarhesham28 translates,
This might be my last video. We're now besieged inside Al-Shifa hospital. We're being heavily shot at. The occupation suddenly raided the hospital and its vicinity. As you can hear now, there are intense clashes in the vicinity of Al-Shifa hospital. We're hearing sounds coming from the gate. There are shrapnels falling over the hospital's yard.
This might be our last video. The whole world has let us down, however, Allah's Will will prevail, and He will grant us victory, God willing.
We're currently besieged. Pray for us to get out safely. These are clashes as you can hear.. we don't know what's going on outside Al-Shifa hospital, but the situation here is catastrophic.

Journalist Wadea Abu Alsaoud reports on the IOF’s intensified bombing campaign in Gaza City, north Gaza since this morning. The occupation has bombed Al-Shati refugee camp, Al-Daraj, Al-Tuffah, Zaytoun, and Shuja’iyyah, all in Gaza City.
It is now late afternoon in Gaza and so far, at Al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital alone, Wadea reports 38 martyrs, 14 missing under rubble, and 50 injured. This is only a partial count. A full English transcription, provided by Instagram user mydxb2024, is written below.
WARNING: FOOTAGE IS EXTREMELY GRAPHIC! VIEWER DISCRETION STRONGLY ADVISED
Wadea to a group of men carrying an injured man: Where's the strike?
Wadea to camera: As you are now witnessing…a civilian family was targeted. I mean…this is a new massacre!
Lady Running: Where is she?! My daughter!
Wadea to group of people: Who's home is this, people? Who's home? Who's home? Who's home?
Wadea to camera: A residential apartment was targeted here in the Al Daraj District. At least two martyrs ascended as of now, and these are just the first moments of this and these are just the first moments of this strike…
Wadea to camera, now in hospital: We're making a round (to survey the wounded) here in the Baptist Hospital.. *He motions to two little boys on the floor* Witness the primary targets of the Israeli Occupation…look…look…this is (the scene) as you are seeing it…look…look…
*The sound of an explosion as ambulance door opens*
Wadea to camera: Allahu Akbar…that was a new strike you heard right now at the same moment the wounded had arrived to the Baptist Hospital..
Wadea to camera, pulling the shirt of the injured boy and pointing to the wound: this is the primary target of the Israeli Occupation…
Wadea riding in ambulance: This is the third massacre committed by the Israeli Occupation today in the Northern Gaza Strip. This day is (one of) the most unjust in regard to lives taken. We are now headed to (the location of) a new strike in the Al Shati' Camp and this is a new massacre in the series of Israeli massacres!

Wadea: The war on Gaza enters it ninth month today, and the American-Zionist machine continues to bomb us from east to west and from north to south. The (victims) are thousands of civilians, among which are martyrs, missing, and wounded. Journalist Wadea Abu Alsaoud interviews one of the remaining doctors at Al-Shifa Hospital. The Instagram account translating_falasteen was kind enough to re-upload Wadea’s video with English subtitles, and faridaek provides a full English translation in the comments of the original video, which will be reposted here for transcription purposes. It reads,
Doctor: Last night, the clashes sounded very close; there were sounds from every direction. Honestly, the wounded were in a state of terror.
Wadea: Regarding food security at the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, people have been saying they haven't eaten or drunk anything in four days.
Doctor: It's true because most of the vendors nearby have evacuated, leaving no food or anything available. Honestly, the situation is very dire!
Wadea: So, you're going to stay in Al-Shifa; you won't leave?
Doctor: God willing.
Wadea: We will remain steadfast.
Doctor: God willing.
Wadea: We're steadfast, God willing, and will remain deeply rooted on this land despite the ongoing siege on us inside the Al-Shifa Medical Complex.
Wadea: We are facing very difficult times. There is targeting, shooting, and intense gunfire outside the Al-Shifa Medical Complex and the occupation's armoured vehicles are at the medical complex's western gates. But we will remain steadfast, God willing, and rooted on this land.
