i do like to think abt a fake dating trope with megumi sometimes 🥺 i think it’d be so funny putting him into situations like this 🥺🥺🥺 i imagine it’s born out of necessity more than want, really 🥺 either to save you from having to go on a date with some guy you don’t actually want to go out with 🥺 or as a date to one of your family gatherings 🥺 because megumi is the only other decent guy you know who won’t embarrass himself in front of your family 🥺 (yuuji couldn’t make it that weekend) 🥺 it could even be because of a toxic ex, who will just NOT leave you alone 🥺 and megumi’s the only other guy in the library that late at night 🥺

i imagine he gets so flustered with it 🥺 you’re friends, sure, but not close enough to be comfortable acting like you’re together 🥺🥺🥺 still, a friend is a friend and he does you the favour 🥺 and it’s a whole thing!! 🥺 a series of mishaps that keeps extending the act 🥺 and so the story goes 🥺 one thing happens, then another, and you catch feelings along the way 🥺🥺 and so does megumi 🥺 but he would rather DIE than tell you anything (lol) 🥺 lots and lots and loooots of miscommunication, but it’s a slow and sweet development 🥺

i like to think that his brain gets fried the moment he has to hold your hand 🥺 or kiss you (even if it’s just on the cheek!) 🥺 when you land a peck on his lips just to sell the act a little bit more, he completely blanks 🥺 he can’t look you in the eyes for a while after that 🥺 and his ears and nose blush a FURIOUS pink 🥺 it’s a whole thing, having megumi as your fake boyfriend 🥺 you’ve never known megumi to be good at faking anything, so some part of it has to be real, right? 🥺🥺🥺

asia my heart is breaking. i read up on Neptune in the 11th house, which is where Peter's is, and when i read "[...] yearns for a feeling of true camaraderie and spiritual connection with friends or through group associations" i wanted to cry. it made me think of when Peter talked about how recording Headquarters really made it feel like they were a band and how fulfilling that was to him as an artist (Neptune is also an artistic planet), and when they decide to not do that ever again he was so heartbroken. Neptune is a sign of illusion and deception and that rings true to him being taken advantage of because of his easily trusting nature, as the 11th house rules friendships and acquaintances. his sign in Neptune is in Virgo, which is in fall, making the planet weaker and more susceptible to negative manifestations, such as escapism and addiction. it's also retrograded which further internalizes it which also can lead to low self-confidence and isolation.

there is a silver lining! he doesn't have any majorly afflicted aspects to his Neptune, so he's properly equipped to work these things out and learn from those experiences with assistance from his other placements.

oh my gOD STOP I’M GOING TO VOMIT KAAALLLLEEE THIS IS SO SAD 😭. that is probably the area to which i have the most sympathy for peter tbh. he clearly wanted the four of them to be like a real group, but it doesn’t seem like the other guys were ever really on the same page as him (at least during the show). it’s really sad to hear him make these little comments (especially on the episode commentary) where he talks about how he always felt like they were a real band or had the potential to really be a real group. also though in general it does really seem like peter spent a lot of his early life searching for a place where he really felt like he belonged so uh ouch yeah 😢
