Mental Health Awareness | Keith Kogane | Video is a possible trigger warning.

 I wasn’t planning for it, but this is a (late) video for Mental Health Awareness Day! Keith is such a relatable character and he’s gone through many difficult wars within (and outside) of himself. Despite the difficult seasons, Keith made it through in the end. Be there for someone who needs support today. It doesn’t have to be anything big, because even just simply being there for someone that is struggling makes a big difference. We are not alone in this.
