What do you think about the possibility of Jimin being a Sag Rising instead of Cancer Rising? I think it’s compelling. He confirmed his birth time, but didn’t specific AM or PM. AM would make him Sag Rising and PM would make him Cancer Rising.

I’ve had him in my Astro data as a Cancer Rising for years. If he was a Sag Rising, I’d be like

I honestly can’t remember where all of bts’s unconfirmed birth times came from (prob a sasaeng), but the Astro community has been using them for the entirety of BTS’s career. If Jimin was a Sag Rising, years of my astrology ramblings about bts and him would be wrong 😭

To compare, it is said that Tae is a Sag Rising. Jimin and Taehyung look completely different. You can often guess a person’s rising by their facial features. Let’s see which rising best fits VMin below.

Sagittarius- ruled by a centaur so will have horse like features (either long face or limbs, broad shoulders, mane like hair, horse-like teeth), prominent nose and chin, the centaur was named Chiron. The asteroid Chiron rules childhood, so will have childlike personality and smile.

Cancer- ruled by moon so will have round shaped features (round or oval face, dimples, big eyes, pale), moody disposition, could be a crybaby. Whenever I think of a Cancer-like person, I always think of people like Ariana Grande or the Corpse Bride.

Tae definitely sounds like a Sagittarius rising and Jimin definitely sounds like a Cancer Rising.

Namjoon and V send off

Lots of people at the taejoon send off. Family members, all seven members of BTS and even Bang PD along with a couple of hundred other recruits and their families. It was a whole event.

They both got lucky with some heartfelt jikook hugs. Emotions running close to the surface although everyone was trying to keep things positive.

Lots of Vmin affection on show. Same astrological mix as me and my bestie. Two very different souls, it's sometimes hard to understand each other, but it's a friendship strong enough to last a lifetime.

And then there was a last shot of the maknae line together for at least a year and a half.

Finally they went to join the ranks and began their military service.

Clock says they have 545 days left to serve. Too many! Still we know that between them they have left us many gifts and I can't wait to start unwrapping them. Bring on the Umi/Taehyung collaboration about long distance love.

Like Crazy + People Pt.2 PLAYLIST.

[Music is a very big part of my life and I’m MOSTLY INCAPABLE of writing without music, so I just thought I'd share what I am listening to while writing this]

Every year we spend on this planet something that will change the course of our lives tends to happen. Sometimes, it is something as small as the discovery of a new plant, and sometimes it is as big as a pandemic. So let’s, for example, look at positive things that happened in 1995 cause believe me some pretty fucked up shit also happened this year. This was the year that made the internet mainstream (can you imagine our lives without the internet? … ). 

Music was also 👌🏾this year, it brought us some classics such as Waterfalls by TLC, You Are Not Alone by Michael Jackson and a “little” song named Gangsta’s Paradise, which instantly raised its singer to worldwide fame; Coolio. Yeah, 1995 was an amazing year for Coolio, but little did he know that his life would end up being intertwined with seven others, two of which were also born in 1995: 13 October 1995, in Busan, a little bundle of joy, named Park Jimin graces this planet and a couple of months later another one decides to make his surly quirky entrance, 30 December 1995, in Daegu.

Jimin. He turned out to be a boy who would be very confident in his abilities, but perhaps not so much in himself as a person. Nevertheless, he knew he wanted to accomplish big-big things, and was going to stop at nothing to accomplish his goals. Then there was Taehyung. He on the other hand turned out to be a boy very confident in himself as a person, but perhaps not too sure of his abilities per say. Yet, he had dreams, very big ones at that, and admittedly he might have not known exactly how to get there but his desire to make them come true was as big as the dream itself.

They don’t seem to have much in common up to this point do they? Like, if there ever were a human representation of the concept of YingYang, it be them, no cap.

Even from an astrological point, don’t mind me an my interest in things of the sort  😬😬😬 not only do they seem to fit their descriptions, but they also just so happen to be each other’s opposite. Jimin is an Air Sign, and people with this element are known to be intellectual and communicative. They are experts in the ephemeral, the things of this world that lack physical form, and this is especially true of language and information. Taehyung is an Earth Sign and people with this element are known to be patient and practical. On a bad day: Just as Earth signs can be loyal, they can also be stubborn and inflexible. It's often their way or the highway .

In conclusion, regardless of whether you look at their factual past or their theoretical astrology, any kind of relationship between these two would seem impossible and even non-advisable. Yet, there they are being soulmates and here are some in the fandom scratching our heads, which is exactly the problem. They are here taking in superficial information regarding VMIN, rather than moving a couple of steps further and going there, where VMIN actually are, and take a closer look. If they did, they’d find out that in fact, Park Jimin and Kim Taehyung share the same exact spiritual level. And what do I mean by this?

Tae and JM’s isn’t a simple story of “opposite attracts” because they actually also have so much in common. Both look for warmth and love in their relationships, they are indeed very tactile and in the same way respond well to being touched by those they love/care about. They like and seem to crave attention a touch more than all other members in the group, and admittedly, they have recalibrated this desire as they grew up. Both are not comfortable when those they care about are suffering, they have a need to reach out and try to “kiss it” better. This might have been very apparent to people lately with regards to Jimin They are both painfully shy, Tae simply has a better control of his facial expressions, but once that cracks, it is off to the nearest hiding point. Lastly, and this is very important in their friendship dynamic; they do whatever they want to do. Always this JM is more skillful in hiding. 

It is only fair to now take a look at the tangible parts of their personas which aren’t, or weren’t as I think they’ve actually grown out of some of them compatible. Jimin is actively aware of his surroundings and Tae isn’t, meaning that JM is more likely to quickly try and make a change in his situation if he doesn’t like it (help someone in need, cheat to win, etc …) and perhaps regret it later, but not really. Tae, who also has the same kind of awareness, is however a ponderer; do I have to do something? What will happen if I do something? Depending on his personal answer, and the situation at hand, he may or may not do something about it, and perhaps regret it later, but not really. The following, I feel like it applied to them as teens, their “possessiveness” towards things, or relationships, has always been to a point where JM would do his might best to latch on to whatever he wanted to “monopolise” until he did, whereas Tae, if he found out he couldn’t “monopolise” whatever, he would move on to the next thing he could. 

And it is exactly because they could understand each other on this level that their friendship has become so solid and further from reach that it’s understanding is also eluding the mind of many. Their friendship, in my opinion, has now exceeded the performative level, on every level, it is almost as if these two have unlocked the ultimate regular friendship goal, which has the dynamics of a non-celebrity strong-ass friendship. This is a friendship that right at its very core didn’t skip any step and has experienced it all, from euphoria for example, ANY and EVERY TIME they start acting like characters in their imaginary scenarios to tribulations arguments caused by thoughtless, resulting in insensitive, words or actions, particularly in their youth.

So then finally, if you piece all of the aforementioned together  a situation where the two of them had a completely different opinion, then one starts an action, the other has a reaction, they then stay put in their opinions for a bit but then one will eventually cave and the other will cave even harder as they soothe each other … isn’t too hard to imagine, is it?

In a way, if you think of them as their astrological signs. JM (air sign) has been that one person who has been able to understand and vibe with Tae’s quirkiness, helping him to elevate towards those heights he always dreamed of. And at the same Tae (earth sign) has kept Jimin grounded in moments when perhaps being up there in the air wasn’t it. In moments, when he perhaps needed someone who would be willing to very normally share a hug and/or a tear. 

As we all know, they both have separate friendship groups and are very involved with their respective ones, which also goes with the nature of their character; they will do what they want to do and this we know from videos, pictures they decided to share with us. But please, let’s not forget that Tae is the one person who has probably called JM the most, the one who has declared Jimin as his fav, the one thanks to whom Jimin's back is blessed with more moons. Let’s also not forget that Jimin has been around for Tae in moments of great loss, or that Tae is his forever teddy bear, and that Jimin can understand him just by looking into his eyes. They’ve gained each other’s trust and I’d like to believe that they also know how to protect and cherish it. 

Great. Now, let’s get back out here . BTS as a whole has really reached levels where performative actions are, yes, a fan-fav but they can, in all honesty, decide not to act up on them, like posting things on social media, fanservice, etc, it is really all to their discretion. So let me ask you? If you were either JM/Tae, in 2023, and had a problem with Tae/JM, which you wanted to solve, who would you address it to?: Tae/JM? Or your fans’? …

Whose words would ultimately provide you with the solution you are searching for? Tae/JM? Or your fans’?

"You Are My Soulmate" - Jimin & Taehyung Synastry Reading (Pt. 3)

The Outer Planets

Pluto: the power to transform our lives

At the end of part 2, we began discussing Jimin’s natal Scorpio stellium overlaying Taehyung’s 12th house. In this part, we’re going to begin by discussing the final planet within that stellium, Jimin’s Pluto.

Pluto is the modern ruler of Scorpio, and it’s also a generational planet. Its highest, most ascended form is symbolized by the Phoenix, representing its ability to bring an end to one phase of our lives only to rise again as something new. Transformation is the key word here, and with this planet conjunct Jimin’s natal Mars, he’s very driven toward personal transformation and bettering himself through any opportunity he gets.

With this conjunction residing in Taehyung’s 12th house, Jimin is able to access Taehyung’s subconscious mind and help him to heal psychologically. He’s very aware of the ways in which Tae holds himself back, and he gently supports him in the process of transforming these mental limits. That said, it’s still likely to feel very intense for Taehyung regardless of how gently Jimin approaches these things, so it’s a good thing that they both share such a strong and intuitive emotional bond.

Jimin’s Pluto also aspects Taehyung’s Mercury, Uranus, and Neptune. We’ve already talked about their Mercury placements in-depth in part 2, but just to reiterate, this is another aspect which will aid in mental & psychological healing, as well as a transformation of Taehyung’s thought processes throughout the course of his relationship with Jimin.

Pluto-Uranus aspects are all about learning & exploring new things. These two transform each other’s lives by way of exposing each other to new hobbies, interests, and talents. There’s a strong emphasis on bonding through learning & growing together. Also, since Uranus rules over humanitarian efforts, the topic of helping others and positively influencing their fanbase likely comes up often in their conversations. They’re determined to do good with the influence they’ve been given, and both enjoy discussing ways to pursue this goal.

Positive Pluto-Neptune aspects are very selfless, forgiving, and healing aspects. These two have plenty of compassion to show each other, always relying on empathy, understanding, and forgiveness to get them through the rocky moments in their friendship.

Taehyung’s Pluto falls within Jimin’s 6th house. This is kind of a tricky placement in synastry because in an average relationship it causes the Pluto person to be highly invested in- even obsessive about- 6th house person’s daily routines, diet, and health. This is a placement which can sometimes indicate stalking or at least a highly controlling attitude about the 6th house person’s daily routines. That said, because Taehyung and Jimin work together and live a very fast-paced lifestyle, it makes sense in this context for Taehyung to be very involved with Jimin’s daily activities and to look out for his health.

I would guess that this placement has to do with the sense of responsibility they feel for each other as bandmates and friends. As much as they feel pressure to take care of their own health so as not to let their bandmates down, they’d also feel a strong sense of responsibility to look out for each other. Taehyung feels very protective over Jimin, and he’ll be careful to make sure that Jimin isn’t overworking himself or otherwise putting his health under stress. I’d also imagine that Tae would have a hard time being away from Jimin for any length of time, likely checking in with him often.

Jupiter: where we create abundance

Taehyung’s Jupiter also resides within Jimin’s 6th house. This is another great placement for working together, living alongside one another, and watching out for each other’s well-being. During long schedules and grueling tours, Taehyung has quite the talent for cheering up Jimin and helping him to feel optimistic, no matter the circumstances.

Jimin’s Jupiter resides within Taehyung’s 1st house, conjunct his Ascendant. This is a very beneficial placement for them, as Jimin will influence Tae’s worldview and self-image for the better! Jimin truly views Tae in a very positive light, considering even his flaws to be an endearing aspect of his personality. Through Jimin’s support and encouragement, Taehyung grows into a more confident, empowered, and optimistic version of himself.

Jimin also admires Tae’s worldview. He loves listening to Tae’s philosophies about society, culture, and just his perspective on the world in general. Though these two have some differences in their interests and opinions, they’re highly curious about each other’s minds and values, and Jimin especially is greatly endeared and entertained by Taehyung’s mind.

There’s also a strong chance that Jimin has helped Taehyung curate his own personal style over the years. The 1st house has a strong emphasis on somebody’s outward image, and it’s very likely that Jimin’s encouragement of his self-expression has helped Tae to understand how he’d like to present himself to the world. Regardless of his choices, Jimin always thinks he appears very cool and leaves a good impression on those around them.

Saturn: our self-discipline, limits, and boundaries

Both Taehyung and Jimin have Saturn conjunct at the same degree of Pisces. The only difference in their natal placements is that Jimin’s Saturn is retrograde at the time he was born, whereas Taehyung’s is direct.

Due to these Saturn placements residing in the same location, these two are going to have very similar views on politics and society as a whole. They also have similar methods of self-discipline and hold each other to a high standard. It’s easy to work together because their feelings of responsibility align very well. They’re often “on the same page” with each other when it comes to their practice schedules and work in general.

That said, because Jimin’s Saturn is retrograde, he’ll struggle with boundaries a lot more than Taehyung does. In fact, Tae often teaches Jimin a lot about personal boundaries and a healthy work ethic.

For example, because this planet falls near Jimin’s Midheaven ruling his career and public image, he has a harder time saying no to fans and staff members, deciding which areas of his life to keep private, and knowing when to take a break for the sake of his health and well-being. When stressed, Jimin has a habit of turning his worries inward and pushing himself to go above and beyond. Taehyung, however, has a strong sense of his own personal boundaries and has no problem enforcing them where need be. He’ll encourage Jimin to do the same, often teaching him by example.

Taehyung also approaches Jimin’s work and creative endeavors with a very blunt and honest attitude. This is something that Jimin would appreciate, given that he has a harder time judging the way he’s perceived by others. Taehyung will give him honest feedback on his performances while still being gentle enough to not hurt Jimin’s feelings.

When Jimin is in need of advice and direction, Taehyung never fails to help guide him in the correct direction for his work, social life, physical and mental well-being. Tae’s generally just a good judge of what Jimin needs- and vice versa- which allows them to work together and support each other with ease.

OKAY I will not be doing an in-depth synastry here since we’re running against time but we are definitely gaining some insights about their friendship.

Uranus conjunct Mercury talks about the lively friendship that seem to keep from their younger days, one where there are fun and impulsive decisions made without much further thought of the consequences, knowing that they’ll face them together. There’s also a sense of protection in their bond, not wanting the other one to face any bad situation, especially it is a vibe coming from Taehyung towards Jimin, and he very much accepts it, even though its a more guarded thing since Jimin tries to live up to Tae’s expectations of him and just going with an i’m fine, really but that doesn’t deter Tae from silently taking care of him the same way Jimin does.

Sun opposite Moon shows that they are indeed meant to grow together, in every aspect of the word, not just growing old but their inner growth paths were meant to interlace, one helps the other and vice versa, it is granted here that Jimin’s main help has been in terms of emotions, being there for Tae when he needs it most and help him grow into his feelings, while Tae’s help is aligned with life’s reality, it’s a mutual relationship of bringing stability to the other’s life.

☆ Compatibilidad Astrológica Jimin y Taehyung (BTS) ☆

El Vmin siempre me ha parecido una de las amistades más fuertes dentro de BTS (Sin meternos en los shippeos y el fanservice) La amistad genuina de ambos se puede apreciar desde sus inicios y comparando sus cartas astrales fácilmente se identifican las ubicaciones que los hacen tan compatibles entre sí, me gustaría hablar de algunas de estas de manera simple 

Creo que dentro de su grupo, la amistad de ellos es una de las más reales y cercanas como sinceras que tienen. Tengo entendido que ellos se conocieron en la escuela media por lo cual ya llevan años siendo amigos. Por el gráfico de Taehyung he de imaginar que durante la escuela media era de los niños que gustaba de tener su círculo de amigos y le gustaba la idea de hacerlos. De Jimin de igual manera, tiene muchísimo interés por las relaciones con los demás, solo que a él le interesa muchísimo profundizar en cada relación que tiene. Fuera de esto suelen ser bastante opuestos en sus personalidades por lo que el primer acercamiento de ellos no pudo ser muy rápido, por supuesto que al notar lo diferentes creció el interés por conocerse más a fondo, aunque creo que Taehyung es mucho más cerrado a la hora de abrirse ante los demás, por lo que Jimin para querer conocerle y profundizar tuvo que ‘’insistir’’ demasiado como también ser paciente hasta que este se abriera con él. Sin embargo sus diferencias de personalidades hicieron que se atrajeran finalmente  e interesaran el uno con el otro, ya que uno tiene lo que al otro le faltaba, para Jimin Taehyung es un buen amigo leal que servirá de conforte y consuelo (Por las configuraciones del gráfico de Taehyung indica que es bastante estable cuándo logra consolidar una relación) Jimin a Taehyung le vendrá a ayudar a manejar sus emociones y dejarlas sentir más plenamente. Por lo cual su relación fue creciendo gradualmente mientras se conocían como aprendían uno del otro. Me da la impresión que es ellos dos estaban destinados a conocerse asimismo como Jaejoong y Yunho de TVXQ, relaciones karmicas, fuertes y sólidas que atravesaron muchas situaciones de aprendizaje para crecer.

En sus gráficos se pueden apreciar como el Descendente de Taehyung (Casa 7 en Géminis) la luna en Géminis de Jimin cae, dándole una buena impresión y acercamiento por el entendimiento que se crea entre ambos. 

También el Ascendente Cáncer de Jimin y su Descendente (Casa 7 en Capricornio) todas las ubicaciones de Capricornio de Taehyung (así como su sol, que es la representación de él) nos habla más de como se sienten muy cómodos y encuentran similitudes.

Básicamente tienen muchos signos opuestos complementarios en sus tablas que nos hablan de los diferentes que son, pero a la vez se complementan sintiéndose muy atraidos de maneras naturales entre sí.

Taehyung’s Venus in Aquarius falls into Jimin’s 8th House: When venus falls into someone’s 8th house usually we expect a deep connection that is intimate (not always romantically) but there is an understanding that goes beyond just casual friendship. Taehyung as the venus person is admired by Jimin, in fact, there is a sense of idealization Jimin has of Taehyung, a sense of closeness; a VERY strong bond that can be a bit overwhelming for Taehyung but the trust created by Jimin allows for the bond to flourish. Also, what is most significant with this synastry aspect is that they will always run back to each other. I know that sounds cheesy romantic but its confirmation that despite whatever happens, Taehyung and Jimin will always be close and if there is a falling out, resolution is almost always guaranteed. Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are a good example of what I’m referring to. Justin Bieber’s Aquarius Venus falls into Selena’s Gomez’s eighth house. Despite falling out, this couple always seem to get back together because there is a connection that extends beyond the natural realm; it enters into the spiritual and the intuitive. Now, there is always a bit of warning with ANY synastry aspect. For this, again reiterating that the eighth house can exhibit too deep of attachment that possible instances of paranoia/fear of losing the other person can be heightened. With Selena and Justin’s relationship, they are a perfect example of what the implications of this aspect can have negatively:  up and down, over-attachment, petty behaviors. 

Jimin’s South Node in Aries forms a loose conjunction with Taehyung’s Moon: The nodes are integral parts of karmic astrology. The south node specifically relates to a past life. The moon is also a vignette for the past. When a conjunction is formed between the south node and moon, the two people may feel like they have known each other their entire life. There is a strong sense of familiarity.  They offer each other emotional support and comfort. Taehyung being the moon person, heavily nurtures Jimin whereas Jimin as the south node person, gives Taehyung a sense of wisdom because Jimin is playing the karmic role in the friendship. Downsides to this aspect is because it resonates so much with the past, they may be holding each other back. Too much comfort can make them not want to excel further into the future. Also, this aspect has a lot of emotional embeddings that it can be exhausting especially to the moon person (Taehyung). 

Conjunctions between their North Nodes and Chiron in Libra: Jimin and Taehyung’s north nodes form a tight conjunction in libra. This signifies that they share a similar purpose in life and their destiny will most likely converge thus, they will help each other as they lead down a similar path. There is also a buzzword of “soulmates” when north nodes conjunct and this could be due to the fact that the north node also refers to going through life to find something. This something can be purpose, happiness, love, etc. The same north nodes also refers to a similarity in age so Jimin and Taehyung ultimately learn from each other. They have very similar experiences so they feel more bound to each other. Again, this means they also have the same south nodes and therefore; experienced a similar past life. They may feel the universe has brought them together back again, to re-do a particular aspect of their life and they must rely on each other as well as teach one another as they go on with their journey. Chiron conjunction also expresses an understanding and sharing of wounds. In astrology, Chiron is the wounded healer. Jimin and Taehyung share similar wounds, particularly related to partnerships/self-esteem/self worth as their Chiron is in the Venus ruled sign of Libra. They may be able to really connect by sharing similar stories of their hardships which can allow a more intimate relationship to be formed. Their saturns are also in the same degree, meaning they have similar restrictions and insecurities which again, allows for identification and closeness. 

Jimin’s Moon in Gemini Falls into Taehyung’s 7th House: Very strong sentimentality and reiterates a theme of acceptance. This is a vulnerable dynamic and with this aspect, it allows for them to be open with each other, to foster an environment of tolerance and non-bias. As the moon person, Jimin provides Taehyung with a sense of comfort and his vulnerability inspires Taehyung as well as allowing him to trust Jimin. This authenticity allows the friendship to have longevity. 

Jimin’s Jupiter in Sagittarius Falls into Taehyung’s 12th House: Jimin, as the jupiter person, has a gateway into the subconscious mind of Taehyung. That may sound really spooky but really, they just exhibit a very deep and spiritual connection. Jimin is able to read through Taehyung’s poker faces and to really grasp an understanding of how he really feels. They are very aware of the other person’s needs and can even heal each other. Taehyung, as the 12th house person, can’t keep his secrets away from Jimin. As we mentioned before, there is an openness between them and through Jimin’s jupiterian energy, Taehyung will most likely feel at ease to express his insecurities and secrets to Jimin that he otherwise wouldn’t share with anyone else. Main take away here is that there is an unconscious and intuitive bond being formed in this aspect. 

Red Flags

The only worrisome aspect in their synastry is Jimin’s moon squaring Taehyung’s saturn. Now, there is a sense of light at the end of this tunnel because natally, Jimin has a moon-saturn aspect so he already deals with the complications of being emotionally blocked. However, his gemini moon can be very agitated and needs someone he can talk to, tell stories to, and just rant to someone willing to listen and also offer emotional support. Not saying that Taehyung is emotionally dead but as the saturn person, he may feel more restricted to really connect with Jimin on an emotional level. This is just an obstacle Taehyung, himself, must get through.

Other Facts

Taehyung’s sun falls into Jimin’s sixth house and his moon falls into Jimin’s 10th house. This indicates a great work relationship which we can obviously see! They work well together in the public eye and bring each other joy in their careers. Being in the same group, this is essential!

"You Are My Soulmate" - Jimin & Taehyung Synastry Reading

The Ascendant: first impressions & relatability

Taehyung’s Ascendant falls within Jimin’s 6th house in Sagittarius. This is a very practical placement which greatly benefits a roommate or coworker-type relationship. These two really know how to work well together, and given that we’re in Sag here, I would expect Jimin & Tae to be fantastic travel buddies. They keep an eye out for each other and provide support practical ways (such as reading directions, carrying each other’s luggage, or running errands for food or other necessities).

Though it’s not the most dreamy aspect to have in synastry, this placement greatly benefits a day to day relationship because even the most mundane and boring tasks are completed in a smooth and effective manner. Not to mention, they certainly know how to make these activities fun!! Sag is a very bubbly, humorous sign, so these goofballs certainly know how to have a good time regardless of the circumstances.

Jimin’s Ascendant falls within Taehyung’s 8th house in Cancer. The 8th house rules over all things secretive, mysterious, and taboo, so it’s very likely that Taehyung initially felt intimidated by Jimin. Jimin will naturally express the sorts of traits which Tae feels the need to hide about himself, but over time, Jimin’s influence can cause Taehyung to feel a lot more confident in himself and less ashamed of the secrets he carries.

The 8th also rules psychology, so it’s very likely that Jimin will intuitively understand Taehyung and his thought processes with very little effort. It’s part of why Tae feels so connected to Jimin, because he just naturally seems to “get” him. And whereas these “hidden” aspects of Tae’s personality are often judged and criticized by others, Jimin welcomes everything he uncovers with open arms.

The Sun: where we light up each other’s lives

Taehyung’s Sun resides in Jimin’s 7th house, which is a highly beneficial placement for a long-term relationship. The 7th house rules partnerships, commitments, close friendships and marriage. It’s ruled by Libra and Venus, so it’s a house which promotes harmony, diplomacy, and compromise.

This is why Jimin and Tae’s fights *cough* the dumpling incident *cough* are so notorious for being so absurd- they’re fantastic at working things out before disagreements can escalate, and they inherently approach their relationship with a desire for harmony rather than competitiveness or hostility. It’s the silly little incidents when arguments are born out of pure frustration which catch them off guard. More serious matters are handled with the utmost care for each other’s feelings.

Tae’s Sun lighting up Jimin’s house of partnerships and commitments indicates that Jimin really sees him as a perfect match for himself. This is where their “soulmate” energy comes into play- Jimin can easily see himself spending many years living in harmony with Tae, and Taehyung really “lights up” Jimin’s experience of art, beauty, music, and friendship. Exploring these concepts together only enhances their experience of them.

On that same note, sharing a stage together will only support each other’s performances, as they highlight each other in complimentary ways and bring out the best and most beautiful traits in each other. They’re able to play off of each other’s energies onstage in order to show their best image to the audience.

Jimin’s Sun resides within Taehyung’s 11th house in Libra. This is another placement which supports a rather immediate and beneficial friendship. They share a lot of common interests and hobbies, and even where they meet differences between them, it’s easy to be interested in the things which make the other happy!

The 11th is also an air house, and here in air sign Libra, they certainly enjoy having lengthy conversations together and sharing ideas about everything and anything! They probably seek out each other to share their creative ideas, hobbies and new interests FIRST before discussing anything with the other members. They’re both great listeners and have the ability to mentally challenge each other’s ideas without it coming across as harsh or critical.

Jimin’s Sun also conjuncts Taehyung’s North Node. Again, soulmates!! The North Node indicates Tae’s destiny and the people/places/things which will feel the most fulfilling to him. It’s often considered a marker of your life purpose in astrology, and with Jimin’s Sun right here in Tae’s chart, Jimin truly embodies the traits which Tae needs in his life to feel the most fulfilled. Through Jimin, Tae is able to learn his most important life lessons.

The North and South Nodes can indicate both past lives and future destinies. If you think back to my synastry reading for Jungkook and Taehyung, you’ll remember that they had MANY South Node connections, indicating familiarity with each other’s energies and possibly many past lifetimes together.

Taehyung and Jimin, on the other hand, are very new to each other in this lifetime. This is lovely because there’s no past karma to work out, so they’re able to experience each other from a “clean slate” perspective. Everything about the other is new, interesting, and exciting, and the things they learn through their bond provide lifelong fulfillment.

Jimin’s Sun also squares Taehyung’s Mars. This is a tense aspect, so it’s likely to cause these two some challenges from time to time. First of all, Sun-Mars tensions can cause an incredibly magnetic and passionate connection. They’re able to feed off of each other’s energies and push each other toward their goals with great amounts of enthusiasm. At its best, this aspect is encouraging, energizing, and empowering.

That said, this aspect can also cause competitiveness, though this is softened by the fact that Jimin’s Sun is in Libra- he’s willing to sacrifice his own image to put Tae in the spotlight when the two come head to head with each other. If Jimin chose to challenge Tae more often, they could get into some pretty egotistical, self-centered fights, and Jimin would have the power to greatly knock down Tae’s confidence if he approached their work with the intention to outdo Tae.

By finding a balance between their strengths and talents, Jimin is able to boost Tae’s confidence and self-image, all while stepping into his own unique place within the band. I imagine this placement caused them more troubles early on in their career before they really found themselves, but now that they understand each other’s own unique roles, this aspect has turned into a shared sense of value for each other.

The Moon: where we touch each other’s hearts & souls

Jimin’s Moon, which is also his chart ruler in astrology, resides in Taehyung’s 7th house. This will bring harmony similarly to Tae’s Sun in Jimin’s 7th, which we discussed above.

That said, this placement really shows just how much Tae comforts Jimin behind the scenes. Jimin’s Moon falls within his natal 12th house, which rules over our subconscious. It’s the area of our charts which often feel very mysterious and unknown to us, and having your chart ruler here can bring a lot of uncertainty about your self-image.

I imagine this is part of the reason why Jimin needs so much praise and reassurance from those close to him, simply so that he can reinforce his sense of self which often feels so hazy and mysterious in his mind. Taehyung recognizes these needs in Jimin, and along with his natural inclination to look up to Jimin as his role model, he’s very good at making Jimin feel confident and secure.

Because we’re dealing with Jimin’s Moon here, his emotions are going to be very clear to Taehyung, who is very quick to reassure and accept him for whatever he’s feeling. In fact, I would even argue that Tae considers Jimin’s emotional expression to be one of the most beautiful things about him.

I know that Jimin is known for being one of the most openly emotional members, and he certainly feels everything on a very deep level. However, he does still hide many of his emotions for the sake of taking care of others or putting on a good face for the public.

He’s not able to keep up this same facade around Tae, but Tae doesn’t for an instant allow him to feel ashamed of himself for feeling things so deeply. Taehyung is a very loving, accepting, and grounding presence when Jimin is feeling very emotional and overwhelmed. We usually see the opposite on camera where Jimin is comforting Tae, but I can assure you that this dynamic is much more balanced behind closed doors when Jimin has let his guard down a little more.

They truly love being around each other because they feel most comfortable simply being themselves in each other’s presence. They may feel as though they have to hide certain aspects of themselves when they’re around others or in public, but with each other, they’re able to be exactly their true selves without fear of judgement or criticism.

Jimin’s Moon also squares Taehyung’s Saturn, which brings a very serious element of commitment to their relationship. They feel responsible for each other, which is another reason why fights are handled so carefully and feelings are so easily respected. They both understand (whether this has been verbally spoken or not) that they’re committed to each other for life, and therefore feel a deep sense of responsibility for protecting their relationship and bringing out the best in each other.

This is also where Tae’s grounded energy stems from. Saturn, though sometimes cold and seemingly unemotional, can provide a very stable, loyal element to a relationship. When Jimin is feeling overwhelmed or frightened, Taehyung is his “rock”- his strongest support. Supporting and comforting each other doesn’t ever feel like a chore because they’re both in this friendship for the long-haul and truly care for each other.

Moon-Saturn contacts can sometimes even feel parental in nature. The Moon typically rules your mother in astrology, and Saturn your father, so they bring this very loving and accepting parental-type energy to a relationship. A parent has made a lifelong commitment to loving and supporting their child, and Jimin and Tae will naturally love and nurture each other in similar ways.

Side note- I was reminded of this clip when studying this area of their charts, where Jimin literally calls Taehyung his “baby” and soothes him by rocking them both back and forth. It’s indicative of both this placement in their synastry charts and Jimin’s Cancer Ascendant.

Taehyung’s Moon falls within Jimin’s 10th house. This house is ruled by Saturn, so he’ll mirror many of these loyal, stable, and nurturing traits right back to Tae. However, because the 10th house also rules over their careers, this placement has a much more public aspect to it.

This is absolutely the reason why we see Jimin comforting Taehyung on camera so much more often than Tae comforting him. The 10th house is the highest area of Jimin’s chart, which rules over his public image and career life. If you think about Jimin and Tae’s relationship dynamics within BTS, it’s very likely that one of the first things that comes to mind is the way Jimin always takes care of Taehyung. Tae’s Moon falls in this very public area of both of their charts, whereas Jimin’s Moon falls in a more private area of both of their charts.

Tae’s Moon opposite Jimin’s Sun also shows a difference in their emotional expression. We already mentioned that Jimin’s Moon is in a very very hidden, subconscious area of his chart, which often makes his emotions feel very confusing and overwhelming to him. That said, he tries to hide many of these feelings from the public, though he’s only partially successful due to his Cancer Ascendant and Libra Sun, which naturally inclines him toward opening up to and connecting with others (you can read more about this in my reading of Jimin’s natal chart, in case you haven’t already).

Meanwhile, Taehyung also likes to keep his feelings private due to his Capricorn stellium, but realistically, this is more of a defense mechanism than a genuine emotional need of his. His Moon resides in Aries in his natal 5th house. Aries is the “youngest” sign of the zodiac, and people with their Moon in Aries will often have the emotional volatility of a baby- they’re easily worked up, saddened, disturbed, comforted, elated. That said, they’ll often grow out of this quality as they grow up.

His 5th house rules over creativity, children, and the performing arts. He feels most emotionally fulfilled when he’s performing and being creative, and he truly does love being around children. He understands their quickly-changing moods and emotions because this is a dynamic he’s struggled with growing up. Jimin understands all of this about Tae and supports and encourages his emotional expression as much as possible.

That said, I mentioned that although Tae feels safest when he’s hiding and protecting his emotions, he really needs to be able to express them openly like a child would and find acceptance and support from those closest to him. This will be especially obvious in their public life, such as when Tae becomes overwhelmed and cries at concerts. Jimin is always his stability and support in these situations, much like Taehyung is for Jimin behind the scenes.

It may seem strange to think of their relationship as having these strong parental dynamics when they’re so close in age, but you’ll want to think of their love as mimicking a parent’s love for their child. It’s that same sort of nurturing, supportive, and unconditionally loving energy. They fulfill each other’s emotional needs which may have been overlooked during their childhoods, and this allows their bond to feel incredibly healing and comfortable for them.

According to the synastry chart, Jimin and Taehyung have Mercury trine Venus which is kind of a ‘finish each other’s sentences’ aspect because their minds work in harmony with each other. Also the way they talk to each other is like just soft (compared with others). They can also creatively inspire each other.

There is also Mercury conjunct Uranus so it’s kind of like they have an unconditional support system through each other.

They have Moon trine Jupiter where feelings (mainly positive ones) are always multiplied. So yeah things like happiness feels doubled when together. There is a sanguine and ‘overcome anything’ attitude.

With Venus sextile Jupiter there would be a lot of warmth and tenderness between them. There is sincerity in their relationship. Just being with each other is enjoyable. Will have a lot of personal inside jokes.

They also have Mars trine Saturn which makes their relationship unyielding and gives it a kind of predictability which they both appreciate. They can easily depend on each other and find how the other is always there for them to be a source of comfort.

Taehyung’s Moon in Jimin’s 10th house which is a really good placement for working together. There is a great deal of respect and admiration for each other. They usually act as one another’s confidence booster. Achieving their goals together can be the highlight of the relationship.

Taehyung’s Mercury in Jimin’s 7th house which is kind of perfect for communication. Like they make an amazing team and always feel they are understood by the other person. 

Jimin’s Moon in Taehyung’s 7th house which creates an aura of security and acceptance in the relationship. They both feel that they can ‘be themselves’ together. So sharing their feelings comes easily for them. Tbh it’s like the you fit perfectly with me kind of placement.

Jimin’s Venus in Taehyung’s 11th house which is a really a best friend placement. There are lot of common interests that they share and have a similar though process. Relating to each other comes easily. With each other they just feel things are just easy going and relaxed. There is a high level of comfort with each other. An overall open and positive bases of the relationship.

Kim Taehyung Nakshatra

Kim Taehyung and his Nakshatra analysis.

I got this really cool request about Kim Taehyung and him potentially being a Vishaka rising, and I really wanted to analyze it. So here is what I came up with, hope you guys enjoy this as much as I enjoyed poking about.

Let me make it clear right off the bat, that since I’m not a professional astrologer, some things may not match up, further since we’re not super sure of his birth time, it’ll definitely affect the reading. What I can be sure of is that I’ll do my best and I’m completely open to constructive criticism from you all!

Now lets get on with some basic stuff, for those who have not yet read the post with Namjoon’s moon analysis, I’ll again reiterate some principles of Vedic astrology! In the scenario that you’re still confused with all this jargon, feel free to reach out and I’ll be more than happy to help you out.

Starting out, we have to note that while western astrology is usually more advisory in nature, Vedic astrology’s main purpose is to predict. Also, we usually go a sign back from western astrology in Vedic astrology, so according to that for example, if you’re a libra rising, you become a virgo rising in Vedic astrology and so on and so forth. All planets will also shift back a sign, so a Capricorn Mercury will become a Sagittarius Mercury.

Since this is the first ‘only nakshatra analysis’ concerned posts on this blog, ill pre-explain some other facets of Nakshatras too. For those of you who don’t understand it still, you can refer to my post dedicated to explaining what nakshataras are through the master-list.

Now a person may display qualities other than that of their ascendant nakshatra, or moon or sun, because sometimes people have stellium or maybe an exalted planet or maybe a really strong planet in another Nakshatra, or maybe a lone planet in a certain Nakshatra is aspecting the lagna or even a stellium, that would all alter the degree to which the nakshatra would individually affect the person. So for this analysis, we will check the ascendant only, and other than that, we’ll check any aspects and lastly the nakshatra lord, and the dispositers.

So for this reading, we’ve taken the birth time as 4:15am on 30th December 1995, and birthplace is set to daegu, south korea (even if this isn’t where he’s born, rest assured since south korea is fairly small, it wont matter much).

Now on with the actual reading part-

So his ascendant is at 29’37 degrees in libra in the Nakshatra of Vishaka, within the third quadrant, where quadrant ruler is Mercury through Gemini. Vishaka’s ruler jupiter is in the third house, conjunct sun and mars in sagittarius, (i.e mooltrikon for jupiter). Jupiter itself sits in mula nakshatra and within the second quadrant of this.

Now onto the really cool stuff, since this stuff is being introduced for the first time, i’ll create a proper post explaining it, post it before this so you guys can check that out too. So keep cross checking it, otherwise i'll have to add it before each Nakshatra analysis.

His nakshatra here is vishaka, misra in nature, caste is mlechh, guna is sattwic, gana is rakshasa, purpose is dharma, deities are Indra and Agni, element is fire, gender is female, animal is tiger, Nadi is kappha and sign is libra.

So now getting on with the actual interpretation of the Vedic jargon above is here-

Firstly, lets get started with the main Nakshatra here, Vishaka. This falls between libra and scorpio, with the first 3 quadrants in libra and the last one in scorpio. Vishaka is represented by two forked branches, reprinting the constant inner battle inside the natives. They may appear very orthodox at times, very stubborn and fixed in their views and traditions, however such people are also extremely progressive and accepting. Due to this weird polarization, some natives have extreme trouble putting forth their views on many subjects here, and tend to observe others for a long time before making up their minds about something. Since the sign is inherently ruled by fire, such people are extremely intense and intimidating to others and love being in the spotlight while being surrounded by loved ones. However due to this intense nature and love for the spotlight, these people have a hard time maintaining friendships. Jupiter is their ruling planet, and you can see that influence in them, too. They are some of the most unconventionally intelligent people you will meet. Add to that their beliefs of spirituality and non-violence, and you’ve got the perfect person, however They are prone to addictions like drugs and alcohol, and they are also overly self-conscious. Instead of enjoying what they have, they will always concentrate on what they lack, therefore being called ‘the star of purpose’, for they’re always searching for a new purpose.

It is often believed that the lover of lord Krishna, Radha was born under this nakshatra. Thus it is believed, such natives have immense charm and beauty, while being innately pure within. They have people falling for them one after another, but once they find someone or something they like, they’ll remain devoted to it. Such people have a ‘Je ne sais quoi’ about them, one can’t very well point it out, but something so magnetic is present. They’re often said to be in direct connect with the divine (lord Krishna was after all a god), and are blessed by god for good fortune.

The native of this nakshatra might be interested in astrology and art.The natives of this nakshatra are good-natured and likes fair-judgement. They have a interest in religion and love the religious rituals too. They speak softly and due to which they easily impress others. They usually don’t speak harshly. Due to the effect of Jupiter they are always ready to learn and teach others. They are ambitious and don’t believe in following the societal rules. They work hard to achieve their ambitions and due to which they receive success also. The natives are wealthy, powerful and have an impressive nature and therefore people get easily impressed by them. The person is compassionate and confluence of ethics, rites and good qualities in the person. Due to the combination of all these qualities the native becomes financially sound also. The native believes in saving money due to which they never face financial crisis. They can influence others with their word. However on the flip side, They like showing off and are a bit arrogant by nature. Vishakha nakshatra is the nakshatra of Jupiter, that is why they have a mild behavior. Something I found very interesting is how Taehyung’s ascendant falls in the 3rd pada or quadrant of Vishaka, which corresponds to the sound ‘Te’ as in pronunciation wise ‘Tae’, and being named taehyung is thus extremely auspicious for him. This is rare among people unaware of Vedic traditions, and no wonder it has worked so well for his fortune and luck.

Now Jupiter through vishaka Rules Lower Abdomen, Bladder parts, kidneys, pancreatic glands, Genitals, Rectum, Prostate Gland, Descending colon. Thus the natives are prone to nose bleeding, renal stone, dropsy, rupture, prostate enlargement, fibroid tumor, urinary trouble.

Now he’s born under the third quadrant. These natives are light-hearted and curious. They enjoy learning and acquiring knowledge on diverse topics. However they may be afflicted by anxiety and often struggle with conflicting emotions regarding work and love, material and spiritual realms and so much more (remember that gemini is two faced, and vishaka itself is branched). Their diversity of personal interests also helps them to form friendships with a wide variety of people. Thus they have no issue maintaining an active and vibrant social life. They are extremely wise for their age and have a natural insight into the workings of the world and of human nature. They are truthful and devout, and are naturally-inclined toward spirituality. They bring energy and enthusiasm to whatever tasks they undertake.

Now we’ll brush over the nakshatra lord quickly, and then move back into really fun nakshatra stuff.

Jupiter as ruler of vishaka is in the 3rd house, conjunct sun and mars, with no aspects.The natives are good planners (3rd house is short distant journeys). Besides, they are highly curious and enjoy making connections with others. They feel happy to share ideas. They are able to see the larger picture and often turn to others for advice and suggestions.  Also, they easily put the people at ease in social situations and have higher mental capabilities. They can become intuitive as Jupiter will expand their mental power, so they can even grasp new information quickly and comprehend things effortlessly. The placement of Jupiter in the 3rd house will also help the natives in education. The natives are likely to excel in writing and literary fields( his degree is in communications and broadcasting I believe). Since this is also the house of younger siblings, people have great relationships with their siblings here.Since the 3rd house is also a upachaya sthana (house of growth) the native will have good growth of career and wealth, and with its aspect on the 7th house, marital bliss is also guaranteed. Aspects on the 11th and 9th houses promise a powerful social circle, and gains through foreign land as well as fame.

However, despite all these great results from sitting in its mooltrikon, Jupiter is still afflicted by sun and mars. Such people with age (upachaya house moves with age) speak less and less because they think twice before they speak and choose their words very carefully. With this conjunction of 3 masculine friendly planets thus when together in a house, makes people highly influential. The native tends to enjoy a good financial and social status. This conjunction is often found in the horoscope of influential and high-ranking individuals such as politicians. When Sun, Mars and Jupiter are housed together in a horoscope, the native earns a lot of wealth, fame, and respect in life. Such people live a prosperous life for the most part and do not have to work hard to make it big, as they have unpaid karma they receive in this lifetime. Moreover, these natives tend to be very loyal and straightforward.

Now onto dissecting the nakshatra even more, let's get into the characteristics of vishaka.

Being of Misra nature, they are of an extremely fiery temperament, are actually prone to being pyromaniacs too. I have noticed that such people also have great metabolisms. They are quiet in large crowds, and prefer one to one conversations and are also extremely philanthropic. Great organizers, extremely interested in art and technology, and absolutely brilliant at getting rid of bad habits (fire purifies).

Vishakha is a monstrous nakshatra. People in this group are generally intuitive, strong-willed, and assertive. They may be prone to anger and violence. However Libra natives possess excellent taste and good judgement. They are friendly, learned, and dignified, but may be prone to arrogance as persons born under the star of Vishakha have a wide sphere of influence. For this reason, they do well in social and political arenas. It is said that that the natives under vishaka have vyapana shakti, or the power to “Achieve and Make Manifest, Power to Achieve many and various Fruits of Life” (remember how he always talks to his angels?)

Now he’s a mleccha caste, which according to Vedic traditions means an outsider or an outcaste (as these people did not follow societal rules, or fit into the Vedic practices as they were of foreign origin). This could honestly be why we talk about his 4D personality, because of the caste. He has an unconventional way of doing things and thinking, which don’t fit into the broader spectrum due to this. Also we can see that it follows the dharma nakshatra, so he is inherently concerned with principles, morals, duty and finding his life’s purpose. This can make his very spiritually inclined and intuitive, also very restless and prone to depression. Now coming to his dosa of kaphha, (the Water quality). This makes a native very philosophical, calm and patient, sometimes so much so that other’s perceive them as lazy, and simply ‘lucky’. With his sattwa qualities here, with Jupiter, a rajas planet, he can often has a duality between rajas qualities with fiery temperament and passion for everything and then an extremely calm and cool quality of sattwa, where one is not concerned about the consequences of their actions and are concerned with being in the moment.

The yoni of the nakshatra is a male tiger (tae tae?). This means the natives have attributes similar to those of tigers.Tigers are handsome and powerful people with an innate self-confidence and elegance. There's a sense of immediacy and an aura of electricity that surrounds it, and when it walks into a room, it feels like something is about to happen. Once a tiger has found its groove, it will focus on its goal with a brightly burning intensity. In social situations, the tiger is an excellent host and there is no such thing as a casual party in its home. Guests can always expect a memorable occasion with an extravagance of food and drink, and yet, there is a distinct coldness to its den. Having sacrificed comfort for style, the tiger outfits its house with austere and modern furniture, and comfortably worn easy chairs are replaced every few years.But their emotional detachment should not be confused with a desire to avoid tenderness; for intimacy is the tiger's greatest sensual tool. Offering its lover some deeply held secrets adds another dimension to both platonic and romantic relationships for a tiger. They are fiercely independent and always on the move, so it can be quite hard to discern such people.

And lastly coming to the deities of the nakshatra, the two deities, Indra (Lord of Lightning) and Agni (Lord of Fire), are known to rule this nakshatra. Hence, Vishakha witnesses the relay of characteristics of both of these ruling deities. Since both of these deities exhibit some characteristics which are not in accordance with the other, Vishakha becomes a mixture of different kinds of characteristics. Lightening tends to have similar impact with the forcefulness of the light, and the destructive power to do what it sets out to do. The energy of Agni however, is more cleansing. Agni is the God which takes our oblations offered to the Gods to them. It is the energy that gives us the opportunity to cook food and nourish ourselves. It creates ashes from all that is offered making it pure and able to clean any impurities. The natives can have a lot to do with justice, social righteousness and causes. There could be a lot of intensity here especially to do the right thing and a lot of righteous principle because of these two deities.

Finally, a shortened version of Vedic tradition story associated with the nakshatra-

Indra, according to Vedic Mythology, is known to be very goal-oriented, and who is often insecure about losing his throne to someone else. In an attempt to keep his throne intact he commits many deeds that can be bad karmas according to Vedic Astrology. For example, Indra once tried to kill the pregnant wife of demon Hiranyakshipu in order to stop him from worshipping Lord Brahma and getting great powers as a result of his worship. Indra feared that Hiranyakshipu will gain powers and then attack the heavens and remove him from his throne and in order to save his throne he tried to disturb the worship of Hiranyakshipu by every possible means. Though he did not succeed due to the intervention of DevRishi (Sage) Naarad who was able to influence the higher Gods to stop Indra from committing such a heinous deed. This goal oriented nature of Indra is relayed through Vishakha and accordingly the natives under the strong influence of this nakshatra are very fixated on their goals and they are always in a danger of engaging in bad karmas in order to achieve their goals.

Indra is also known for his deep interests in drinking, women and enjoying other pleasures and these qualities of Indra are also relayed through this nakshatra and accordingly the natives under the strong influence of this nakshatra are likely to be fond of materialistic pleasures of all kinds. Agni on the other hand is seen as the ruling deity of Fire according to Vedic mythology and he is portrayed as the one with a good character. The influence of Agni on Vishakha brings sufficient energy to this nakshatra which can help the natives achieve their goals.

An incident is quoted in Vedic mythology where a demon prayed to god Agni to protect him and then after assurance from Agni, he started worshipping lord Brahma for gaining powers. Indra, seeing it as a threat to his power came to kill the demon but Agni who had promised the demon to save him, came in the way and fought Indra and prevented him from killing the demon. It should be noted that Agni fought with Indra in order to practice the right deeds despite the fact that Indra was his king. So the influence of Agni on this nakshatra brings positive qualities of Agni and how a particular native under the influence of Vishakha will behave is very much dependent on which of these two ruling deities is controlling Vishakha in his horoscope.
