I like that in the last episode of s8 allura didn't just give lance altean marks, but made him altean, think about it, they were in the heart of existence itself

She literally altered reality itself and made him altean before she died with words "I'll always be with you", that bitch literally made him altean before peacing out and saving everything

And i also like that the whole fandom literally ignored it and went with "he has altean marks" explanation instead. Y'all if it were that easy to get altean marks with just a kiss, he would've already had them, they've kissed before guys...
