If you're looking for a vitamin B12 test in Gurgaon, you have several options. Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that helps maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells. It is also important for DNA synthesis and the metabolism of amino acids and fatty acids. A vitamin B12 test measures the amount of B12 in your blood, which can help diagnose certain conditions like pernicious anemia, a type of anemia caused by a vitamin B12 deficiency.

I'm always like, pretty badly lacking in B12 and it's easy to notice when it's bad again bc I'm so tired all the time and i start struggling to speak but, like, I was like oh teehee whatever it's like the D vitamins girls stay slaying ♡
I learnt today that B12 deficiency is the same as anemia and now I'm like oh. oh!!! oooohhh okay so it is kinda bad that they put me on B vitamin pills for like 2 weeks and then go "see you in another year ♡"

[Obligatory disclaimer: I'm not a nutritionist, I'm just a nerd who's studied nutrition on and off for 27 years. I apologize if this ends up sounding condescending or frustrated, I'm not trying to be, I'm just upset that no one is taught nutrition in school. Also, I don't blame people for not learning about it on their own when there are so many other things that they have to deal with.] Just so y'all know, you aren't going to get scurvy if you stop using dairy milk and eating sugary cereal. Why? Because neither of them contain Vitamin C, nor are they fortified with Vitamin C. Just look at the nutrition labels, and read the ingredients and you won't find ascorbic acid is one of them. Also, a lot of commercial plant milks are fortified with Vitamins A & D, just like dairy milk is, as well as Calcium. So in most cases if you use plant milk you aren't getting less vitamins and minerals.
Some facts about Vitamin C: - Vitamin C is ascorbic acid, I totally understand why folks think it's citric acid but it isn't - There's a buffered form of Vitamin C, calcium ascorbate, which is a lot gentler on the stomach since it's not nearly so acidic (as you might expect, it also provides some calcium) - Vitamin C is very easy to destroy with heat, so fresh fruits and veggies are your best dietary source - Iron is absorbed better when you have Vitamin C in the same meal - Taking Vitamin C supplements when you are sick won't help you get well faster. While it's an important vitamin for the immune system, you need to generally have adequate levels of it to help keep your immune system working - Vitamin C is also really important for making collagen (As someone with a connective tissue disorder, taking Vitamin C has helped me a lot)

In this video you will learn Dylan Rothbein’s genetics life story. In this comprehensive science and personal story video, viewers will explore the intricate genetics behind several medical conditions and phenomena. The video delves into the genetic underpinnings of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), a group of connective tissue disorders caused by mutations in specific genes. The video explores the biological links between EDS, intersex conditions, and gender dysphoria. It also covers ataxia, a neurological disorder characterized by loss of coordination, often linked to genetic mutations Pernicious anemia, an autoimmune condition preventing vitamin B12 absorption, is examined through its genetic causes. The video further explains the role of genetics in fetal development with ectodermal dysplasia, highlighting how genetic material from both parents shapes the growth and development of a fetus ectoderm. Additionally, the concept of gene overexpression is discussed, illustrating how increased gene activity can lead to various biological effects.
