Like, what happened to 4:3? Websites and word processors work with VERTICAL SCROLLING. That means we want more VERTICAL SPACE.

What happened to buttons on the trackpad? The smooth square is bullshit. Bring back buttons. Also there should be a scroll wheel beside the trackpad.

Why are laptops so thin nowadays? Where's the sturdiness? Where's the space to put things?

What happened to the io? I WANT MORE USB. I should not have to buy an adapter to have enough USB ports.

Disc drives! SD card readers! Why did they leave?? Put them back.

And easily removable batteries!! That should be common again!! If the battery stops carrying enough charge, anyone should be able to replace it easily.

Also, like, why are laptop speakers consistently so ass? Make them good!

Keyboards should have more buttons! Un-merge the function keys and the, like, volume and brightness control keys. More buttons more better.

Why is there usually only a power button? Put a sleep button next to it!!

I can see why they swerved around calling the style an afro in the US, but there are so many other things that are different. Like I played the US version so I had no idea Hersh permed his hair. They also removed him openly admitting that he hid his love for the adventures with Randall in the US version. Also he did his hair like that because it was trendy??

Although in the US version Luke says he wants to grow out his hair like Layton and that's sweet I think. Hersh also says he was know for his fencing which I would have never guessed tbh but it does make sense

Whenever I think of Nigel I think of thick fog. More specifically, I live by a bay that has shipping train tracks along it. Sometimes early in the morning I walk by it and it’s fogging, It’s hard to see, but you have that feeling deep in your chest that is indescribable, yet familiar. And the smell is moist, rusty, and salty. Your lungs are filled up with this fog seeping into your body.

This is what I see Nigel as, a feeling. You cannot see far ahead of you, your mind is not open, but you feel. The cold wet air. The impending fear is just settled in your chest, you know it is safe but you cannot see behind you, you never feel alone in the fog. Like someone watching you, like you’re watching yourself from far away. There is something creeping up your neck. The path is overgrown with weeds because the city does not care to tidy it up. No one goes there unless they need to be someplace else.

My interpretation of Nigel Colbie can never be completely described in words. With all of the uncertainties of the story told, we don’t know what truly happened, so why do I have the privilege to force a narrative? I am no good with pretty words and communicating how I see people and feelings. That is why I like to personalize things and give characters that I cannot describe or understand, feelings. I know feelings and with that I can place metaphors to express them.

When the fog disappears because the sun has warmed the air, it leaves droplets of water on the grass and leaves.

Nigel Colbie, my beloved, how I wish I could see into your mind and merge into your body to see how you feel.

You know what I love? Flavour text on my items!

So here's some BG3 flavour text I found for Aylin's, Isobel's, and Ketheric's items, many of which are not lootable in-game - and some of which the characters themselves aren't seen wearing. I've had this lying around for a while, but now the toolset has given me a simple way to pluck out some neat "loot" visuals to go with the words. I'm going to list their names as they appear in the files, as well as include the non-unique descriptions some of them have (when they simply inherited from the template of another item of an appropriate type).

Aylin

Nightsong's Armour

Nightsong's armour is evocative of her personality - prickly, hardy, and about as agreeable as a clenched fist.

Nightsong Helmet

The Dame's resentment and anger toward Ketheric cannot be overstated. Still, her dreams rove sweeter corners, beyond the cruel hardwood floors of vengeance, the rooms of pain and discipline. Hers is a complex house, a house of the heart.

Nightsong Boots

Scratched in places, scorched in others, and worn thin at the heel, these boots bear the indelible marks of experience. (Metallic Boots default text)

Moon Devotion Robe

In his youth, Ketheric Thorm has the same puzzled, ever-curious brow belonging to any kid. Lamentable, that the brow this circlet adorned warped with tragedy and a sick determination over time.
