This photo is made from a blue hour timelapse sequence a shot by the Liberty Bridge in Budapest. Love this spot. There is a little traffic island between the tram tracks from where you can get a perfectly symmetrical composition of the bridge. Our last day in Hungary was spent at a horse farm! Darrell was in heaven! We were greeted with Brandy and pastries.....then toured the barns and learned about the tradition of these breeds of horses! I rarely do macro photography but as the warm light made these leaves glow i couldn’t help myself. These leaves are obviously not perfect but i believe it just adds to the mood. Also i really liked the red dots making this scene even more unique. It was very interesting how easy it is to find macro subjects when you take the time and look around a bit more purposefully. I spent the last two weeks up in the mountains. We organise a summer camp for children there. It has been a regular summer program for me for the past 12 years. I can’t even describe how magical it is to be up there without cell service for two weeks. Anyways now i’m back and i’m going to try to post more. Probably my favourite time in a city is blue hour. Honestly it is just so magical. When you can almost see daylight and the city lights together but with this insane blueish-purpleish glow.
