Supercremige Wildreis Suppe: einfach, schnell und vegan

So simpel und schnell kann Kochen sein. Mit nur 20 Minuten Arbeit bereitest Du Dir eine gesunde, schmackhafte, vegane Suppe, die Dich auch richtig satt macht. Auch ohne Sahne bekommst Du die Suppe supercremig - mit einem kleinen Trick. Dieses Süppchen kannst Du bei einem Menü auch als Vorsuppe servieren. Du kannst vorkochen und die Suppe in Gläsern einkochen oder in der Gefriertruhe aufbewahren. Aber da sie so schnell gekocht ist, ist das gar nicht unbedingt nötig. Beachte jedoch, dass Du die Cashewkerne über Nacht einweichen solltest.

Winterlicher Vinaigrette Salat: 2 vegane Rezepte in einem Video

Der Vinaigrette-Salat ist einer der köstlichsten Wintersalate, die ich kenne. Neben vielen leckeren Wintergemüsen braucht man dafür Rote Beete, saure Gurken und einen Krautsalat. Auch diesen stellen wir im Video her. Vinaigrette-Salat kommt ursprünglich aus Russland. Viele Kenner werden sagen, in unserem Rezept fehlt das Sauerkraut. Und das stimmt. Wer dieser Meinung ist, kann den Krautsalat einfach durch Sauerkraut ersetzen. Du kannst die Erbsen durchaus auch durch Bohnen ersetzen, den Dill durch Petersilie, Du kannst Äpfel in den Salat geben und oder ein gekochtes Ei. Diesen Salat wirst Du eh viele Male zubereiten. Also probiere Dich einfach aus.
