Wulf the Barbarian #2 (April, 1975). Cover by Larry Hama and Klaus Janson (with assists from "Crusty Bunkers": Neal Adams, Pat Broderick, Ralph Reese, Ed Davis, Wally Wood, Bob McLeod, Vincente Alcazar, Paul Kirshner, and Jack Abel). The witch in the background was redrawn by Larry Lieber (Stan Lee's brother).
Wulf was one of two barbarian heroes, the other being Iron-Jaw (no, not the Golden Age bad guy who tussled with Crime Buster) from upstart comic book company Atlas/Seaboard. They were created to compete with Marvel's very successful Conan the Barbarian book.
They didn't succeed. Wulf the Barbarian and Iron-Jaw only lasted four issues each and then were gone. Atlas/Seaboard didn't last much longer itself, shutting down less than 18 months after opening for business.

Red Circle Sorcery 7, Red Circle Productions, Inc. (Archie Comics), June 1974. Cover art by Gray Morrow. Several good horror stories in this one by Steve Skeates, Carlos Pino, Gray Morrow, Vicente Alcazar, Marvin Channing, and Bruce Jones. Red Circle Sorcery started out as Chilling Adventures In Sorcery As Told By Sabrina in 1972, but eventually Sabrina moved on and it became strictly a horror anthology.
