Turkey bird exhibits outstanding leadership skills to help his flock cross a busy road

Humanity is all about thinking about others before ourselves and such gestures come as huge lessons about being kind and compassionate towards each other. While people should be setting examples of humanity and being responsible leaders, animals seem to have transcended human beings in terms of possessing the qualities of humanity and leadership. With that said, one such video on the internet is going viral for an animal’s excellent leadership skills and selflessness towards his flock. The video has also grabbed the attention of RPG Enterprises chairman Harsh Goenka who shared the clip on his Twitter handle.

Hailing the skills of a Turkey bird, Geonka captioned the video as, “A lesson in leadership…”

As we can see in the footage, the bird stands in the middle of a busy road while other members of the flock cross the road safely. During this, vehicles from both sides stopped to facilitate the movement of the birds. While the vehicles waited patiently for the birds to move away, one person recorded the video and shared it on social media.

In the meantime, as the video concludes, it shows the male bird finally crossing the road after ensuring that all the birds of his group have made it to the other side. Shared on Sunday, the video has gone viral and grabbed over 200,000 views and hundreds of likes. Goenka’s followers also took to the comment section and lauded the bird’s leadership qualities.

One wrote, “Leader goes the last”, while another commented, “Head of the family always stands for his family.”

★ Andaz Apna Apna 2: Salman Khan & Aamir Khan to romance young actresses in the sequel?!

The 1994 film Andaz Apna Apna is undoubtedly one of the most hilarious comedies ever made. Starring Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Raveena Tandon, Karisma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal and Shakti Kapoor, it did not do too well at the box office initially. However, over the years audiences felt that it was actually one of the most excellent comedies and soon, Andaz Apna Apna became a cult classic. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Vinay Sinha, the film also saw Mehmood, Govinda and Juhi Chawla in cameo roles.

In an earlier interview, writer Dilip Shukla had confirmed that Aamir and Salman will be reuniting for the sequel to revive the Amar-Prem bond. He had also shared that he has begun writing the script for Andaz Apna Apna 2. “I am writing the sequel. It is not easy to pen a sequel. I have to bring something more attractive in comparison to the earlier one.” He went on to add, “The sequel cannot be complete without Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. They will be there along with three other new cast members.”

In a recent chat with Asian Age, Dilip Shukla went on to reveal that superstars Aamir and Salman will be seen romancing young actresses. He explained that this will add more humour to the plot. There has also been buzz on social media that Raveena and Karisma, who played the love interests of the actors in the original film, will be making a special appearance in part 2.

Veteran film producer Vinay Sinha who has produced the cult classic ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ which starred Aamir Khan and Salman Khan has passes away on January 24.

The cause of his death is not known. Film critic and trade analyst Komal Nahta shared the sad news on his Twitter handle. “Vinay Sinha, the producer of films like ‘Andaz Apna Apna’, passed away a few minutes back. May his soul Rest In peace(sic),” wrote Komal.

Apart from ‘Andaz Apna Apna‘, some of the other films bankrolled by Sinha are ‘Naseeb’, ‘Chor Police’ and ‘Showman’ to name a few.

 In November last year, Sinha’s ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ had completed 25 years. Rajkumar Santoshi was allegedly planning to remake the film, which completed 25 years last year. Speculations were rife that Varun Dhawan and Ranveer Singh were being considered for the reboot. However, neither Santoshi nor the actors have confirmed the news.
