How about #47 A moment you wish could have happened?

As I've been pondering this question it turns out I have more than one moment LMAO strap in!

#47 A moment you wish could have happened or in this case three:

- A moment that did happen but I wish was extended being the Lisa Lisa vs Kars fight. I wish so badly that Lisa Lisa could have had a chance to shine more, I want to watch her kick ass! But the way it ended so quickly, by Kars cheating, outsmarting a hamon master with practically no effort always felt cheap to me.

Joseph is great and all, and I get that Kars being the final villian they'd end up fighting in the end but Joseph fights about every single antagonist in part 2 (which I think is kind of a shame when it comes to the potential of its supportive cast, like Lisa Lisa and Caesar) so that's something that has always disappointed me. It'd be cool if Lisa Lisa injured Kars badly and that's when he uses the mask with the red stone of aja, for example, then stuff goes downhill.

- Avdol backstory. Polnareff and Kakyoin got some backstories told, Polnareff especially having a more direct tie of his story into the present events of SDC but we never got anything about Avdol. I wish we could have had a moment where we got to see more of Avdol's past, his family, his childhood, maybe a certain event or just about anything really! I would have gladly taken it.

- That one scene from the battle tendency manga where Joseph and Caesar go to a post office and almost get into a fight... It's a funny moment with those two I am forever saddened this never got animated </3

Battle Tendancy would have been better if they stayed in the Americas. Caesar and his family could have grown up as poor immigrants after their father up and disappeared in New York. Suzie Q could have grown up there too. The Hamon Masters having a private training area in idk Texas? They could have been exploring the cultures of Central America like the Yucatan. Maybe searching for the origins of the pillarmen while going on a wacky road trip to play keep away with the Red Stone of Aja. The other antagonists could be greedy industrialists, mobsters, or a rouge mad scientist.

Wait actually I'm SO obsessed with cross country road trip P2 that's do good I literally love that

Like a more modern vehicular SBR,,, that would work so well and good I think I geniuenly love that . Cross country trip maybe with a treasure hunt across america as they follow clues to find this stone of aja treasure... all while the pillar men are doing the same. Super fun hijinks,, and yes yes going crazy with like them running into other minor villians also trying to find this treasure ans the pillar men and hamon group being forced to work togeather and stuff... that be so fucking good

And ough immigrant Ceasars and Suzi Q who live with Lisa Lisa is also so good, I think it would legit make such a good spin on Caeaars character... proud italian who was forced to run from his home with his adoptive family of Suzi and Lisa Lisa as the rise of war is beginning to take over their country...

I'm picturing scenes of the hamon gang getting a clue or an item meant to be a puzzle peice to the next part of their treasure hunt and their like fuck yes take that pillar men! As they speed off in a car only to not even a few seconds later watch the pillar men catch up with their car on foot in a few seconds flay

How fun would that have been I literally love this concept holy shit..

Going on adventures all around the world with your friends. Patching eachother up when you get home and staying up all night telling stories cause your restless.

Helping the CreepSlayerz out by giving them smaller trollhunting jobs when you realize Eli and Steve know the truth. Mentoring them so they don't get hurt and so Jim has less to deal with.

You reach out your hand with a smile helping villians up refusing to leave anyone behind and promising anyone can be redeamed.

Strickler: They loved love notes and babies.

Strickler smiling as he pretends not to see you pass notes to your crush in class. Fast forward and Strickler, Barbara, Not Enrique, and you are taking care of all the changeling nursery babies. Your only visiting but you rock a first one to sleep after it wakes up and Strickler and Barbara are proud.

Angor: And liked giving gifts.

You give Angor his eye back before slowly sliding the Inferna capula ring off and handing it to him. It's rocky at first but he becomes your ally before he becomes your friend. He helps you stop the Eternal Night and free Morgana helping you redeam her.

Douxie: Has a hard time accepting a good compliment.

Douxie and Zoe saying your fighting was impressive and that your Trollhunting is incredible. You shake your head politely saying no. They compliment you every time they see you now and let you know your a talented and smart kid.

Dictatious: They love their whole family

You standing in a giant group hug with Jim, Claire, Toby, Steve, Eli, Blinky, Aarrrgh, Draal, Dictatious, Aja, Krel, Varvotos, Strickler, Angor Rot, Morgana, Douxie, Archie, and Zoe

Everyone: And all of their friends

Everyone is beaten and down on the ground and the world is about to end. With your last bit of strength you use your magic weapon and get up. Turning you look at your friends and family smiling with tears dripping down your face.

Song name ideas to capture the vibe

Eli and Steve have a duet called, "Creepslayerz"

Jim probably gets two or more songs, one being titled "My Burden to Bear" which features trollhunter struggles angst. Maybe the second song is more of a group song called "Trollhunters" it could be the last song of the musical where the entire group is coming together? 👀

Claire's song is probably going to be about her wanting to find her brother and it's working title is "Not Enrique"

Toby's song is a mini duet with Aarrrgghh where Toby has most of the lines XD. it's called "Wingman"

Ima have to get back to you on Krel and Aja cause I don't remember much of 3below 😭

Douxie's song is called "The Wizard's Apprentice" and it's going to mainly focus on his struggle to let Merlin go. Archie gets a few lines in the song as well 👀👀

can you explain how the tracksuit mafia plot was about gentrification? I forgot a lot from fractions/aja hawkeye

i only remember the broad strokes since i read it awhile ago but all the supporting characters are people who live in the same apartment building in bedstuy w clint and a large part of the story revolves around them struggling to make rent amid rising costs. (bedstuy is also a real neighborhood in nyc that has become super gentrified in real life, i dont think the comic uses the word gentrification but it’s clearly about that) and the tracksuit mafia comes after clint not necessarily bc he’s ronin or hawkeye or whatever but bc he stood up to the landlord and their little gang works for him, harassing tenants and evicting people unfairly.

that run also ended on a cliffhanger bc i remember it being revealed that the tracksuit mafia was involved w a larger plot by kingpin and a bunch of other marvel nyc villians to buy up buildings in the bedstuy neighborhood for some nefarious plan but the series just ends without tying up that plot.

anyways the final battle of the comic is kate, clint and their neighbors going to war with the tracksuit mafia to save their building/neighborhood. it’s a thematic statement about community and solidarity. one of the things i love about the series is how it includes this huge cast of characters that are mostly normal people, the whole comic is so grounded in the problems its dealing with plus the art style is gorgeous. it was a breathe of fresh air when it was published and it still stands out as one of the best comics marvel has ever put out.

Favorite character- hmmm that's a hard one. Honestly I enjoy and love all th characters except for one. My favorite though?? Hmm..I can't decide between Krel, Varvatos, and Steve. Krel is just a good boy and I love him. Varvatos is a good nanny and he had so much character development. Steve also had a lot of character development and I was proud of him for becoming such good friends with Eli.

Least favorite character- General what's her face. Even from her first introduction I was severely enraged by her because I thought she was too harsh on aliens who never posed a threat to her. And then after betraying everyone she worked with she goes and makes a deal with the big bad who will obviously betray her. This is also my problem with that one general lady in Voltron at the end. That type of character just annoys me because I know they could be written better.

5 favorite ships- hehhhh I don't ship much but, Staja (Steve and Aja, I thought they were a cute dynamic and they had some good chemistry), Toby and Darcy (once more a cute dynamic anf good chemistry. I like the popular girl loving and happily going out with the fat boy of the school because she likes him as much as he likes her), Stevi (Steve and Eli is kinda a cute concept so I'm a low-key shipper for them), Nana and Varvatos (this is just cute okay. I like that Varvatos found a lover who likes all of him for who he is. They're cute.), Lucy and Ricky Blank (I just love how the androids get human emotions and actually love each other and act like a couple. I think that's just the cutest thing ever. And they care for the kids so y'all just tugging at my heart strings more) (I also love Jalir and StrickLake, but they're not main in this show so ssshhhh)

Character I find most attractive- Troll Jim even though he was in there for like 2.5 seconds. He's my boy. But probably Krel in his alien form. He's just a cutie.

Character I would marry- (Jim) Krel. Good boy. Cute alien. Musiccccc.

Character I would be best friends with- Honestly I think I would probably get along with Darcy pretty well. She's fun and sassy and I like that.

A random thought- Record store girl with pink hair is adorable and I hope to see more of her in Wisards.

An unpopular opinion- uhhh I think General Morrando could've been a better villian. He was menacing and stuff, but he had no backstory or motive other than 'ooh I was exiled! I hate the royals! Rawr! I'm evil!'

My canon OTP- Jlair. Even though they're not technically in 3 Below, they still canonically exist. Um but in 3 Below I still think Staja is OTP

My non-canon OTP- uhhh non-canon...Cute electric alien bounty hunter x living longer

Most badass character- Either Alpha or Zadra. Both.

Most epic villian- Hrrrrruuuuuuuhhhhhhh wasn't super pleased with the villians actually. Uh I like Alpha and his brotherhood. They were cool.

Pairing I'm not a fan of- Hmmm, gotta think. I'm pretty okay with most pairings in this universe actually. I think Steve x Jim I'm not really a fan of. I just can't see that ever working.

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another)- Like I said I'm not a super big fan of the villians in this show. I don't think they're bad I just think they could've been done better. I really think they screwed Gwendolyn over though. I wish they had done more with her, she had so much potential.

Favorite friendship- Oh easy, Steve and Eli. Creepslayerzzzzzz!!!! For lifeeeeee!!!!

Character I most identify with- Probably Varvatos. He wants to protect those he cares about more than anything, but he's haunted by wishes of vengeance. He makes a big mistake and truely believes that he should die for it, thinking he couldn't dare hurt his royals again. He has a strong sense of justice and a horrible case of self-doubt. I can relate to that. Plus he's dramatic and I get that. Oh and the bad back.

Character I wish I could be- Stewart honestly. The guy has a great life. Selling tacos and burritos and making kids happy, while on the side he helps out his adopted niece and nephew. I like that.

And how can I pass up talking about the fabulous man Lotor himself?

How I feel about this character- I like Lotor. I think he's set up as a good nemesis and then anti-hero. Love his design, 10/10 there would touch hair again. I think he had good motives and a sad but compelling backstory. And I was sad when he died, but it wasn't completely unexpected. I do wish he had lived on to serve as a tension and foil to Allura though. I wanted my boy to grow into the good garla leader he could've been.

Any/all the people I ship romantically with this character- Allura. They had good chemistry and I wish it had worked out. I would've liked to have seen them doing alchemy together. Also Axca. I like to ship that one as an unrequited love situation where possibly Lotor had a (or several) romantic encounters with her, but didn't really have feelings for her.

My favorite non-romantic relationship for this character- Ooh. I really like the tension of the relationship between Haggar and Lotor. A mother slowly discovering who she is and what actually happened and a son in denial about the true identify of his mother. I just like it. Good tension.

My unpopular opinion about this character- Hmm... despite how much I miss him and wish for him to have come back, I think it's actually for the better he stayed dead. His death upset the Altean colonies as well as Haggar. Both of these things caused major trouble for our heroes. And it gave Haggar a good motive for what she did.

One thing I wish would happen/ had happened with this character in canon- I wish Lotura had stayed a thing. It was cute and the relationship had good chemistry and a good set up. I also think it would have made both Lotor and Allura better people.

Favorite friendship for this character- I think a seriously underrated and untapped beautiful friendship would've been with Keith. Two horomonal adult Galra males walking around together could've led for some beautiful rivalries.

My crossover ship- uhhhhhhhhh I don't really have one. I'm not big on character x character shipping in general unless I see good set up and chemistry.

hmmm 1. I actually have a soft spot for RR villians. I love Adrius ( but MS Adrius was just serial killer mode, after what Nero said in end of GS and all, yay thank you Nero for winning the prize Abysmal father of the year), I respect his mind and the fact he did not let the fact he is physically less strong than his peers to let him down. All I see is this extremally intelligent boy that wanted to be loved by his father( and he was raised by a different family, he might have been different). Honestly I’d love to have a conversation with him. Heck, imagine what could have happened if Nero loved his son, or if Adrius was raised like Mustang from the Telemanuses, or if instead of house Pluto where he eats fellow students, he met real friends? Same goes for Apollonius and Karnus ( now those two probably know the perfect places for a drink).I know a lot of people dont agree on Karnus but he was loyal to his family, despite him disliking Julian, he sounded fun and a bit crazy. I can’t wait to see more of the grandiouse and damn sexy Minotaur, Apollonius au Valii-Rath.  2. Darrow has made a lot of mistakes, but he is human ( and lets be honest, nobody around him had a better idea, and everybody looked at him to do the job) but actually in IG, I don’t find mistakes. I sometimes feel people expect him to be a miracle maker or something. I have made several posts on why I believe Darrow was right, at least on the key decisions in IG. Also they all say he is a bad father ( which I can argue as well if you want to) 3 Fitchner is the underapreciated hero in these books. Everybody keeps calling Sevro, Ares but lets be honest, Sevro is no Ares, we all saw what Sevro did in MS ( he acted like a terrorist,with all the bombings, no lack of strategy and all), Sevro is the leader of the Howlers, Howler 2 after Darrow, brilliant fighter, great friend, but his father is Ares - everything in these books happen because Fitchner was a master strategist, planner and all of this took years of work to get to the point where Darrow was carved), He spied on Octavia for months, if not a year. Also,( cause I am rereading the books) I noticed , Fitchner uses metabolisers to help him loose weight and quite often puts his hands over his belly as if to hide it ( despite the fact his has just a small beer pouch and he is obviously fit since for the place of the Rage Knight he defeated Apollonius au Valii-Rath and Proctor Jupiter), which means despite his i don’t care attitude FItcher is bothered and insecure about his weight and how his body looks which makes my husband even more precious and worthy of being show just how amazing he is.SO our beloved Sevro, despite my amazing love for him is not Ares, he just keeps the title so the symbol does not disappear. 4. Despite Aja killing off one of my top 10 faves, I dont hate her. She was loyal to a point to Octavia and i prize loyalty. For her Ragnar and everybody else were enemies to the person she was most loyal to. And just as Sevro would do this for Darrow, Aja did so for Octavia.  5. I really love Mustang however I don’t think dating and manipulating Cassius was nesessary for her spying since was already part of Octavia’s inner circle, it just seemed a bit like a petty way of revenge on the Bellonas ( mimicking Nero dating Iona, Tiberius’s sister). HOWEVER, this doesn’t diminish my respect and admiration towards her immense intellect and skill instrategy.

So Aja and Krel kind of switched personalities, in the sense that Krel is more outwardly and intimidating, and Aja is more of a wallflower and nervous.

Vex just thinks every chunk of debris with a big enough land mass to have a gravity revolves around him.

skullgirls and jjba crossover, how would it began and the main villian in the crossover story is Kars after he managed to control the skullheart

If there’s one thing that brings light to my life, it’s a good ol’ fashion crossover.

To make things easier, I’ll just assume a) everyone can wish on the Skullheart or b) they figured out how to let men use it.

I think the Skullheart would be the equivalent of the stone mask(s), supposedly created centuries ago. Joseph’s grandfather Jonathan died trying to kill the last wielder of the Skullheart, Dio Brando, so Joseph takes the responsibility of destroying it this time (after some coaxing).

Kars was a mortal, presented the Skullheart by a mysterious individual who could sense his desperation for power. His town discovered he had the Heart, and attempted to stop him. Before they could however, Kars wished to become the ultimate being, immediately turning him into the Skullgirl (Skullperson?). To prove his power, he killed everyone in his town and raised them as his undead army.

Esidisi, Wham, and Santana were Kars’ comrades whom he killed then resurrected to give them immortality and the ability to inhumanly manipulate their bodies.

I’d wager Hamon would be the equivalent to Living Weapons, while Stands are parasites. Joseph’s weapon was Jonathan’s that he gave to Erina before he died. Caeser’s is a staff shaped like a bubble wand, which Joseph laughed at until it almost killed him.

The Speedwagon Foundation is like Lab 8, founded with the intent of researching and destroying the Skullheart. Von Stronhiem oversees what is basically Lab 0 from another kingdom.

“The Red Stone of Aja” or “Super Aja” is the codename for a weapon madeto neutralize the Skullheart’s energy, similar to Peacock’s Argus lasers. Kars considers it the only real threat to him, and his main goal is to track down and destroy it.

The Hamon monks are like the Renoirs, rulers of the kingdom who wield a set of Living Weapons. Straizo inherited the throne after Tonpetty’s death, and when he’s killed by Joseph for teaming up with Kars, his adopted daughter Lisa Lisa becomes leader.

Bonus: Araki is the Trinity and Rohan is Double.

[Review FILM] Justice League

Hemmm, bingung sebenarnya mau review ini darimana. Cukup terlambat aku nonton (baru kemarin) karena males antrinya dan aku bukan tipe orang yang harus nonton pertama pas premiere gitu. Nope

Banyak yang review film ini jelek atau so-so. Menurutku? It’s below my expectations. Sadly, I find the story was bad. Why? Let’s break in

Alur ceritanya forward, diselingin flashback sedikit ditengah-tengah dan diberikan intro masing-masing karakter. Intronya lumayan menarik. Tapi jalan ceritanya yah mudah ditebak (sangat!) dan ceritanya jelek menurutku. Seperti layaknya film-film superhero based comic yah, pasti jalan ceritanya seperti itu-itu saja. Tapi yang benar-benar aku sayangkan adalah tidak ada klimaks, konflik yang rumit atau konfilk antar karakter, benar-benar flat.

Pengembangan karakternya kurang dan nanggung. Jadi dari awal film sampai akhir, karakternya seperti itu saja, tidak ada naik-turunnya. Daaaan karakter villian (orang jahat)nya kurang jahat, sangat kurang jahat dan tampangnya lempeng aja, like whaat?

Tapi ada beberapa hal yang aku suka, sek mikir dulu, oh actionnya lumayan tapi kurang ding terutama di Batmannya, actionnya kurang malah lebih bagusan actionnya Wonder Woman. Visual effectnya lumayan tapi ada beberapa scene yang aku yakin ini pakai green scene (edit visual).

Sisa lainnya? So-so

Mungkin pake DC comic fans bakalan suka yah, buat anak-anak juga bakal suka sih ini, banyak pahlawannya gitu. Tapi bagi penggemar film, aku rasa ini kurang di sisi beratnya cerita tapi yah ini pendapatku saja. Banyak yang suka juga kok sama film ini dan termasuk dalam box office juga
