Telangana State Film Development Corporation (FDC) chairman and leading producer Dil Raju said on Wednesday that a delegation of film personalities would call on state Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy today to foster "healthy relations" between the government and the industry.The meeting assumes significance amid Cinematography minister Komatireddi Venkat Reddy's statement that the state government, in future, may consider ticket price hikes only for certain categories such as films made on history, freedom struggle or anti-drugs or message-oriented.The state government's stand came in the wake of the death of a 35-year-old woman at Sandhya Theatre here due to suffocation where the Pushpa 2 movie was screened on December 4.The minister’s statement, if really implemented, will have a huge impact on the high budget films such as Ram Charan’s Game Changer, Nandamuri Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaj and Venkatesh’s "Sankranthiki Vasthunnam" which are slated for release during Sankranti next year.FDC Dil Raju will be leading the addressing of the issues between the government and the film industryAs per the PTI, the meeting is being organised on behalf of the FDC, Dil Raju had said, adding, that he would act as a bridge between the government and the film fraternity. Aho Vikramarka - A Familiar Tale with a Standout Lead

*Aho Vikramarka* delivers a solid dose of action and drama, though it treads familiar territory in its narrative. The story revolves around Vikramarka, a corrupt cop played by Dev Gill, whose life takes a sharp turn when he stumbles upon a buried secret that plunges him into a violent confrontation with the villainous Asura, portrayed by Pravin Tarde.

Dev Gill’s portrayal of Vikramarka is undoubtedly the film's highlight. He brings a rugged intensity to the role, perfectly capturing the transformation from a self-serving officer to a man on a mission. Gill’s ability to balance the character’s ruthlessness with moments of vulnerability is impressive and keeps the audience engaged, even when the plot feels predictable.

Chitra Shukla adds charm as Vikramarka’s girlfriend, though her character serves more as a narrative device to propel Vikramarka into action than a fully fleshed-out role. Still, Shukla’s screen presence adds a touch of elegance to the film.

The supporting cast, including Pravin Tarde, Prabhakar, and Krishna Murali Posani, deliver solid performances, but they are somewhat limited by the conventional storyline. Pravin Tarde’s portrayal of Asura is menacing, yet his character falls into the trope of a typical villain without much depth.

Director Trikoti Peta ensures that the film maintains a brisk pace, keeping the audience entertained with well-executed action sequences and sharp dialogues. The action, overseen by Real Satish, is executed with flair, adding excitement to the otherwise straightforward plot. However, the film doesn’t break new ground and relies heavily on tried-and-tested formulas.

In the end, *Aho Vikramarka* is a decent watch for fans of action dramas. While it doesn’t offer anything groundbreaking, Dev Gill’s commanding performance and the film’s fast pace make it an enjoyable, if not particularly memorable, experience.
