Alright guys the fable smp pokemon au brainrot is back and full swing because ocie was posting about it so here's a couple of thoughts based on that (warning this post is a bit long 😅)

Ok ok, so it terms of what pokemon people would have and how they got them, here's the thoughts

I think icarus' partner pokemon would be an archeops they got from their dad. Something about the overworld foundation doing some kind of research with ancient pokemon and fable giving his kid one seems right. They'd also probably have a pom-pom style oricorio and a decidueye (something about a ghost type archer pokemon that bird shaped feels right). They'd absolutely have almost exclusively flying types. Charles is just a really high level torchic they got from and trade and cant use.

Rae would probably have an Espeon. It's just feels right for him between it being a psychic type and evolving through high friendship. Going with the idea of him studying psychic and dark types, an inkay could be good for that, but idk if it fits his vibe. I also think that a pa'u style oricorio could be fun because he could totally study its dancing and how that connect with its "psychic energy". Also it could be matching with icarus which is fun. While it's not dark or psychic, a lucario or riolu could also be fun because they literally sense auras. Like. It's their whole thing. A lucario evolves with high friendship, but it also might be a bit to strong for rae to own. Maybe a riolu that evoles later on.

Athena just gets all the fire types. And maybe some fairy and dark types. Their partner pokemon is absolutely a torracat. They deserve all the fire types. Athena could also have a baile style oricorio so all of prince trio can have matching bird guys (maybe I just like oricorio alot. But it's a fire type and it fits and its fun). Just give this guy fire pokemon. And also maybe an alcremie because baking.

On that same note, give Jamie a dachsbun. And some bear shaped pokemon.

Arisanna gets fairy pokemon, specifically I think her partner pokemon is a togekiss because I think the allays being togepi is really fun. Im not entirely sure about what other pokemon she would have tho. Maybe an azumaril because blue. I dont know how vexing would translate over to pokemon au, but vexed ari would absolutely have a tinkaton.

I think magearna comes into play somehow here, maybe Caspian would have it and fix it up. Idk I think magearna is a fun pokemon and could be a fun stand in for Raza. Similar thing with type null.

I think the first pokemon that ven would end of catching is an alolan vulpix. You cant tell me I'm wrong. Its literally a little white fox guy. It's probably the only pokemon he'll have for a while and probably won't evolve. Maybe he gets a ghost type pokemon later.

I'm starting to realize how much alolan pokemon I've given these guys. But to be fair, alola has fun pokemon and I watched the anime for it a lot after they took xy and xyz off Netflix.

I think the world sisters would probably just be besties with some legendaries/mythical. They probably wouldn't catch them, but momboo just hangs out with shaymin sometimes and ocie is homies with phione and manaphy. Or if we wanna stick with the alolan theme, tapu bulu and tapu fini.

I absolutely have way more thoughts, but this is what I'll say for now since I dont want this to be too long 😅. I want to hear more people thoughts on fable smp pokemon au's tho

The ConVex

This evil team has only recently popped up, or at least has only been as active. Some say the ConVex have been here since the region started to be pushed into the modern age.

Leaders of the ConVex are Cub and Scar, but most average grunts and citizens don't know this.

The ConVex was started by Cub about a year after he founded the ConCorp in the region.

From there it was give the task to the two generals (Joe Hills and False), and Scar, to find suitable people to join the ConVex.

Their Goals

The ConVex seem to have two goals, whether this is actually the belief of Cub and Scar or just something the Grunts made up is unsure.

Cub's goals is to control the Region, it's gyms, it's pokemon, and everything that goes in and out in terms of research and knowledge. He seeks to train up and have the loyalty of the people who come or live in the region. Mainly to further his own research into how humanity was created.

All and all his goals aren't very sinister, but his methods are questionable, Cub is distrustful of most people. Having grown up on news articles like Team Rocket and the insanity that was Team Magma/Aqua.

The Grunts seem to have this belief though of the Vex, which they claim aren't pokemon, but Spirits of mischief that work through them to help their boss.

Because of this the Grunts call themselves Vexes. And some people mistake them for a cult.

Again it's unsure if the leaders of the ConVex hold this belief or not. Or if it's just something the Grunts made up as a sense of community/to entice new people.

The Generals

There are two Generals Joe Hills and False. And both strike fear into people hearts.

Joe tended to be the calmer and laid back of the two, having a thick countryside accent. He grew up in Sinnoh and moved to this region to start his own farm, for which Cub gave him the start-up money. Joe would consider Cub and Scar two of his best friends.

False has a strange history, being she is also from Sinnoh, and used to be apart of Team Plasma as a grunt. She never did align with their goals through. And after watching Cyrus take his 'new world' for himself and the sheer power of Dialga and Palkia, False was quick to leave Sinnoh. She met Cub after he promised her and escape and clean her criminal record, and she took it.

Their Teams are opposites of each other, and can be a challenge to beat.

Hello, Professor, long time no see! We've come into good harvests on the actual ranch part of the ranch and have been super busy, but recently, we had something a touch vexing! Breeding one of my Lopunny bucks to my husband's Lucario has produced... Fluffy... Cute... Riolu... we've taken to calling them DollFace's but they're just.. SO... CUTE.. Is this hybridization uncommon, I'm having trouble in my textbooks and research finding anything on it -Breeder Claire

Yes, Lucario and Lopunny don’t normally reproduce with each other.

I suspected this would result in fluffy Riolu! They sound so cute!

I wonder what you’d get from a male Lucario and a female Lopunny? Maybe blue Buneary?

Welcome to all, old and new!

With so many people suddenly popping in and following this blog, I thought it would be adviced to speak about it in general, without the confine of the... contextual rp I choose for here?

So, long story short (because it is the second time I have to write this, mobile dumblr ate the first edition the meanie) there is me, myself and I behind this blog. I’m Karma here online, an Adult and 25. I follow from @usefuls-things​ which is my main blog. It isn’t my first rp blog, nor probably the last, but definitly the first one under this, format, I guess I could say?

All art and writing here is done by yours truly, unless of course it is reblogged. I do this in my spare time and for fun. I’m not being paid, unless if by the love and attention y’all give me is called being paid, when I manage to focus and be in the mood. Else I would probably just doodle pokemon and other things all day just because I can.

I try to set up a structure for my content, so it is easy for you all to find everything, but if you have suggestions for tags or other things, sure, shoot them at me! I never really tried to maintain a blog structured with tags and tabs coded with the tags and all that jazz.

Usually, I try when I have the time to answer everything and post them right away, compared to the newcomers, like, new content I guess I should say, is put in queued and scheduled to make it more, like, spread out and not just spam 12 new things in your face? Also, I think people would prefer the answer when it is avalaible and not wait for the clock to catch up.

The concept of this blog is to be a rescue and adoption center for Pokemon. However, it is also a bit of a crossover with the Bitty universe/au thing. So, I want to make it clear : This blog is open for all verses without exception, however, keep it SFW while rping with this blog please! I am aware since the content that may be hinted or mentionned isn’t exactly PG, but I don’t wanna go either in the totally graphic when not needed. I could at one point maybe a nsfw for some specifics rps, but it isn’t something I wanna focus on.

I am open to rps, of all kind! Considering most if not all the rescued so far have been “from nowhere” (as in I created them), if you have special ideas for new ones, events like rescue intervention, finding an abandonned litter, etc.

We have 4 characters handling the center, with 4 permanent residents that are Karma’s pokemons.

We have Karma, the human lady and owner of the place, Sugar, the Bara Blueberry that is the co-founder of the place and pretty much right hand of Karma, Roy short for Royal, the full-sized King lamia and Word, the full-sized Honey Bo lamia, which we received from @vex-bittys

For the pokemons, we have Kero the Dunsparce, Guardian the Lucario, Lily the Ivysaur and Aqua the Vaporeon.

Ask them questions, poke them, they are there for that.

Sorry it took me almost a week to answer this, but I’ve only played a few Pokemon games and was having trouble matching them up. So thanks to my resident Pokemon expert @lockmancapulet for helping with this, even though he doesn’t watch Critical Role. And if you want to know the reasoning behind what I picked, let me know! Most were simply because they looked like they would match, but a few had an actual reason behind them!
