Going to the mall as I am now (kinda punky/extremely autistic) is kinda funny like. That's a nice shirt. However, it's not one of my thousand beloved black graphic t shirts and it is such a texture and kind of a weird shape to it and honestly I don't really wanna buy any sort of fast fashion type shit or brand shit. Don't care. Oh they have patches. Kinda cute but straight up I can just make those. In fact, I would prefer to. Don't care. Also I'm not buying that.

#i've kind of become a very hard person to please but it's deceptive. in both directions #what i really want is materials. and incredibly specific things.#also just. something about the patches that were designs/artwork like. i feel like i'm being sold an aesthetic #when like. yeah. yeah you are quite literally LMFAOOOOOO #i wanna start a for real battle jacket.... a sturdy but lightweight enough vest for daily wear...#i have a vest but it's flimsy as fuck and not the right shape for me. so i think i'll scrap it for patches #i still gotta figure out how to make nice patch designs though. that is something i struggle w for some reason #but like. i'm not buying mall patches LMFAOOO like. idk it almost feels insulting #idk idk maybe i'm taking it too seriously LMFAO but it does feel like brazen commodification #of something that's like. you're supposed to do it yourself. kinda goes against the whole point #ideologically too. but again maybe i'm just too serious about it.#but like above all i don't want Things i want stuff to make things.#OH MY GOD I GOT IT. those fucking patches were the live laugh love of people who want the aesthetic and edge of punk #but none of the roughness. none of the shittiness. and none of the actual philosophy behind it.#gooooddddddddd i probably sound insufferable though LMFAOOO #i also just feel like a poser myself at times like. i could go deeper i think.#anyways. most important thing and whole point of the trip was manga. got some manga 👍🫡

Made a second attempt with the circle vest, and I like this way better because I am still using #4 weight yarn for this project. I dropped more rows, used a way bigger hook size, added a hood, and simplified the lacy pyramid trim into a cute heart trim instead. I was definitely inspired by the pattern, but nothing like it at the same time. I'm still debating if I want to add sleeves and fringe for extra flare. I will for sure make a belt for this so it remains closed in the front when I want it to be shut, but overall I like how this vest turned out.

this is your reminder that silver fox jack is indeed a thing as he gets older ( post trilogy ). instead of his hair turning an ugly blonde colour as it does in ost, he gets streaks of silver in it instead. in modern verse it is highly likely he continues to dye it for a while because god forbid you point this out to him

anyway my recent conclusions have been

mori leaked ango's mafia spy's status to mimic and sent odasaku after him so he could break up the buraiha trio

reading wan "wow odasaku did not listen to tiny ango and tiny dazai before going to fight gide !!"

which combined with older conclusions of

wow dazai sure went straight from "here's why ango's a traitor" to one of his most upsetting "i want to die" moments

....that's probably part of why he blame ango for odasaku's death, because in his head ango's betrayal made odasaku not want to live anymore, because that's what it did to him

pretty much. paints the picture that dazai is not entirely wrong there. i'm pretty sure mori in his calculations went "so in order to get the permit we need to defeat mimic. the best/only way we have to do that is to send oda at them. unfortunately oda doesn't kill. time to destroy his support system i guess" and proceeded to out ango's cover :p

It’s ya boi back at it again on the color correction spree: this time featuring Yang! Used the picture from the trailer profile so the pics will be a wee bit long

Randomly decided to test out Yang’s yellow main against darker skin... and it kinda escalated when her clothes didn’t go well with the new skin. Changed her coat to a more orangey-cream, gave her pants/gloves a purple tint, brightened the hair a wee bit, and couldn’t decide on a neck handkerchief so I give ye options lol

Red for Ruby, Qrow, Raven, and/or Summer

Purple for secondary (tertiary?) color continuity

Sea Green because I thought it was pretty lol

I do like the reborn approach w exp candies making it very easy to jump 30 levels straight + the main city having a part where you can rematch high exp trainers for faster grinding which is why I've slightly disliked this part of the game but it does make it interesting the format it pushes on the player of having to change around a team instead of a permanent set of 6

joker 2 was fine. i think reactions are split in two sides: either you think there should have been more singing (correct opinion) or you dreaded every minute of it

my friend described it as an end of evangelion movie and i think he's spot on

#i don't like this version of joker bc i think it's far too restrained #you can tell they'd rather die than make a comic book movie and the character loses for it #best part of both movies is when arthur is properly acting in joker drag #oh well. that's one of the many reasons why the people's joker slays #and yeah in this one they're kinda shy about making a musical and it suffers from it somewhat #drama musicals work really well. sweeney todd (movie) is mid but they're not shy about it being a musicL #and that's not on the performances btw. they're pretty good. but the movie aura #anyway my outfit was super cute i wore my more edwardian blouse (ivory) with beige 80s trousers #black bustier on top. black boots. bat plushy purse #i wanted to wear my rectangle headdress (the colors went well) but my friends voted against it...#oh and a really cool brooch at the throat + long crystal necklace (one loop high up the rest dangling)#i love describing my outfits my immortal style instead of posting selfies ^_^#honestly tho i'll be repeating this one #it's a combo i was unsure of bc i think of these trousers as cool toned so i thought it'd clash with the ivory from the blouse #but they actually went super well together even without the bustier #and the brooch layed perfectly on the lace collar (it's vertical). i thought of my cameo at first but this gave it edge #my the substance fit was also pretty nice btw but more run of the mill kuro gothic lolita #wore my diy spider clips for it #btw. get some plastic halloween decor (like these spiders) and glue aligator clips to the back #good for collars. the space between buttons on a shirt / vest. or hair #my number one goth tip for yall. you can buy these directly but they're harder to find #i have just one that's a skeleton hand. i get so much wear out of it #that's it bye

I just fucked up a road paving project because I thought the workers yelling at me not to were unrelated people fucking with me and I can’t even explain myself because that sounds insane.

#If i have learned one thing in my time on this earth it’s that sometimes people you don’t or barely know #Will try to joke with you by saying something false and then laughing #If I had a nickel for every time a man has said something like ‘’oh no don’t do that!!’’ when I’m about to like. put something down #somewhere and then laughed at me because he was joking…anyway #I’m bringing my cat back from the vet having parked away from the roadwork and between me and my driveway is a gunked up road #I look up and down the street and don’t see a way around or through. There’s a shadow of boot prints already crossing the narrowest point.#And the letters we got said not to drive our cars in the cone zone but never said anything about walking.#So I go to experimentally touch the edge with my toe and hear ‘’No! No!!’’#It’s one of two slightly older men who’d been hanging around about half a block away. I look at them and #the other one says ‘’Absolutely not!’’ but they’re both grinning at me like. well #I thought like people grin when they’re fucking with me. Like how people have grinned when they’ve been fucking with me.#And they were just wearing tshirts and jeans no vests or anything and with context they were clearly on their lunch break or something but #I put the pieces together wrong and got ‘’random neighbors saw me acting unsure and decided to yell discouraging shit at me #(common older-than-me male behavior)’’#So I said something back (don’t remember what) and crossed at the narrow point.#Did my feet take huge chunks of half wet tar with them? I don’t know. Couldn’t see my feet around the cat crate.#And then when I was across the road and well back on allowed ground I heard one of them who had moved to be more in a direct line behind me #bellow ‘’GET OFF THE ROAD’’#and I thought ‘’Okay definitely fucking with me because I’m not even in the road anymore.’’#But I guess that was an expression of frustration if not an applicable instruction because they’re gonna have to #come back and re do it tomorrow because they were not fucking with me and I was not supposed to walk on the road.#Fuuuuuuck me #I feel so foolish and embarrassed #I came to such an unreasonable conclusion #I’m sorry #memories

This was my first attempt at a circle vest. I followed this pattern to a degree but had to drop a lot of rows and change hook size to make it work. I only had #4 weight yarn available to me, and I wasn't ready to buy properly weighted yarn until I tested the pattern. It turned out nice, but it is really bulky.
