In light of some of your shows disappointing you, can you share your top five/ten moments of your fave idiots (from whatever fandom) being in love and actually admitting it?
Dear Anon,
This has been in my inbox for a century or so, partly because I am a terrible tumblrite (apologies) and partly because I didn't quite know what to do with this ask. To be perfectly honest, I don't have a top 5, let alone a top 10, of these sorts of instances. This is perhaps because I have a sadistic talent for choosing ships that never come good or perhaps this is because TV writers suck and they don't know when/how to write good resolution and healthy adult relationship.
I have literally had one ship (ONE!!) in all my days of shipping that came good. It was in a little Australian show called "Seachange" that ended PERFECTLY with Max and Laura finally finding love after both had had terrible heartbreak. This is them:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This show and ship ending the way it did was VERY important to me because it arrived right after s3 of "Ballykissangel" in which my fave character was literally (this is not a joke) electrocuted to death mere seconds after receiving a declaration of love from the man she loved. People are still recovering from the trauma inflicted by this "resolution".
For me, "Seachange" came along and initially I was really invested in Laura and Dan but then Dan LEFT and I was heartbroken! It was a real surprise when I found myself even more captivated by the second pairing this show set up. Ever since, it has stood in my mind as an example of ship done right. So of course, they had to reboot the show recently and break Laura and Max up. (I didn't watch).
My point is, the reason I can't invest too much in the idiocy of SVU/OC and the reason I was so quick to give up on "Ted Lasso" after the stupid "twist" with Rebecca's love life is just that I'm a jaded shipper who has been through this toooooo maaaaaany times. I'm looking for shows that just do better, do different. But look, I won't deny that there is fun in URST, there is. So in the spirit of your question, I will share my top 8 being totally in love and ALMOST admitting it or ALMOST getting away with admitting it before disaster strikes. (I don’t think it will come as a surprise to anyone that Keeley Hawes features heavily on this list)...
1. Peter x Assumpta (Ballykissangel)
Tumblr media
2. Gene x Alex (Ashes to Ashes)
Tumblr media
3. David x Julia (Bodyguard)
Tumblr media
4. Louisa x Spiros (The Durrells)
Tumblr media
5. Phil x Melinda (AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.)
Tumblr media
6. Jack x Liz (30 Rock)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
7. Jaime x Brienne (Game of Thrones)
Tumblr media
8. Mulder x Scully (The X Files)
Tumblr media
Some (dis)honerable Mentions:
Cal admitting to his daughter that he loves Gillian in the final seconds of the s3 finale...only for the show to be cancelled (Lie to Me)
Tim & Daisy getting together and having a baby.....in a retrospective documentary (Spaced)
Kate getting shot in the head before she & Gibbs got anywhere close to a relationship (NCIS)
Ten and Donna are more of a friend-ship for me but we all know how that ended... (Doctor Who)
Castle and Beckett getting together was handled really well....until the show got super sappy and began to suck (Castle)
Will and Mac got a really good resolution...but I wouldn’t necessarily put them in my top 10 ships (The Newsroom)

War of the Sontarans
It’s ugly potato time let’s gooo
ooh its an artsy b&w start
that floating house is very Howl’s Moving Castle
..I think, I’ve never actually seen it
wavy hair!
mary seacole!!
oh those sontarans are brilliantly ugly
honestly Dan is reacting very well to being in the past
as far as I know he didn’t know that the TARDIS could travel in time before now
ooh ~mysterious figures~
Mouri, apparently
Dan??
YAZ???
TARDIS NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO HAVE NO DOORS
these sontarans sure do have stormtrooper aim
Dan’s parents!!
eyup it’s the grumpy big brain Georgian’
take me through it from the start’ Yaz in police questioning mode
very curious about this guy and who he is
WWTDD
RIP Russia lmao
so did the sontarans paatrolling the battlefield just.. not notice the TARDIS?? that clearly implied the Doctor was there?
‘did someone nick your house?’ just another everyday question
hmm so the modern day people remember the sontarans arriving but Seacole and co don’t
‘these last few days’ wait how long has it been for Dan?
Dan running into battle with a frying pan
his running style would make Twelve proud
oh ok Yaz is still a serving officer…not formerly?
Mouri keeping time contained? planet Time?? surely this must be a timelord thing
'on second thoughts put it back on’ lmao
that smug little eyebrow raise after revealing she’s the Doctor
‘I wanted to ride a horse’ horse girl sontaran
dan doing his lil wok run again
eyoo bling crystals shoulder pad skeleton man is back
with his sister
and there’s a third one now!
come on Passenger mate where’s the bling, you’re really standing out
oh I bet Dan’s going to be in one of those ships
Dan working out that he has 3 fingers without help, soz Donna
oh ok he’s just on the ship in video form but close enough
ah yes the sontarans are famously tempura lovers
‘I’m gonna WOK right out of here’ my kinda joke
love that we’ve got another Doctor-companion dynamic with Yaz and Vinder
the bling crew are really unsettling, great job with them as villains
Karvanista!
pointy stick for pointing!
so how did the captured sontaran survive if he wasn’t able to replenish his supplies?
blowing up the sontaran ships is giving very The Christmas Invasion vibes
Dan having his official deciding to be a companion moment <3 <3
he and Karvanista are going to be friends for sure
the TARDIS :(((
I’m loving the dynamic of the Doctor having to deal with someone who truly has the upper hand, I’m fascinated to learn more about their past
Yaz!!!
she has to be ok right?? right???
Another solid ep! I was definitely more interested in the bling crew/Vinder/Yaz side of the story but it was still a good ride and the next ep looks WILD, can’t wait!

@rainbcwhearts soz this is weird
this wasn’t intentional. the master had been spying, on the doctor. and she had just been along for the ride. after reacquiring his tardis in the year 2019(?) 2020? he had returned to the point she had ‘disappeared’ in her timeline, and took her. she had thought he was mad before, but actually seeing a tardis? getting to run her hands over the living console? she definitely thought she herself was bonkers herself. it was only when they both landed in a futuristic world where the cybermen had conquered most of humanity, that she realised that everything she had been told was the truth.
don’t wander off, he had said. it’s dangerous, he had said. won’t be able to protect you, he had said. clamped a piece of alien technology around her wrist just in case - a tracking device that paired itself with a short range teleport. just in case, he had said. and consequently, she had wandered off. had managed to convince him to let her go for a look around. while he was busy with some sort of portal on a far away world, she was the one running into the little human settlement that had just been ATTACKED by cybermen.
the doctor’s companions were on a ship. all of them. flying out to safety. the doctor had stayed. nala had known that, when she spotted her on the way to getting to cover, avoiding a blast of a cyberman’s weapon.
Tumblr media
“nala, human, earth, late 80s and very overwhelmed but there’s a REASON i’m still here and not safe. he wants me to meet you.” her voice wavered as she fell behind the same cover as the doctor, holding herself up by pressing a hand to the metal that was protecting them. “you’re the doctor. you exist. actually exist. sorry - this ain’t the best time. but i’ve heard y’work well under pressure. there’s no cybermen that way.” she flung a pointed figure in the direction behind the doctor. “saw ‘em all leaving that place as i got here. could be wrong. but i’d take my chances in there than out here and exposed. what’s y’plan, anyway? because i definitely think you should blow them up.”

I don’t want to go!
The 10th Doctor and reader have a massive argument, the reader gets worried convinced he is actually going to take her back home. While the 10th doctor is worried the companion wants to go home!! So before she can even say anything, he is saying (really sweet), “please don’t go.” And she’s like “I DONT WANT TO GO!” He ends up apologising and takes her somewhere nice to make up for it >.< [soz that was too long wasn’t it? XD ]
Requested by my lovely @misspetalface 😘
Tumblr media
It’s a little bit long but I hope you all enjoy it anyway! 😅..Alonsy!
Set in series 4
Y/N : your name
“D-Doctor I’m sorry!! I swear.. I was only trying to help!” You run after the doctor as he stormed off into the TARDIS console room. “Well that’s just IT isn’t it Y/N?? You always try to help but it doesn’t do ANY good does it!?” He snaps furiously but instantly regrets it , the doctor drags a hand down his face. You stand there in shock for a moment before hanging your head down in slight shame. As you turn to face away from the doctor he fiddles about with some buttons and leavers.
You sit on the chair beside the entrance to the TARDIS , panic beginning to settle in. ‘Does he want me to leave? Oh god he does.. he’s going to take me home!’ Your thoughts run wild before you hear Donna’s voice as she now enters the console room.
“There you two are.. what’s all the shouting about ey? You two hardly ever argue so what’s going on?” She asks like a parent to you both folding her arms. Silence filled the air, awkwardness the settled in between you all. The doctor just continued to push buttons not looking up at either of you , whilst you got up and rushed off to your bedroom fighting off tears. This causes the doctor to look up at you in slight shock.
“Oh you big idiot!” Donna says shaking her head as she rushes off after you.
“Y/N? You alright? What happened ey?” She asks settling down on the end of your bed , you lay facing down silently sobbing. “H-He’s going to take me home..” you say sitting up , wiping away your tears.
“What?! You want to go?” Donna asks very confused , she knows how much you love traveling with both herself and the doctor. (And the fact that you two are practically a couple , “just not official yet” she always says.)
“NO!! no I really don’t want to go.. I can just sense that the doctor wants me to leave.. after I hit the wrong button I.. I should’ve just done as I was told.” You sob out the last words of that sentence.
Donna pulls you into a hug , caressing your arm. “Now don’t be silly Y/N. You and I both know the doctor could never be that stupid as to kick you out over just trying to help out! We all make mistakes , believe you me I’ve done worse than push the wrong button and here I am!”
“Y-You really think so?” You ask beginning to calm down.
“I know so darling. You were only trying to help and I’m sure the doctor understood this! Why don’t you go talk to him about it now you’ve both calmed down?” Donna says encouragingly , helping you back to your feet.
“Idk.. I’m just. Scared.” You almost whisper that out looking down.
“Come on , I’ll go with you and I promise everything will be alright!” Donna holds out a hand out for you to take.
You both walk out back into the console room , the doctor now trenchcoat-less stood beside that chair you previously sat in. Unable to get one thing off his mind.
Before you could say anything the doctor after spotting you two immediately walks over and butts in. Taking hold of both your hands.
“Please.. please Y/N don’t go , I shouldn’t have snapped at you like that. I’m sorry and..” you cut him off.
“But Doctor I..”
“And I understand completely Y/N really I do!”
“I DON’T WANT TO GO!” You yell finally shutting him up.
“Oh... but wait..really? Oh that’s brilliant!”
The doctors face immediately lights up holding you in an intimate embrace. Relief washes over you then suddenly.
“OH! Y/N this is perfect timing! Which never usually happens for me!” He leaps over to his trench coat and pulls out a small , tardis blue box out of his pocket.
You turn to Donna who looks just as baffled. “Doctor?” You ask as the doctor walks back , he takes both your hands again with the box in one. “Y/N.. I want you to have this. He opens the box to reveal a shiny new TARDIS key. Your eyes grow wider than humanly possible. “D-Doctor!! I ..” you look up into his gentle brown eyes. “I want you travel with me Y/N... for as long as you’d like to of course!” Taking the key out the box , he had it attached to a necklace. The Doctor turns you around and puts it on around your neck. You smile in delight holding the key in your hand. “Well.. that’s one way of making things official.. well I mean.. if you want to be?” The Doctor has slight hesitation until you reach up to kiss him passionately. Confirming that you do wish to be his officially.
“I should be a psychiatrist me!” Forgetting Donna was still there you both break the kiss and the doctor gives her a look as if to say “get out!” But you just smile and mouth “thank you!”
“Alright alright.. I’m going.”
As Donna leaves the doctor looks toward you placing a hand on your cheek. “So.. I was thinking of taking you to a beautiful planet known as “the planet of sunsets” what do you say?” He stands there smiling , awaiting for your answer.
Standing there thinking for a moment you finally say “I’d love to doctor.” The doctor then leans down and kisses you passionately whilst you both enjoy a loving embrace. 💓

Author: Anna
Title: Lines
Pairing: 12th Doctor/Time Lady/Lord!Reader
Character/s: 12th Doctor, Time Lady/Lord!Reader, Gender Neutral!Reader, mentions of older Doctor’s and companions
Word Count: 1, 241 words
Warnings: Little bit of self-pity on the Doctor’s behalf, also he don’t like the way he looks, my poor baby. Attempts at fluff
Tags: elyshakate
Prompt: After convincing you to return to the TARDIS with him, the Doctor is concerned you won’t love him anymore because of his age, or worse, you won’t find him attractive anymore – you set to prove him wrong.
Notes: Going to try and do a small fic every week and a big fic every two to three weeks to get back on track….but 12 has taken over my life so it might mostly be him. Soz not soz. Also, this is part two of a series….that I haven’t uploaded part one of yet because that’ll be the big fic. Never know, might have to do it in reverse and in completely the wrong order, just like how I picture the Doctor travels. Good luck making any sense of it.
Also, there is a bit of a mention of something I’m going to bring up in next week’s fic. I’m not going to explain or tag it now, but I will next fic and then change the tags next week so I don’t spoil anything….except I’m spoiling something now as I type so….yeah okay ignore me and just enjoy!
Buy Me a Coffee
Lines
How he had managed to convince you to return to the TARDIS was beyond you, but Madame Vastra had discreetly informed you that if anything did go wrong, you always had a home here. Grateful, you simply smiled and said that you hoped that you wouldn’t be moving in any time soon. She gave you a rare smile as she agreed before sending you on your way.
Leaving Clara in Glasgow as you rushed off to get coffee, you noticed that the Doctor was acting different, stranger. Almost anxious. He also tried to distract you from this by taking the scenic route to where he claimed the best coffee shop was in the galaxy. By scenic route, you mean small adventures where, yes, you almost died, but that’s the addiction that is travelling with the Doctor.
Finally, when you had a quiet moment, you moved out to the control room to find the Doctor quietly strumming at his guitar. “I didn’t know you played.” You offer as a greeting.
“Neither did I.” He smiles back. You look at him, the eyebrows were definitely compensating for the lack of eyebrows the Doctor had during the latter half of his previous regeneration. The hair seemed to be getting better with each regeneration since Ears, and the accent was new and different, which kind of excited you at the same time as tore at your heart as each time, you remembered Amelia Pond, the Girl Who Waited. And the eyes, wise and striking, they captivated you every time you saw them. And his face.
You would admit that it had been a long time since you had been around an older version of the Doctor, but you didn’t mind. You still thought him handsome.
“Couldn’t sleep?” His voice breaks you from your thoughts.
“No, still burning off the adrenaline I think.” You go to start fiddling with the controls, his eyes following you closely. “What about you?”
“I don’t need sleep.”
“We need exactly the same amount of sleep, you just choose to run yourself ragged.” He barely hums a retort. “Doctor, are you okay?” He looks over at you, confused. “You are acting really strangely.”
“Regeneration sickness.” He shrugs it off.
“No, you’ve passed that and you know it.” You raise an eyebrow at his deflection.
“Then it’s just this face then.” He starts to avoid looking at your face in a very non-discreet way.
“Doctor.” You state firmly. “I have known you for long enough to know when you are anxious, you give off the same energy. What’s wrong?” Silence rings between you. “All I ask is for you to be honest. Otherwise I’m gone, we agreed to that.” You pause, waiting for an answer before standing up. “I’ll leave you to it then.” You stand and go to return to your bedroom before he speaks up.
“I don’t like hugs.” You turn at him confused. “I’m not sure I even like holding hands. I’m new, I’m not sure yet.”
“I know you don’t like hugs, that’s why I haven’t hugged you yet?” Your statement comes out as a question.
“I want to hug you.” He seems to struggle for words.
“Then hug me.” You can’t seem to see why he was struggling.
“I can’t. It’ll hurt more when you leave.” Your brows knit together as you pull your lips in in confusion.
“Are you planning on leaving me somewhere again? Or kicking me out? Or lying to me, or hurting me?” He shakes his head as the guitar is put down. “Then why would I leave?”
“Look at me!” The anger in his voice seems to rupture out of nowhere, and his eyes seemed to be fuelled with fear and fury mashed together to form an extreme clash of emotions.
“I am looking at you.” You offer quietly. “You say look at me as if you are a monster when I just see a man.”
“An old man.” He argues back. “Why would you want to stay with me? I’m old and grouchy. That ruler from whatever thought I was your grandfather! How could you stay with someone, how could you even consider loving someone that everyone thinks is your grandfather?” You move up to hold his hand as he continues to rage, gripping tightly as he tries to pull away.
“I have been with you from the beginning,” you finally interrupt, “and I plan to be there at the end. I don’t care what other people think, I love you for you.”
“You won’t even wear your wedding ring.” He points out as if that is proof that he disgusts you.
“I don’t wear it because you left me stranded in Victorian London for five years. That’s a long time to stay stranded in one place.” You gently grab his other hand and start pulling at it to make him face you. “Doctor. No matter what you look like, you are still my Doctor.”
“I’m old.” He all but whines.
“I’m old too, the only difference is that I wear it better.” He grunts and raises an attack-eyebrow as he so proudly calls them. “Doctor, you could be with someone who changes faces with every regeneration. You are stuck with me, at least for the time being. Would you leave me for that?” He looks at you offended.
“Of course not!”
“Then why would I leave you because you have a few more lines on your face? Why would I leave you because after your last faces being so young you are now a bit more mature? Well, at least look it.” He lets out a quiet laugh. “I love you for you, I’m not leaving you for something so small. I have loved every single one of you, young and old, and that’s not going to change any time soon. You already had to fight to convince me to come back. Why are you worried now?” He opens his mouth to argue, so you pull him down and force him into a kiss; which, after a second of shock, he returns happily. “Proof enough?”
“I might need reminding in a hour or so.” You smack his arm lightly.
“Cheeky.” You kiss him again softly. “Five years, eleven months, three days and six hours.”
“Hmm?”
“Since I last kissed you, not including the last one.” He pulls you into a hug. “Thought you hated hugs.”
“Thought I told you I wouldn’t mind if it was with you.” He retorts, holding on tighter as if he was scared you’d fade away into nothingness.
“We should probably go get coffee and go back to Clara.”
“In a minute.” He pulls back. “I haven’t seen you in five years, six months and twelve days. We have a time machine, and all of time and space to reconnect.” He suddenly yawns.
“Mm. We have a time machine, and a giant bed that needs to be used before we can even consider all of time and space.” He sends you a smirk. “To sleep! Rassilon help me if this face is a pervert.”
“All of my faces are perverts, they were just better at hiding it.” You roll your eyes as he kisses you again, a little bit harder than before, as if he needed confirmation that you were still here. “I missed you.”
“I missed you too. Now, I need a new name for you. Lines or Scottish?”
“Don’t you even think about it.”

‘Doctor Who’ history is made: The Doctor is back, and America loves her.
Jodie Whittaker, flanked by showrunner Chris Chibnall and producer Matt Strevens, basks in the glow of the crowd at Madison Square Garden.

Finally, a world of Doctor Who fans has seen the result of a very brave and controversial decision, unprecedented in the show's 55-year history.
That's right: in Sunday's episode, for the first time ever, most characters on the show — including the lead — speak with broad Yorkshire accents.
Luckily, that trail was blazed by Game of Thrones, so hopefully most American audiences can understand what the hell this Sheffield crew is talking about.
SEE ALSO: The 7 accents of 'Game of Thrones' explained for non-Brits
Oh yes, and Jodie Whittaker just happens to be the first woman to play the Doctor. But judging by a packed house of fans at Madison Square Garden, where Whittaker and incoming showrunner Chris Chibnall watched and discussed her first episode live with New York Comic Con attendees, that part was not controversial in the slightest.
Rather it was cathartic, welcome, highly emotional, and, especially after this week, not one minute before time. As producer Matt Strevens pointed out, 83 percent of social media reactions to Whittaker's appointment were positive.
"The angry voices can seem the loudest, but they're not the most representative," Whittaker said, casually dismissing the 17 percent. "I don't let it get me down because it's daft."
After the episode screened, equal numbers of women and men lined up at the microphones, eager to be the first to welcome Whittaker to the Who family — and keen for any words of wisdom from the Doctor that would address a pervasive sense of injustice and powerlessness.
First Q: words of encouragement for women, given "all this"? Jodie: "We have a voice ... We are flawed, soz, but we are. Perfection is not the aim. It's too ironed out ... we shouldn't be clones." Talks of "not just united sisterhood, united humanhood."
— Chris Taylor (@FutureBoy) October 7, 2018
But there was little Whittaker could add to the general sense of catharsis from the episode itself. "The Woman Who Fell to Earth" was widely judged a character-focused triumph that both successfully rebooted the show and, as Chibnall says, "traced a golden thread back to 1963." (He then gave a shout out to the brave BBC producer who launched the show way back then, 27-year-old Verity Lambert.)
The lineup of three companions (policewoman Yasmin, her old school friend Ryan, his step-grandfather Graham) was a deliberate callback to the 1963 TARDIS inhabitants. The plot was the most classic Whovian tale possible — aliens are up to no good on Earth (in this case, hunting humans for sport). An array of Brits are drawn in, one is killed, and the Doctor both pokes fun at the big bad alien and gives a righteous speech in defense of Earth.
The fact that the big battle took place atop a Sheffield crane from which, as a sign warned, "falling can cause death," was also something of a callback. It recalled the death of the fourth Doctor, beloved, be-scarfed Tom Baker, who met an infamously ignominious end by falling from similar scaffolding.
This time, the Doctor survived her leap into the unknown. And her speech to "Tim Shaw" — a laughable name she adopted for a creepy alien who embeds the teeth of his victims in his face — stood as a manifesto for the show, and for us all.
"We're all capable of the most incredible change," she said. "We can honor who we've been and choose who we want to be next."
Amen to that. Indeed, the overall impression Whittaker gave on screen was one of fearlessness, fierce intelligence and the gift of the gab — qualities that unite all the best portrayals of the Doctor.
Jodie on a question about copying other Doctors: "I came at this with fresh eyes ... I'm using my instinct, and didn't want to feel like I was nicking someone else's mannerisms. But there are inevitable overlaps and traits."
— Chris Taylor (@FutureBoy) October 7, 2018
Even the minority of fans who disliked her casting, the 17 percent, were represented. A character named Karl, a crane operator, keeps repeating phrases from an assertiveness training audiobook — he matters, he is important. Turns out he is, of course; he's the designated human being hunted.
Other showrunners might have killed Karl off. His Star Wars equivalent, Kylo Ren, is a very on-the-nose portrait of privileged fandom. But Chibnall is determined to upend our expectations.
He does so at the end of the episode, too: we assume that Ryan will overcome his dyspraxia and learn to ride his bicycle, but it's not that simple. (One Madison Square Garden fan who suffers from the same condition was enormously grateful for that.)
We assume that the new companions will end up on the lost TARDIS; instead, they and the Doctor are accidentally transported to the emptiness of space, clutching their throats. And there it ends, on the most promising Doctor Who cliffhanger in some time. At Madison Square Garden, they gave it a standing ovation.
Whatever happens next, it is safe to assume that the Doctor's reactivated American fans are extremely here for it.

I'd make new Dr Who get her tits out says Game of Thrones author
Tumblr media Tumblr media
by Danny SoZ
The creator of the blockbuster, swords and sorcery TV series, Game of Thrones, has reacted to the revelation that the next Dr Who is to be a woman by announcing that he'd definitely have the actress playing the part topless in most episodes and would even feature a few saucy romps from time to time.
George Martin, 95, told us last night: "I'd make sure her kit was off regularly right from the word go. There's very little point in having a female play the role if she's not treating the viewers to her tits every 5 minutes. "I'd write in a few sex scenes too. Maybe she could be filmed having a three's-up with a couple of Cybermen or noshing off a line of Daleks in the Tardis toilet. Something along those lines" We spoke to the Chairman of The Dr Who Enthusiasts League last night. Toby Dell, 12 and a half, told us: "I'm not sure it would be a good idea for the new Doctor to be sexualised in this way. "You have to remember that most of our middle-aged fans still watch it with their mums and dads, so it will be pretty tricky if they have to hurry out of the room every 5 minutes under the pretext of making a cup of tea while the Doctor's being blasted with scalding alien spadge or taking a vicious seeing-to from The Master while bent over the control module of the Tardis" A BBC spokesman, however, last night assured viewers that there are no plans to introduce nudity or explicit sex scenes in the forthcoming series. "We don't feel the need for cheap sensationalism to attract our viewers. You can produce a perfectly watchable TV show without featuring spurting nobs and foaming growlers every 5 minutes so there'll be no tits in the Tardis for the foreseeable future" The new series begins with an hour-long special on Christmas Day this year. The show will start at 5.00 so that fans worn out by the big day will be able to snuggle down in bed early with their new dollies and action figures, leaving mum and dad to enjoy the James Bond film and tuck into the drink.
