i love when i bring up the fact my parents sleep in separate rooms in conversation irl and my friends are like “… i think divorce is on the horizon” & im like Well they were never married in the first place . but i see your point . however this arrangement has been going for like 2 or 3 years… Hurry up yk. at my friends bday partyblast week there was one friend whos parents are divorced and, upon hearing about my parents sleeping situation, she was like 🤨. and i explained that my mum claims its because my dad snores and she went “yeah thats what my mum said too” lmao. on the one hand im hesitant to believe my mum when she says that because i dont want to be naive and silly and so on. but also she is genuinely the kind of person to be that annoyed by snoring and the like to insist on sleeping in separate rooms & my dad DOES snore incredibly loud to the point you can hear it from another room. so.

Hi I hate to be cheesy but I wanted to say that while a lot of people - very rightly!!! - point out how cool your art is and how inspirational it is that you showed art can be learned, not just a rare natural born talent, I also LOVE your sense of humor. The dialog and visual jokes are always so sharp and are guarenteed to make me laugh! Harada replied to someone asking for Angel's return, he says Angel is in Jin's heart . . . 🥺🥺

I'm not beating the not-normal allegations with this one, and Harada is determined to make sure that I never will this year?? He gave her a birthday and now this??? We're getting spoiled over here!!! 🥺✨

She really is always in our hearts, in more ways than one.. In a literal sense, people who love her as a character keep her alive- we'll reminisce about where we remember her from the older games, or talk about things we hope she'll be included in, and the memory of her is so well taken care of amongst all of us!! 💜 And within the game, where she originated as a palette swap meant to represent the other half of a coin, maybe she was also meant to embody more of the nuance that all our favorite characters have- that they can be terrible and do good things, or be good and do bad things. Good can exist just about everywhere, so I'll have to believe that she can too!! Even if we don't physically see her!!

The implications of Angel residing in Jin's heart are taking me to a whole new level of weepy!! There was a fic I read waaay back when that centered around Jin and Angel, and that got removed when the author's profile vanished; she popped into his life out of nowhere, and enlisted his help in finding Kazuya- which Jin begrudgingly agreed to help her do!! They find him, and Angel goes to him only for him to completely push her away, and say he didn't summon her- which confuses both Angel and Jin, because who would she be there for if not for Kazuya?

It ends with them managing to remove Kazuya's Devil entirely (at the expense of his life), only for them all to realize that the reason she was called back wasn't for Kazuya- she was there to represent the good in Jin, who worked tirelessly to not only help her find Kazuya, but free him too. It's a sad end in the context of the story, but as a whole- and within the context of Tekken as a franchise- I think it speaks to how much love of any sort can keep good things going, and how Angel's presence doesn't have to be limited to one sort of struggle. She's for everyone who wants her, and everyone who's willing to leave a little extra room in their heart for her!
