Cannot believe it’s been a damn decade. This fandom and these characters have done so much to shape me and help me turn into the person- and artist!!- I am today, and I am forever grateful for the friends I’ve made along the way. (You know who you are 😉)

I cannot believe young Gooze looked at Johnny Ghost and said Yeah, that’s my entire personality now, and then it WAS. Now I’m an inducted thespian with a love for dramatizing everything, and for doing stupid voices, and a buncha other stuff. I even took his name, Johnny/Ghost. Which I suppose a lot of us have, huh?

happy tiktok is hopping on the venturiantale nostalgia bandwagon, not happy that people keep saying they ‘wish vt would start making videos again’ on tiktok specifically even while saying they know what happened to the Frye sisters.

It’s fine to look back on their videos and have good memories of them (I definitely do, it’s part of why I got really into Valve games) but we cannot keep doing so without acknowledging what happened to Bethany and Cierra. No, Venturiantale should not make more videos. We can keep what the siblings created in the past and leave it there and look back on it. We can keep doing what Taleblr is doing and reshape their rps and stories into our own, but I just feel that supporting the channel in any way outside of that is just disrespectful of everything that’s happened.

We shouldn’t be doing things that encourage putting more money into Jordan’s pockets, is what I’m saying.

I want to start this off by saying that I don't want to get involved in this drama. That's s why I'm putting this in anonymous ask.

I'm friends with Elijah. I'm not gonna say the weather that account is theirs or not, because I don't have their consent. Elijah is trying to stay in their own corner of the fandom and enjoy something they enjoy. I understand you're trying to make others aware, but saying do not harass doesn't always equate to people not harassing (though I appreciate you putting it in there).

What I'm trying to get to here is that although some people may find Elijahs headcanons concerning/disturbing, their intent was never to cause any harm. My best advice is for you and others to just block Elijah and not interact with their content if you don't like it. (I'm sincerely sorry if that sentence came off as mean). Further callout/awareness posts, just continue the drama case stress. They don't condone any of that stuff. Saying they do would be like saying someone who writes slasher films condones murder. Again, none of you are expected to interact or enjoy the content. If you don't like it, then you should block and not interact. I once again apologize if this came off as mean.

Elijah lied about being harassed a while back though. they literally went "person a, person b, and person c are harassing me" putting innocent people in the line of drama.

it almost caused some ACTUAL serious drama and harm.

they also claimed i called them a pedo for some goddamn reason once and admitted it to me to my face.

i really fail to see how that come's off as meaning no harm 😭🙏/gen

and my biggest issue is their habit of sharing their very dark fanfic to minors who should not be reading stuff like that.

but i can understand if Elijah is genuinely in denial about that. because that can happen.

this isnt about their headcanons. this about their history of spreading misinformation and their other history of how they act around and to minors. minors who I know, and got legitimately scarred. though not just just minors have been fucked up by their actions. people like me. and i don't want that cycle to continue. I used to consider myself Elijah's friend too.

i am willing to drop this if elijah admits to lying straight to our faces about the harassment, and stops trying to send their fanfiction to kids (they probably already did this but didnt have much of a choice) though. 🙏

I'm low key debating if I actually want to get back into paranormal investigators extraordinaire. I loved it so much when I was younger and I still to this day really like the concept of it and the dynamic between ghost and toast. And it almost inspired me to make my own ghost hunting characters (I say almost bc I didn't actually do it but I still kinda want to). I obviously don't support venturiantale/Jordan Frye anymore but seeing that there's still a fandom for this, I kinda want to get into it again. I still have very fond memories of these characters and would really kinda want to get back into p.i.e. again. Even tho it's been a good 7 years since I was really a fan of it.

im not sure i really have a FAVORITE? sparky the dog is an obvious pick, and eternally part of my brain. the purple guy animatronic is objectively funny. OR OR OR actually i think the weirdest one is when people, for some reason, thought that the living tombstone was like......in on the lore?? i remember when its been so long came out, people were theorizing about how the mom of a dead kid was the puppet because of it. like, purely because of that song. its between that one, PURPLE GUY = PHONE GUY!?!??!?!?!? and people thinking 'pink guy' was a separate character from who we now know to be william afton

i really miss fnaf having hoaxes or mass misunderstandings like that, thats just.. not something that happens anymore. the game used to feel so mysterious and weird, like anything and everything could be hiding in it, which bred that perfect enviornment for weird hoaxes. now of course we know scott had no idea what he was doing but it was fun at the time
