     PETER CAN’T SAY HE ISN’T SURPRISED, because he is...sort of, but he knows everyone has their limits, and as much as he feels his heart tightening in his chest...he’s at least relieved that he was here when this happened, instead of leaving her alone. Allowing her to collect herself, he pauses, meeting her eyes, and left without words for a moment. “Oh...um-- I don’t know...I’m just...trying to help? Whatever- ...whatever you need, right now, it’s alright.”

yes, of course! it’s seen all the way in the beginning that pips and crysta have a playful rivalry. you can tell whenever they are racing and pips is tapping her on the shoulder and looking relaxed whilst crysta is obviously getting annoyed with his show boating and ends up going above the canopy. though, it’s also seen that pips is incredibly protective and devoted to crysta, since he’s always quick to comfort her and she’s always quick to go to him for comfort. pips is incredibly starved for affection which is also obvious. he plays everything off like his confident but then zak shows up and crysta seems to be more interested in zak than himself! which really does hurt him and causes him to act out.  // @curiouscrysta
