Could I request some vegan food for a leafeon (pokémon)? I like sweet and savory foods, and I've been trying to eat healthy! Simple dishes or pasta dishes are great! Texturally diverse things as well! I am not picky
Hello! Most certainly. ^^
Seed Pâté
Tofu “Chicken” Nuggets with Sriracha Mayo
Lemon Millet with Grilled Asparagus and Blistered Tomatoes
Watermelon Lime Sorbet Slices
Creamy Avocado and Spinach Pasta
Chocolate Matcha Energy Balls
Fettuccine with Caramelized Onions and Swiss Chard
Creamy Spinach Sweet Potato Noodles with Cashew Sauce
I made the first one for a tiktok video not too long ago and I HIGHLY recommend. It was super easy to make aside from an overnight prep time. It also browns a bit when it sits so if that bothers you I say half the recipe or make it when there's a few people to share it, if it doesn't it lasts a while in the fridge.
Hope you enjoy! ♥
If you appreciate my content please leave a tip ♥

Benefits of Using a Vitamix for Your Health
Vitamix blenders aren’t just about convenience—they allow you to take control of the ingredients in your food. Raspberry sorbet is a refreshing and delicious frozen dessert made primarily from fresh raspberries, sugar, and water. It's a popular choice, especially during the hot summer months, as it offers a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess. Raspberry sorbet is also a great option for those who prefer dairy-free or vegan desserts since it doesn't contain any milk or cream.
The basic process of making raspberry sorbet involves pureeing or blending fresh raspberries with sugar and water until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture. The mixture is then churned in an ice cream maker to incorporate air and create a smooth texture. Finally, it's frozen until firm enough to be scooped and served. Here's a simple recipe for making raspberry sorbet:
Ingredients: 3 cups fresh raspberries 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup water 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, but adds a nice zing)
Instructions: Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water and remove any stems or leaves. In a blender or food processor, combine the raspberries, sugar, and water (add lemon juice if desired). Blend until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if needed. Pour the raspberry mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes. Transfer the churned sorbet into an airtight container and freeze for an additional 2-4 hours to firm up. Once the sorbet is firm enough, scoop it into serving dishes or cones and enjoy!
Remember to let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping, as it can become quite firm in the freezer. Additionally, you can garnish the raspberry sorbet with fresh mint leaves or extra raspberries for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
Enjoy this delightful and refreshing raspberry sorbet as a light and satisfying dessert or as a palate cleanser between courses during a meal!

With the warmer weather coming soon, this vegan and gluten-free dessert will be a hit with the family. With only 5 ingredients, you can have a tart, sweet and delicious sorbet in minutes. On top of tasting so good, cherries are a great superfood that helps with easing soreness after a workout or even regulates sleep with it being a natural source of melatonin. This recipe can be served straight from the blender for a soft-serve-like texture or kept in the freezer when ready to eat.
These ingredients were very easy to find at my local grocery store, and just about all grocery stores will have these ingredients or other versions of them. I love this recipe so much because it is simple for all ages to participate in, and it can be interchangeable with other ingredients. One thing that I learnt while making this recipe is that, maple syrup should always be used because this is what stops the sorbet from freezing completely and turning into a giant ice cube. I would definitely make this again because it was such a hit with my family members and will be great on a hot summer's day.
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen cherries
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Place cherries, maple syrup, lemon juice, mint, coconut milk, water, and salt in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and thick, like soft-serve.
Serve as soft-serve immediately or place in a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours.

Roadhog’s “Radioactive” Soda Float, using a lemon sorbet (the sherbet came in containers too large for one person who doesn’t care for sherbets. This is only missing the milk and cream found in sherbet.)
Not super fancy to look at, might be more colorful with other flavors. There is a blood orange sorbet I was tempted to try. But it is delightfully refreshing. A perfect drink for cooling off in hot weather.
I love the tang of the citrus. Depending on your choice of soda or sherbet your dessert drink might be sweeter. This was just sweet enough to be enjoyable, but not anywhere near a root beer float.
Highly recommend using an oversized cup for this drink. You’ll need the room for the foam and you can pack as much sherbet as you desire into it.
This is a fizzy frozen lemonade. And with the many combinations of lemon, lime, and orange with lemon-lime soda or orange soda (not part of the recipe, but I still have some from Punch Drunk Punch). It will be an adventure trying them all to find a favorite.
