Could I request some vegan food for a leafeon (pokémon)? I like sweet and savory foods, and I've been trying to eat healthy! Simple dishes or pasta dishes are great! Texturally diverse things as well! I am not picky
Hello! Most certainly. ^^
Seed Pâté
Tofu “Chicken” Nuggets with Sriracha Mayo
Lemon Millet with Grilled Asparagus and Blistered Tomatoes
Watermelon Lime Sorbet Slices
Creamy Avocado and Spinach Pasta
Chocolate Matcha Energy Balls
Fettuccine with Caramelized Onions and Swiss Chard
Creamy Spinach Sweet Potato Noodles with Cashew Sauce
I made the first one for a tiktok video not too long ago and I HIGHLY recommend. It was super easy to make aside from an overnight prep time. It also browns a bit when it sits so if that bothers you I say half the recipe or make it when there's a few people to share it, if it doesn't it lasts a while in the fridge.
Hope you enjoy! ♥

Raspberry sorbet is a refreshing and delicious frozen dessert made primarily from fresh raspberries, sugar, and water. It's a popular choice, especially during the hot summer months, as it offers a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess. Raspberry sorbet is also a great option for those who prefer dairy-free or vegan desserts since it doesn't contain any milk or cream.
The basic process of making raspberry sorbet involves pureeing or blending fresh raspberries with sugar and water until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture. The mixture is then churned in an ice cream maker to incorporate air and create a smooth texture. Finally, it's frozen until firm enough to be scooped and served. Here's a simple recipe for making raspberry sorbet:
Ingredients: 3 cups fresh raspberries 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup water 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, but adds a nice zing)
Instructions: Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water and remove any stems or leaves. In a blender or food processor, combine the raspberries, sugar, and water (add lemon juice if desired). Blend until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if needed. Pour the raspberry mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes. Transfer the churned sorbet into an airtight container and freeze for an additional 2-4 hours to firm up. Once the sorbet is firm enough, scoop it into serving dishes or cones and enjoy!
Remember to let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping, as it can become quite firm in the freezer. Additionally, you can garnish the raspberry sorbet with fresh mint leaves or extra raspberries for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
Enjoy this delightful and refreshing raspberry sorbet as a light and satisfying dessert or as a palate cleanser between courses during a meal!

With the warmer weather coming soon, this vegan and gluten-free dessert will be a hit with the family. With only 5 ingredients, you can have a tart, sweet and delicious sorbet in minutes. On top of tasting so good, cherries are a great superfood that helps with easing soreness after a workout or even regulates sleep with it being a natural source of melatonin. This recipe can be served straight from the blender for a soft-serve-like texture or kept in the freezer when ready to eat.
These ingredients were very easy to find at my local grocery store, and just about all grocery stores will have these ingredients or other versions of them. I love this recipe so much because it is simple for all ages to participate in, and it can be interchangeable with other ingredients. One thing that I learnt while making this recipe is that, maple syrup should always be used because this is what stops the sorbet from freezing completely and turning into a giant ice cube. I would definitely make this again because it was such a hit with my family members and will be great on a hot summer's day.
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen cherries
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Place cherries, maple syrup, lemon juice, mint, coconut milk, water, and salt in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and thick, like soft-serve.
Serve as soft-serve immediately or place in a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours.

Roadhog’s “Radioactive” Soda Float, using a lemon sorbet (the sherbet came in containers too large for one person who doesn’t care for sherbets. This is only missing the milk and cream found in sherbet.)
Not super fancy to look at, might be more colorful with other flavors. There is a blood orange sorbet I was tempted to try. But it is delightfully refreshing. A perfect drink for cooling off in hot weather.
I love the tang of the citrus. Depending on your choice of soda or sherbet your dessert drink might be sweeter. This was just sweet enough to be enjoyable, but not anywhere near a root beer float.
Highly recommend using an oversized cup for this drink. You’ll need the room for the foam and you can pack as much sherbet as you desire into it.
This is a fizzy frozen lemonade. And with the many combinations of lemon, lime, and orange with lemon-lime soda or orange soda (not part of the recipe, but I still have some from Punch Drunk Punch). It will be an adventure trying them all to find a favorite.

Fun Little Recipes
Hey kiddos! Cooking and baking may be boring to some little ones and it may not seem worth all the effort, but all hope is not lost! Here are some fun and easy recipes you can do to make cooking and baking a little more fun!
Key: 🌱 = Vegan 🥗 = Vegetarian 🌾 = Gluten Free 🥚 = Egg free
🥛 = Dairy Free 🥜 = Nut free 🍭 = Sugar Free
🔪 = Requires sharp objects, 🔥 = Requires heat
Sweets and Desserts
Cup of Dirt! This one is probably one of my favourites and it’s super duper easy to make! All you need is chocolate pudding, crushed up Oreos, and some gummie worms. This one requires no heat or sharp objects so it may be especially good for super small kiddos! (Skill level: ⭐️) 🥗🥚🥜
Rainbow Cake! This is probably the most colourful cake I’ve ever seen! It requires quite a few steps and lots of tools so this recipe might be better for bigger kids or kids who find fun in the kitchen. This is a great recipe to let your imagination run wild! (Skill level: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) 🥗🥜🔪🔥
Raspberry Sorbet! Not all desserts have to be chocolate, they don’t even have to be baked! This sorbet is fruity, frozen, and best of all, it’s totally vegan! All you need is some raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar. This recipe may be best for bigger kids or kids with the help of a CG as it does require a blender or food processor! (Skill level: ⭐️⭐️) 🌱🥗🌾🥚🥛🥜🔪
Healthy Options
Toadstool Salad! This salad seems especially well suited to any cottagecore kiddos out there! It also has very few ingredients so if you’re a baby on a budget this may be a great option! All you need is some lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, mayo, and a few hard boiled eggs. (Skill level: ⭐️⭐️) 🥗🌾🥜🍭🔪
Banana Caterpillars! With this cute recipe you can turn a regular banana into a cute little caterpillar! You’ll need a banana, pretzel sticks, peanut butter, some raisins, and coconut shavings. (Skill level: ⭐️) 🌱🥗🥚🥛🍭🔪
Rainbow Pizza! This recipe not only makes pizza cute, but also healthy! With only two steps this dish is perfect for kids who are just starting out in the kitchen and want something easy to begin with. (Skill level: ⭐️⭐️) 🥗🥚🥜🍭🔪🔥
Snacks
Puppy Chow Mix! If you’ve ever heard of Muddie Buddies, this is basically the homemade version of those! Take some chex-like cereal and add peanut butter and chocolate. This recipe is great if your little is also a pet regressor! (Skill Level: ⭐️⭐️) 🥗🌾🥚🔥
Cream Cheese Penguins! These little penguins are absolutely adorable! All you need is some olives, cream cheese, and a carrot and you’ll have a fleet of tasty little penguins at your side! (Skill level: ⭐️) 🥗🌾🥚🥜🍭🔪
Pear Hedgehogs! There’s always something so cute about animal shaped snacks, and this pear hedgehog is no different! With some pears, almond slices, and raisins you can make a cute and tasty little treat! (Skill level: ⭐️) 🌱🥗🥚🌾🥛🍭🔪

Crème brûlée
plant-based version (Oh, and some random tagliatelle dish :o)
Tumblr media
Inspired by the Good Omens fic 'The Grindr Logo Doesn't Even Have a 'G' In It'.
https://archiveofourown.org/works/24963367/chapters/60429127
This was supposed to be an easy one:
In the very first scene of this wonderful story, Crowley and Aziraphale are having dinner at restaurant. Only Aziraphale’s main course is briefly mentioned to include tagliatelle, so I had free reign with this one. Although it proofed unexpectedly difficult to find egg-free tagliatelle, I managed, and went with a rather simple recipe, including pink sauce, arugula and lemon juice.
Chapter 1 does, however, get very specific about the the two desserts that Aziraphale chooses for Crowley and himself (well... mostly himself :o) to split afterwards.
- Chocolate sorbet (usually vegan - yay!) - Crème brûlée (usually very not vegan - aaaw :o)
I simply just googled for recipes and found several very easy and plant-based ones for chocolate sorbet. The recipe I chose for the crème brûlée was based on coconut milk and used agar-agar as a thickener. Fairly straight-forward and yummy.
Hard to imagine, but I messed up the chocolate sorbet by ... *drumroll* ... adding too much alcohol to it! It turned out super runny and unfit for my masterful footography. *lol* The crème brûlée, however, turned out nice, albeit a bit firm.
- Cheers to @indieninja92 for this velvety treat.
P.S.: I shall not admit defeat to a sorbet, so stay tuned for an update :o)
