does veaganism add on to the "pussification of males"? being that you are a bitch I figured you might have the inside scoop.
Tumblr media
First, allow my to tell you once again, that no real man finds being associated with pussy, and any shape, form, or fashion an insult. I have not issues with women, or their genitalia, I don’t find it offensive, inferior, or a rational source for insults and put downs of other men. I find that males who attempt to insult men by calling them “pussies, bitches, females, feminine,” etc are always: weak, self loathing, emotionally retarded, intellectual backwards, and socially isolated/stagnant.Also, bitches are female dogs, they are also very loyal, brave, and nurturing creatures; so again, I’m fond of dogs, and way past being insulted when a males such as yourself calls me a bitch...online. It’s literary comical at this point, how you waste you time.  But since you are isolated, weak, self loathing, retarded, and backwards what else do you have to due but to toll me.  I just couldn’t imagine engaging with anyone they way you’ve been with me over the years, cry out for my attention, and since you lack the capacity to provoke constructive and mutually beneficial interactions with me online (and with others in your real life I suspect) you lash out and conciser any type of stress and anger you can provoke in others an achievement. But you are failing with me, every time Anon. But I simply use you and your hateful, cowardly anonymous post to advance understanding and constructive dialogue in my community about the issues you represent and bring up.You are just a hateful, inarticulate jumping off point for a critique or discussion Anon, so allow me to once again take your feeble attempt at an insult and use it to bring up something relevant and actually worth reading and discussing:
I think this is a valid topic you inadvertently put on the table Anon: the issue of the impact of Veganism Vs. the Standard America Diet on the anatomy, physiology, mentality, and gendering of human males, myself included. There’s always been jokes about Vegan being a “tribal term meaning ‘bad’ hunter.” Or pseudo-scientific hysteria of soy causing men to overproduce estrogen and thus becoming more feminine in appearance. This tired notion that men who refuse to needlessly kill animal and consume animal carcasses are less manly than those who kill and consume animals. I’m well aware of this, and I also know that it’s actually the opposite that has proven to be true. Now, I’ve been vegan since 1993, and I was a Vegetarian for a while before that; and I’ve had no issues with my endocrine system (hormonal balance), I’ve struggled with none of the diseases that begin to afflict men of my age, such as erectile issues, gynecomastia (aka: man-boobs), prostate inflammation, etc.  I can say the same for all of the Vegan men that I know, and I know a lot of them all across the United States.
Tumblr media
I’ve not regretted adopting a Vegan diet and lifestyle once since 1993, well, I do regret not adopting it sooner, but I’ve never been tempted to return to the consumption of dead animal carcasses or their bodily excretions. I have also advocated and educated my community on Veganism at every opportunity and will continue to do so until the science informs me that this is not the best dietary and ecological path for African people in the US and other industrialized nations. Now, as for the flip-side of this, the manly flesh eating men that I know and know of are struggling to sustain their manliness as a result of consuming animal flesh, organs, and excretions. Every man I know suffering with gynecomastia, who has all other features that are associated with a feminine body physiology have been meat eaters. From high levels of estrogen, to abnormally low testosterone, to wide hips, thighs, and buttocks. Men who eat meat take on feminine bodily features and characteristics not Vegan men, barring any other chronic or congenital issue.  Also, these same foods that clog and harden and arteries in your brain, heart, and lungs do the same to the vessels that allow you got gain and sustain an erection; and all meats and meat based products hamper you circulatory systems in one way or another, so meat eating men have more penis and prorate issues than Vegan men.
Tumblr media
So, by resting on your narrow view of manhood and manliness, which is centered on your genitals and dysfunctional macho posturing; Vegan men are the manliest men. I have a more refined standard for manhood, but working with yours better drives home my point, so I’ll stick with it. So, Anon, I advise you to keep you Vegan slander to yourself while you work on developing a more humane and healthy lifestyle; also, fine a better place to Troll dude, you totally wasting your limited talents on my blog.

So I have a question... My sister in-law called me today to tell me that kids who are brought up vegan do not have their frontal lobes of their brain completely developed. She proceeded to tell me veagans don't get enough vitamins to help the development. I have been a vegetarian for about thirty one years. I became a vegan after watching Earthlings about two years ago. My daughter has been vegetarian for about two years and vegan for one. Every morning we drink a vegan protein shake or vitamin.
More nutrient deficiencies on a omni diet than vegan diet:https://nutritionfacts.org/video/omnivore-vs-vegan-nutrient-deficiencies-2/More evidence vegan diet is healthy for everyone, here:
Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics:It is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. These diets are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, older adulthood, and for athletes.
Dietitians of Canada:A well planned vegan diet can meet all of these needs. It is safe and healthy for pregnant and breastfeeding women, babies, children, teens and seniors.
The British National Health Service:With good planning and an understanding of what makes up a healthy, balanced vegan diet, you can get all the nutrients your body needs.
The British Nutrition Foundation:A well-planned, balanced vegetarian or vegan diet can be nutritionally adequate ... Studies of UK vegetarian and vegan children have revealed that their growth and development are within the normal range.
The Dietitians Association of Australia:Vegan diets are a type of vegetarian diet, where only plant-based foods are eaten. They differ to other vegetarian diets in that no animal products are usually consumed or used. Despite these restrictions, with good planning it is still possible to obtain all the nutrients required for good health on a vegan diet.
The United States Department of Agriculture:Vegetarian diets (see context) can meet all the recommendations for nutrients. The key is to consume a variety of foods and the right amount of foods to meet your calorie needs. Follow the food group recommendations for your age, sex, and activity level to get the right amount of food and the variety of foods needed for nutrient adequacy. Nutrients that vegetarians may need to focus on include protein, iron, calcium, zinc, and vitamin B12.
The National Health and Medical Research Council:Alternatives to animal foods include nuts, seeds, legumes, beans and tofu. For all Australians, these foods increase dietary variety and can provide a valuable, affordable source of protein and other nutrients found in meats. These foods are also particularly important for those who follow vegetarian or vegan dietary patterns. Australians following a vegetarian diet can still meet nutrient requirements if energy needs are met and the appropriate number and variety of serves from the Five Food Groups are eaten throughout the day. For those eating a vegan diet, supplementation of B12 is recommended.
The Mayo Clinic:A well-planned vegetarian diet (see context) can meet the needs of people of all ages, including children, teenagers, and pregnant or breast-feeding women. The key is to be aware of your nutritional needs so that you plan a diet that meets them.
The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada:Vegetarian diets (see context) can provide all the nutrients you need at any age, as well as some additional health benefits.
Harvard Medical School:Traditionally, research into vegetarianism focused mainly on potential nutritional deficiencies, but in recent years, the pendulum has swung the other way, and studies are confirming the health benefits of meat-free eating. Nowadays, plant-based eating is recognized as not only nutritionally sufficient but also as a way to reduce the risk for many chronic illnesses.

What the health?
I’m sure many of you have seen the documentary What the health? In fact, many of you have vowed to no longer eat meat and other processed foods because of this documentary. I hear you. You know, I once saw Magic Johnson preach about all the consequences and risks of safe sex, like HIV and well… I can imagine some of you have taken that risk, as well as myself,  but whatever. Different things move…
