thinking about Cassie and her story of being taken over by Vanny like... ruin and hw2 told us her narritave of how everyone in her life leaves her or deceives her to the point where when roxy and Gregory were kind to her she latched onto both of them, and then was forced to make a choice between them. and she picked the WRONG choice (at least in her mind if Gregory didnt cut the elevator)

and Gregory is just one more friend and person she loved that abandoned her and left her angry and hurting and so sad

and Vanny would be in her mind talking to her making friends with her being nice (the unused hw2 lines) acting as her ally and like shes on her side, alongside helpi and mimic

and theyd use her feelings of being abandoned to manipulate her enough so Vanny can take over (alongside roxys violent tendencies towards Gregory, thatd be another trusted person putting violence towards Gregory in her head), and theyd take her hurt feelings and turn then against her to make her believe she SHOULD be angry and should want to hurt Gregory and get revenge

even her dad left her.

Cassies character just works so well with the concept of the mimic as a character as a whole. like she has major trust and abandonment issues(why she even did all that for Gregory in the first place, she cares so much about the people who didnt leave her). the mimic can use the likeness of anybody and make choices and actions in their name!! the mimic used Gregory's likeness to hurt cassie and made her believe she was all alone and had been betrayed again!! the mimic can make cassie so confused after it caused her to be hurting and break her down for vanny to slip on in and be her new best friend who wont leave her or abandon her like the others and Gregory did!

I just think it's so genius and awesome of steel wool. its so interesting. also I'm using the scenario of it being the mimic to cut the elevator rn because I think Gregory not doing it but cassie believing she'd been abandoned again as manipulation from the mimic is better than her actually being betrayed. I mean then she really wouldnt have any friends anymore, and Gregory is a main character who would want to help her in this scenario. it's a perfect setup for what the mimics purpose would be: causing doubt and confusion within characters. cassie wouldnt trust Gregory because he hurt her, but he actually didnt, and hed have to try and convince her that hes not the enemy and THEY are

Greg met Tony and Ellis in September, right at the start of the school year. He was alone and didn't know where to go, but Tony was there like, "Hey, this new kid's lonely. I think we should check on him."

Tony is nice, but also nosy. He likes knowing people, inside and out

Tony finds new kids especially interesting. There's usually more to them being there than others, who just go to the school because they live nearby or thought it was a good school.

This kid, their family, moved here for a reason... Why?

Hurricane doesn't have anything much going for it. While yes, it's the birthplace of Fazbear Entertainment and has the very first, original Pizzaplex, people don't usually move to the town just for that. Parents wouldn't usually do that.

So there's a story there! Everyone has a story.

As for why Gregory's parents moved at all... He has well-off parents who wanted to work with Fazbear Entertainment. Huge economic opportunity. So they moved in from Salt Lake City, you go to Hurricane now my boy

The whole reason Gregory gets glitchtrapped is because of his parents. Karma got them in the end ig....

Gregory is a good friend to both Ellis and Tony. They click immediately, like they've known Greg for years. They know his full name, but Gregory never really went by it back then, sticking with simply Greg (he would've went by 'Gregory' in SB because he forgot he even had that nickname at all.... and while in and out of consciousness before that, even. So Cassie only ever knew him as Gregory)

Rab wasn't around the whole time, lucky for Gregory. He got to know the duo for a few months before that, got close, and clicked super well with them. So he did have a close connection with them before things went wrong, unlike Cassie who he would've gotten less connection with since he didn't really know her (and when he'd met her, he'd just broken free of being controlled for a few hours, with no memory of any events).

Summer came, and Gregory got to test a Freddy's VR game bc of his parents. He would've begged them too, "It's the least you can do for me. You guys don't spend any time with me! Let me come with you to the company building and test the game, pleaseee?"

Something went wrong at the target audience testing. One of the QA testers kept watching him, a blonde woman with green eyes... She was odd, but Gregory brushed the thought away.

That was, until a sharp migraine hit his head, and everything started to go fuzzy from there.

School came back around in September, and GGY happened. Greg acted slightly differently after summer, but it was probably just normal stuff. Right? It's not like there were any stark differences in personality. That's what Tony thought at least, until he dug too deep and... yeah.

To Ellis, his two best friends just went missing. That's all there was, forever, and he just had to deal with that. They were never coming back.

As for Tony, he'd haunt Greg and probably can't quite believe there's life after death

Gregory, at this point, he doesn't remember. So shit falls off shelves, and he hears his name whispered, and he's like, 'huh. must've been the wind... unless, maybe Vanessa's grandma is here? omg Ness, holy shit come here. I think your grandma's ghost is here??"

But it'd get serious when he finds out the truth. When he realises. When he starts getting hurt by this ghost. He tries to communicate (since my Greg is a paranormal believer and Tony owned a DR60 recorder because of him, while Greg owns a REM-pod). Tony is always angry. He's always upset. Gregory finds himself permanently haunted by him.

Rab racked up a few bodies while he was controlling Gregory; therapists, Tony, his parents, and two random kids he didn't even know the name of. Vanny dealt with the rest. Those mostly went to the Tangle, though; Tony was the only one to have a close enough connection to get stuck attached to Greg.

So the funny thing about the creature in the last few panels, is that most people seemed to jump to the conclusion that its Burntrap. I think its mostly due to the body shape and its purple eyes.. Which is fair.

But also may I remind ya’ll that in my AU, when a bot of some kind is “infected” with “the bug”..

Their eyes turn purple. So whos to say that’s William following Foxy around?👀

@subspacecadet Foxy and Bonnie might not know what that means, and just assume you’re calling them “furry”, like they’re covered in fur. Which for Foxy is like “Yeah duh, I have a fake fur coat” and Bonnie’s thinking “My shell doesn’t really have fur but okay-”

Same would go for the Glamrocks. I don’t think they would know what that really means.

The only character that would probably know what being called a Furry means is DJ Music Man funnily enough. He’s always hanging around older kids in the arcade and might have heard them talking about Furries once. In which he would know being called a furry is usually supposed to be an insult. In which he would be offended on the Glamrocks behalf.

Random kid: “I don’t like Freddy, he’s a furry! >:(”

Freddy: “..I.. believe you are mistaken. I don’t have fur. I have a plastic shell! :)”

@yukurie​ As it stands right now, my AU branches off from the ending where Gregory escapes from the Pizzaplex at 6 AM and is found by Vanny in that box.

Except in my AU, Vanny didn’t find Gregory. Gregory didn’t stop somewhere nearby and sleep in a box. Gregory just kept running, and was never found.

Although after part 2 of “Bits and Pieces” is posted, I plan to take a break and really build up my FNAF AU more. A lot of my timeline is left blank, which needs fixing.

So with that being said, my AU might be re-written and this ending will no longer be canon. :/

I didn’t really have any dialogue planned out for that doodle. But I imagine Sunny is in tears because someone finally visited him after months of being all alone.

He’s probably stumbling over his words asking Foxy about everything that’s going on outside the Daycare. 

“Have you seen DJ?? Is he okay?? He’s still in the arcade right?? Are the others okay?? Why has no one come to see me?? Have they all forgotten about me?? What’s going on out there??”

And Foxy’s just like:

Did she really? Whack. But it doesn’t really matter because Monty mix isn’t really a thing in my AU for 2 reasons.

1: I completely forgot it existed and thus didn’t write it into my AU--

And 2: I don’t think there would be a logical reason for it to make any animatronic that consumes it go crazy.

In my AU, Chica attempts to consume food during her “malfunction” for reasons unrelated to Monty Mix. And the animatronics don’t have stomachs, its not like she could eat it, absorb something toxic in it and go crazy. If anything she could consume it and it clogs her up internally and she shuts down. But again this doesn’t matter because I didn’t write Monty Mix into my AU-

I mostly draw through muscle memory. And I don’t really know how to describe how I’ve learned to draw the way I do. I guess I looked at how other people draw faces and tried to mimic it. I guess its like-

“Okay I drew this sad face, but it doesn’t really look that sad.. lemme look for how I can improve this face.”

“Oh! This artist also drew a sad face! And they drew the eyebrows a certain way, that makes the character look really sad :( Let me try that!”

And then I draw the weird eyebrows, see that its an improvement, and draw it like that from then on-

“I quit! I quit!”

Watching from the back, Vanny heard Christian say those few words that he was determined not to say. He had taken a beating during the entire match and had taken an especially rough beating to his genital area. Being handcuffed to the ring post, he was completely stuck with no ability to defend himself.

She watched through the screen on the wall as Adam shoved his middle finger in his former best friend's face, driving the point home. Her heart ached for her partner as he was finally released from the metal cuffs, slumping down to the mat in pain.

Adam came backstage first, belt slung over his shoulder and a smug look on his face. He and Vanny briefly shared a dirty look with Adam muttering “I told you that old bastard was going to get what he deserved" and “have fun mending his wounds. Bet you wished you weren’t with someone so ancient now, huh?”

Her blood boiled at his smack talk but before she could remind him that Christian worked his ass off to get here whereas he got everything handed to him, he waltzed off with an evil chuckle. He pissed her off to no end, that no good smug bastard. But he was not the important one now, as Christian stumbled back through the curtain, head hanging down.

Vanny’s heart softened as he walked past her, ashamed of looking up. He didn’t want to leave her standing alone but he also couldn’t look or talk to her right now. The shame of losing not only in front of his home country, but also his work family, and his girlfriend was all just too much to handle.

She ran to catch up with him, taking hold of his hand which did not reciprocate the affection as strong as her. He held her hand lightly.

“Babe, talk to me,” she begged, “don’t just stay quiet, I need to hear you talk to me about what happened.”

Again, he stayed silent. He briefly looked up to her encouraging eyes but shook his head.

“Not here, please.” He mumbled, voice breaking slightly. So Vanny let it go. For now at least. She gave his hand a brief kiss before letting him go get showered and changed while she waited in the food hall, trying her best to ignore the celebration between Adam and other wrestlers. Vanny could hear Adam make snarky comments about her and Christian, both about his in-ring ability, the age gap in their relationship, how Christian was such a coward, everything. She thought that it was disgusting that someone could talk about another person like that, even if they were an ex best friend. After deciding she had heard enough, she got up from the chair and walked back towards the door to leave the hall but to her surprise, Christian stood there with a scowl on his face, listening to Adam and the others.

He had been quick in getting himself ready to leave, not wanting to stay a minute longer than he needed to. He roughly grabbed Vanny’s wrist and stormed out to get in the car to drive back to the hotel, eyes filling up with tears.

“I’m so sorry you had to hear that-“ she started, climbing into the passenger seat while he sat in the driver's seat, throwing his bag in the back. He cut her off before she could continue talking.

“It’s fine.” Was all he said as he started up the car and drove out, putting his seatbelt on as they were making their exit. He muttered incoherent things to himself the entire way back which she chose to ignore, not wanting to push him too far while he was driving. She could only make out “you’re so fucking useless.” For a moment, she had thought it was about her but that wouldn’t make sense as she went to his shows to support him backstage, not interfere. That was Shayna and The Patriarchy’s job.

They finally pulled up and after grabbing his bag, he stormed in with Vanny trailing behind him. As they entered the lift, the way up to their room felt like it would never end. Almost as if someone was playing a prank on them by making the lift slowly go up the floors. Thankfully no one got on because that might have pushed Christian over the line. Finally, and thankfully, they reached their floor. He was quick to walk to the door, again with Vanny trying to catch up to him. Once they were in the room, he threw his bag to the floor and sat on the bed, head in his hands. He finally let his emotions free, letting the tears of shame and anger spill out.

Vanny sat next to him, wrapping her arms around his body to comfort him, gently rocking him side to side while he got his feelings off his chest. Christian asked her if he truly was a coward, if he was that terrible in the ring. Not knowing how to answer, Vanny didn’t say anything but instead kissed the top of his head. There wasn’t much she could really say that would make him feel better at this moment. Not yet at least.

“It’s just…I’ve worked so hard to get to where I’m at, y’know? I do everything I can to help the other guys who are still new to the game. I do everything I can to show the fans that I’m worth buying tickets for. And what do I get? This asshole comes in here, and only after a few months he takes my title, and humiliates me in front of thousands of people. All he does is take the spotlight away, steal my thunder. Make me look like the weakest man on the roster.”

Christian trailed off, trying to sniffle away his tears but to no avail. There was still one more thing he needed to get off his chest.

“I heard him talk about us and…our relationship. I hope that you don’t think any less of me after tonight. I know I…lost…the title but. But I can get it back! I just. I need you with me for that.” He finally looked up to her, tears still falling gracefully down his cheeks.

“Please. Promise me you won’t leave me? I know that I probably look so pathetic right now. A 50 year old man, crying over a belt. But I need you, now more than ever. I’m begging you, please don’t leave me.”

He never talked much about his insecurities since you had been together. He had been married once and although the divorce was amicable, it still broke him more than he liked to admit. One of his biggest fears was being left again and he did everything to avoid it. It was still so crazy to her that he thought she would even consider leaving him! Especially after they had admitted to each other that they were in love with one another! She smiled sadly, stroking his face and wiping his tears with her thumb.

“You know I love you, right?” She half giggled, placing a kiss on the tip of his nose. “I wouldn’t even dream of leaving you, especially over a belt, you silly goose!”

Hearing Vanny say those words helped him feel marginally better but before he could open his mouth to say something else, she cut him off.

“And to reassure you, my dear, you are a fantastic performer. What you do on stage is wizardry. I still don’t fully understand how you do it, but I know I love what it is! You are the furthest thing from a coward or a bad performer. You are strong, smart, cunning, and handsome. Don’t let a fucker like him try and convince you otherwise, okay? I love you, with all of my heart.”

He smiled, placing a sweet kiss on her lips while she continued to hold him. It was hard taking compliments, especially ones like she had showered him with. But he took it with a big smile, knowing he was going to be okay. She was going to take care of him.

“I love you too, Vanny. More than you could ever believe.”

A Vanessa x Reader fic, with a lot of platonic reader x animatronics (mainly Sun, Moon, Chica, and Bonnie, bc they're comfort characters and this would be a very self indulgent fic-), where Y/N is a security guard who has been working at the place for months and loves their job, and ends up falling head over heels for the security guard lady they work with-

And basically the fic would involve the animatronics helping Y/N through trying to ask Vanessa out, while also being clingy best friends who want to make sure bith Vanessa ans Y/N know they are loved-

i'd love to hear your general thoughts about her character. what do you think her personality is like? do you think she has a character arc? what kind of stuff would motivate her and what might she believe in? does she have a best and worst moment in the story (where she seems really well or really badly written or something)? if you could change one thing about her, what would it be?

Whenever I happen to see Elizabeth related stuff, there’s always a good chance that I’ll see a bit where someone’ll antagonize her, Cassidy, etc. That’s never great to see.

She’s just someone young who wants to make her father proud at a point. Neither she or Vanny have too many moments, so I’m not sure for most of the questions.

With Vanny, I’d probably just change some Security Breach bits—just give her some new stuff that she’s actively doing, when not chasing after Gregory. She’s busy with lots of Glitchtrap related tasks.

This ones more of a fun idea, but I have ideas for her costume, so I guess that would be another change? Just for fun.

Back with Elizabeth, she was scared when she became Circus Baby—who wouldn’t be? She wanted to get out of there. She wanted to see her family. All that stuff.

She was happy when the Ennard plan worked, but when she got kicked out, and would become Scrap Baby, she felt terrified. Elizabeth didn’t want to be alone—but she was.

She never felt that angry for being kicked out—she just felt distressed over being alone.

1- I don't believe in this theory because the lack of Mrs Afton in the game is glaring, not a name for her, an appearance, or minigame of death, since the events until FNAF 6, we have discovered a possible ending for this character now, and which only reveals this one ending.

2- If you stop to think about it, there isn't currently a Mrs Afton, since since the Frazbear frights a possible divorce between the two has already been made clear, which is confirmed in SB.

3- Her irrelevance in the story, whether she is Ballora or not, is still not of any importance in the story, Ballora herself has no relevance. The two have been with God since FNAF 6.

4- Ballora's eyes do not show signs of possession, Ballora's eyes are pink, and after Elizabeth possesses baby her blue eyes turn green, and throughout Fnaf SL, in parallel with the soap opera that Mike watches and it is made clear that Elizabeth took after his mother, Mrs Afton has green eyes, but Ballora has pink eyes. in UCN they

5- Many of Ballora's behavior in fnaf SL and

can be explained if you take into consideration that she, like the other funtimes, don't like Afton, he gave controlled shock controls.

6- Molten Freddy, he is made clear to have remnants, not souls, at the end of the game Henry doesn't even mention there being anyone inside.

7- That Egg Ester from Staff Bott (Nanny) is similar to Ballora, for me it is precisely fanservice in relation to this theory.

8- And another proof is that if Baby recognized Micheal as her brother and Scraptrap as her father, then why didn't she recognize Ballora or Molten Freddy as her mother or how did Ballora not recognize Baby and Micheal as her children and Scraptrap as her husband and in the

process she wouldn't let Funtime Freddy or Funtime Foxy expel Baby from Ennard, she would stop it at any cost because after all, is it a mother's love?

10- If William's supposed wife hasn't done anything until now, she doesn't even notice any of this, because until now she hasn't shown herself to be important to the story, she must just be blind/with her eyes closed (a metaphor) Even when I saw that room where the Afton Family is gathered and everyone thought that the 'girl, at the end of the table was Ballora, I thought: doesn't it look like she doesn't have her eyes

closed... I don't think Scott would put a wife for William now in the story, because it doesn't matter, a mother for the three brothers nor a wife for the villain, there was never that importance, because the only characters that matter are Henry Emily, William Afton and

your children, whether there is a wife, uncle, grandfather, cousin, it doesn't matter now. Neither William nor Henry had images of wives or anyone else in the family that mattered much to the story. This story about Afton's ex-wife also explains a little about why Michael is an asshole, the crying boy's anxiety and why Elizabeth is so attached to William. They tragically lost their mother when they were young and had to stay with a bad father.

Vanny Evolution

-Pre Help Wanted-

Vanya “Vanessa” Anton, the descendant to the Anton family from my other AU, “Welcome to Callie’s”, has one interesting backstory. Her parents neglected her for years, so she always got into trouble as a child.

Until she became suddenly pregnant when she turned 16, which caused her parents to freak the fuck out and kicked their daughter out. Enter Gregory, but Vanya has to give him up cuz she was too young to take care of a child, so Gregory was taken to the orphanage, and she never saw him again.

Years later, Vanya gets hired by the company who did the Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Virtual Reality game (it could be Fazbear Entertainment or some other company idk). As she was hired, she meets another woman who looks just like her named Vanessa (they have the same names and look the same. That’s what happens when Scott reuses names like Michael and Jeremy so). Luckily, the two have something in common; bad parents, bad childhood and they liked Freddy’s when they were kids (Vanny liked Bonnie and Vanessa liked Freddy). She even met Luis, Vanessa’s crush, Lottie (AKA Tape Girl), the daughter of Mayor Laura Emerson and Vanessa’s younger sister, Valerie.

However, when Vanny tested the game for the first time after Jeremy Fitzgerald cut his face (he still lived thank God), something inside her made her feel strange....

-Post Help Wanted-

After meeting William (AKA Glitchtrap cuz fuck Canon), Vanya doesn’t feel like herself anymore (She either develops a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde situation or I’m just headcanoned her to be like Vanessa from Nightcove the Fox’s Vanessa: Into Madness movie). She went from being totally calm and happy to depressed and miserable. Her depression hikes up to 11 when Evil Elizabeth shows up.

However, despite this, Vanya still wants to show her master that she’s more than his daughter, but no matter what, Elizabeth was always number one. It was time to prove him wrong. Or so she thought....

-Security Breach/Ruin-

After the grand opening of Freddy Fazbear’s Mega PizzaPlex, Vanya- oops, I meant Vanny, breaks into the PizzaPlex and hacks into the database which causes Vanessa to get hired by Fazbear Entertainment to work at the PizzaPlex for night shifts. Afton gives her a mission to help Evil Elizabeth lure kids and take their remnant (still a confusing concept I get it) to make Afton “become whole again” (kind of like the Prototype from Poppy Playtime but not really). Once she sets her eyes on Gregory, she couldn’t bear to kill him cuz she noticed that Gregory was her baby that she gave up all those years ago, so she decided to let him leave him alone and lie to her master about it.

However, Vanny tries her best not to hurt her own child but due to Afton affecting her so much, she becomes the Vanny we know and love (oh don’t worry, she and Vanessa have much more screen time here). Thankfully, Gregory frees Vanya and M.X.E.S finally kills Afton for good.

-Post Ruin-

After the events of Ruin, Vanya reunited with Gregory and the two becomes whole again. Valerie and Roxanne help her dye her hair, so she doesn’t look like Vanessa and Frederic (Glam Freddy) asks her out on a date, which she accepts.

Okay so. Working off of my previous Ruin theory post (that you can see here if you haven’t already. It’s a bit of a long one though) and the post on Eclipse I reblogged last (which you can also read here. It’s by @/celestial-robots who I’m choosing not to ping for the sake of annoying notifs) here’s what I think is up with Eclipse, Sunny and Moon. I’ll summarise what I need to here but the posts I’m referencing are linked in case you want them too. Half under a readmore cause it’s sorta long

In their theory, they say they think that Sunny and Moon were always meant to be separate and could become Eclipse whenever called for. Such as, if Sunny needed help with something Moon specific, becoming Eclipse would give him the ability to do so and vice versa, or so I believe is the way to read that. It negates the need for the lights to be on or off as an eclipse is both light and dark, meaning Eclipse can be there in any situation the other two can’t handle alone. Eclipse also having their own specific abilities would also help somewhat with the distinction between the three, but I don’t think it’s entirely necessary or relevant to this so that’s a ‘if you want’ kind of thing to add here.

Now, it’s important to note that there’s two Mimics. One below the Pizzaplex and one that was once the Storyteller that is now strictly in digital form and integrated with the main network. This is a separate network to the MXES, which isn’t relevant here either it just felt important to note that. With this context, the digital Mimic (the former Storyteller) caused all the animatronics to start acting based on the behaviours it’s learned before, and Sunny and Moon are no exception. This is where you get those customer complaints in the Security Breach logs from. We don’t know the specifics of what changes, but clearly both of them have gotten a lot scarier as kids are now seemingly afraid of both of them. This must be a new development because Cassie has nothing but good things to say about the daycare since she apparently used to go there fairly often, so my best guess is that this was the Mimic.

Now, if Eclipse acts as both of them combined, as two AIs combined into one, then this could mean that it has a stabilising effect on Sunny and Moon. If they were both effected differently by the Mimic, then that could mean they still balance each other out and can minimise the problems caused by becoming Eclipse. I don’t think they could stop it entirely, but it could be an effective way to limit the damage in a way. For example, if Moon has been made to be more violent when the lights are out, while Sunny has been made more aggressive when rules are broken or something, that would mean combining into Eclipse would prevent Moon from hurting someone and prevent Sunny from screaming a child into the ground. Instead, it could be a grab that’s a little too hard, or a minor push, and a strong, louder than normal telling off. They were always designed to balance each other out like this, so they’ve just sort of been doing it way more frequently to counter the change the best they can. Since they’re only two AIs and not technically three, the Mimic is only influencing Sunny and Moon and not Eclipse so this is honestly their best strategy.

When Glitchtrap enters the picture, it’s important to note now that the Mimic in the main network is still active. Glitchtrap is basically adding a second layer of bullshit on top of the Mimic’s and the Mimic is learning from it. Gitchtrap is more focused on the capture and murder of children. The animatronics catch and Vanny or himself in the Pizza Place kill them. Taking control of the animatronics is a key part of this, and thus, Sunny and Moon need to be under control as well.

Well, kidnappy from the daycare is certainly riskier than anywhere else, but not entirely impossible. With Glitchtrap and Vanny in the system, security feeds can be cut and much more can be done. Still incredibly difficult though, and that is made extra true via Eclipse. If one of them is supposed to be doing the capturing, the other can activate and stop it as Eclipse. They’ve been ‘finding’ a good few missing children this way before and that’s not convenient for Glitchtrap and Vanny.

So they do a Vanessa with them. Instead of putting an entire consciousness inside of an arcade game, Glitchtrap moves the entire set of code allowing the two attendants to become Eclipse into the Balloon Boy World arcade game. This is why he’s present in that game, but isn’t really a part of it. There’s not enough of him to be a part of it. He’s just sorta stuck, not even half of himself still intact. Glitchtrap didn’t even need to completely be there. He could monitor it from the Pizza Place since here’s another Balloon Boy World arcade game down there that Vanny could have wirelessly connected to the one in the daycare. Now, they can’t combine and are both subject to Glitchtrap’s control.

Glitchtrap focuses on Moon. He has the nightly duties that allows him to go anywhere at any time, whereas Sunny has to have the daycare up to a certain standard before he can leave. Moon is much more convenient for doing what he and Vanny need him to do. Moon can go under the radar much easier than Sunny can. It works, and they rarely need Sunny to get too involved anyway, but he’s still available should they need him.

When Security Breach is over though and Glitchtrap is contained, that arcade game is still active, preventing them from combining, but without Glitchtrap blocking the signal. Now instead, you have the digital Mimic in control, who has taken Glitchtrap’s data and is now outputting it via the animatronics. Glitchtrap favoured and mostly used Moon, so now Moon is the Mimic’s focus. The lights are out constantly once they’re broken, preventing Sunny from taking over, and with the arcade game still holding Eclipse, they can’t combine either. Moon is acting similar, if not worse than before due to the Mimic taking the new data and combining it with the old. There’s fuck all he can do about this and Sunny is in no better shape. He’s growing more frantic and the Mimic is learning from that and amplifying it with Sunny and Moon’s previous anxieties over this. Sort of another feedback loop going on here.

The VANNI mask allows Cassie to see Sunny and not Moon as Sunny is not in control. He’s the one under the surface but not any less present. By rebooting Moon, Cassie is able to restore the Eclipse code in both of them bring them back to how they were before Glitchtrap. Well, not entirely, since the Mimic still has control here, but they can at least fight back against it now. They have a means to neutralise eachother again and that’s not something they’ve had for a long time.

The arcade machine is broken. Eclipse is free and they now have some form of defence against what the main network is doing to them. And Glitchtrap can’t do it again cause he’s being contained by that same network and no longer has Vanessa to puppet around. It’s not perfect, but it’s a start!

Today I suddenly remembered that when I was in, like, second grade or something I had a collection of stuffed rabbits in different cute outfits (a sunflower jumper, a pink tea party dress with matching hats, etc.) and that got me thinking about yet another humorous possibility for a Security Breach Y/N. That being a normal Y/N who gets confused for being an Afton follower like Vanny because they—by pure coincidence—happen to like rabbits and the color purple.

So, like, going on that theory that the true purpose of the “All Staff Meeting” was to get rid of the loose ends and either fire or kill all the human workers except Vanessa, you have Y/N roll up 15 minutes late with a Starbucks while wearing their purple bunny hairclips/their bunny-themed purple lanyard which holds their security ID and keys, and Vanny/Afton just assumes they’re also an infected follower who hasn’t been given any specific orders. Or is just supposed to act like a normal person to help sell the façade that all is well and normal at the pizzaplex and nothing weird is going on.

So they just let Y/N leave without going into the carnage room filled with the remains of their fellow employees, probably by “cryptically” telling them that “the meeting ended successfully, go about your normal business,” and then Y/N just assumes there was a mass layoff or something and then just doesn’t question things because they weren’t really friends with any of their coworkers/didn’t have their phone numbers or whatever and literally just continues on with their manual work. Completely unaware of the events of Security Breach because they work the dayshift/happened to have that night off and just weren’t around while Gregory was doing his thing.

To really hammer it home, this Y/N probably had a lot of the same opportunities to get infected like Vanessa did, but, for various reasons, it never escalated to actual infection. Like… they were offered the chance to be a beta tester but were either really bad at or otherwise too scared by the VR game to actually encounter any of the Glitchtrap stuff (or, like me, don’t/can’t wear contacts and either couldn’t wear the VR goggles for long enough with their glasses in the way… or took off their glasses/forgot their contacts and their eyesight was so bad that they literally couldn’t see any of the Glitchtrap nonsense going on). And any glitched emails or whatever were missed either because things kept going into the spam folder, they were too paranoid of internet security to open any cursed links, or their internet connection was so bad that it couldn’t actually support any of the links (or not all the info was coming through). Or they had so many other apps/an extremely old phone that didn’t have enough storage space to download curses. But because they did actually open the emails and click the links, it was still ticking off the checkboxes Vanny/Afton had for the information/curses were being disseminated.

And this might provide an avenue for why Y/N could still be on friendly terms with the animatronics—or just get ignored by them or otherwise left alone and not get hunted for sport—even while all the weird stuff is going down. They would just get their info/biometrics into the same system that makes the animatronics follow Vanny’s orders, or ignore people with the VANNI masks on. So since the animatronics always act “normal” around them (or at least non-violent), even after hours, Y/N is completely oblivious to everything going on, just living their best life as a minimum wage lover of rabbits and the color purple.

Chapter 1:

It was a normal day in the pizzaplex, Sunrise was in the daycare playing with the kids until Anny came. Anny’s full name was Annabelle, but she was nicknamed Anny by one of the only friends she had. She sat in her usual seat in the blue chair next to the art & crafts table. “Hello Anny, drawing as always huh?” Anny nodded her head, she wasn’t the biggest fan of talking with Sun, but Moon was a WHOLE different story. Her and Moon were the bestest of friends, they did everything together so much in fact she would sleep in the day and play at night. She and moon were best friends since she was five, it would be impossible to separate these two for more than 10 minutes. But soon her dad came to pick her up. It was the next day an incredibly special day… “IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!” shouted Anny as she was getting ready for daycare “Anny before you go, I have to tell you something” Anny tilted her head to the side in curiosity. “We come from a family that goes back, we have a mythical magical connection in our family’s roots. So, when we come of the age 13, we get powerful magic, since you are growing a little slower than other kids you will get yours tomorrow.” Anny was jumping up and down with excitement, but soon she wasn’t feeling good, so she stayed home. But the next day she was overfilled with excitement when she got to daycare, she couldn’t WAIT to show Moon her new powers! But she was kinda weirded out because Sun was saying to keep on the lights. Anny didn’t understand, when she looked around, nobody she knew was there, it was all a COMPLETELY NEW group of kids. Soon she stopped asking questions, she looked at the time, it was 8:00 that was the usual time for naptime to start, she was happy to meet Moon again! But everyone just went home Anny was getting suspicious, so she stayed after hours and when she caught Sun alone, she cut off the lights. When she saw Moon again, she was so excited but the way he spoke gave her a chill down her spine, something felt off “Moonie are you ok?” Anny took a step back but then Moon took a step forward. Anny asked again trying to hold his hand “Moonie… are you ok?”. In the blink of an eye Moon grabbed a knife out his hat and tied her down and then before he knew it…she was gone. Sun woke up but only her body remained. The next day Moon decided to save all the trouble to separate from Sun. After two weeks Sun and Moon finally separated. It was the next day, S.T.A.F.F realized that they were not making a lot of money lately, so they decided to make a new animatronic to bring in more money. They soon got to work, and after 3 Months Abby was made, they cleared out Bonnie Bowl and made Abby’s Skating Rink. Abby The Bunny was a pink bunny with the lightest teal eyes, a scarlet-colored nose in the shape of a heart, purple knee-high boots that turn into skates, and a skirt with teal and blue stripes. After Abby was made S.T.A.F.F decided to leave her alone to take a break, Gregory ran past her without seeing her, Vanny skipped after him, then her eyes landed on the soul of Anny crying in the corner then on Abby, and she had an idea. She took out a chip and placed it in Abby’s head then said in her sweetest voice “Are you lost? I can show you a way out.” She then grabbed the poor soul and stuffed her in the animatronic. About a few hours later Abby woke up with no memory of what happened. S.T.A.F.F soon took Abby to meet the other animatronics her, she was excited to see the others but when she saw Moon she froze. All her memories came back as fast as a bullet to the head, she rubbed her eyes to make sure this was real until accepting it was. She looked at Moon with hatred and murder in her eyes, Her eyes turned scarlet, her skirt turned red and orange, and her purple boots turned red. Everyone watched in disbelief “who… are you? Where is Abby,”. “Oh Abby…? She pointed to her head “She’s here at the moment. But you can call me...Addy ~.”

I wanna talk about my favorite little men [proceeds to show you a woman]

This is my design for Vanny (“the vanilla rabbit”), Vanessa Alicia Brooks, AKA Ness. (Yes I caved and am using Brooks again. The one fic where I’m using the other last name is staying for consistency’s sake.)

Not to be confused with Vanessa Alcott, the head of security at Freddy’s, though they have the same first name and are both 23.

Ness is an introvert and spends a lot of time alone, but she’s very good with kids and loves watching over them, though she tends to care more about making others happy than what’s actually best for them. She comes off as an optimist when you see her around kids, but she’s actually not a very happy person. Not that you’d expect that from her feminine style, nonchalant attitude, love for childish stuff, and music taste of 65% Madonna. She’s actually pretty depressed and has very low self esteem.

Although she dropped out of high school, she works several jobs (one that has daily shifts, one more around her own schedule, and one where she’s only called in on certain occasions), and lives in a small house alone. It’s not a great life, but it’s stable enough to support her. She doesn’t really live a particularly interesting life, but she really wishes she was something more important and worth being than she is. This, along with her desire for connection with others, especially with a father figure thanks to her own absent father, is what Glitchtrap takes advantage of to manipulate her into doing its bidding. However, being extremely curious and insistent on getting to the bottom of any mystery, she also pulls herself really far in over her head.

Just like in canon, she adopts the Vanny persona with the name, stylized as V.A.N.N.Y but not standing for anything, being a contraction of Vanessa and bunny. The mask and costume serve a unique purpose, though. They serve as a barrier between Ness and her actions, a supposed sign that she is not herself, she is not the one committing these acts. It is a whole new persona that Ness uses to distance herself from her crimes so she doesn’t have to feel guilty about what she’s doing by Glitchtrap’s command.

But because she’s mostly known by her nickname Ness to others, this actually raises suspicion not toward the eccentric but kind Ness, but toward the high-strung and moody Vanessa Alcott. Vanessa is suspected to be behind the strange occurrences such as power outages, missing items, broken bots, and even presumed hacking of the animatronics when surreal snuff videos of children being violently attacked and dying begin appearing in their files causing them to act strange.

(The first one is actually a video of a teenage boy trying to put a little boy’s mangled head back together found in Glamrock Freddy’s computer, titled HAPPYBIRTHDAY.MP4. Weird, huh? Wonder what it means.)

Vanessa is actually suspected of child abduction or murder when it’s reported that a little boy disappeared from his foster home Halloween night, but there’s no evidence to prove it. She’s sent to a therapist at her workplace so the therapist can try to analyze her behavior, but that provides no leads on Vanessa’s guilt or the boy’s whereabouts. Actually, Vanessa doesn’t seem to know the boy at all. There aren’t really any records on him, but when his foster parents are questioned, this begins to crack open the case.

See, this little boy was put into a group foster home as a toddler when his single mother couldn’t take care of him, and then moved into individual foster homes when he was seven. But he didn’t not have a family- his mother had another child thirteen years prior, who she could provide good enough care for due to this older being old enough to not be reliant on her. But the older child- the older sister- kept in contact with the missing boy once she was able to, and though she was in no position to be his guardian, she was close with him before his disappearance.

This older sister became a suspect for the murder or abduction of her brother, but when confronted about it by the same workplace therapist working with Vanessa, seemed innocent. She seemed saddened by what had happened, and struggled to answer questions, sitting there the whole time with her pretty brown hair covering her face like she was trying to withdraw herself from the situation of her brother going missing.

Ultimately no suspects were arrested and there wasn’t enough evidence for any of the charges to stick, because the boy wasn’t actually dead, nor was he being held captive anywhere.

He had run away to keep himself safe due to V.A.N.N.Y attempting to kill him.

FNAFSB Theory: That’s Not Freddy But A Endo-Imposter

I would of talked about a FNAF Yesterday, but I had to sign off a bit early...

also I had some bad luck some hours ago, I had accidentally spilled some of my drink on the keyboard, lucky it was only a little and the keyboard had to be turned over to get some of the liquid out...

I don’t know if it’s just my imagination, but I think the “A” might be a little not okay...I mean it still works, but at the same time it just feels not the same as the other buttons that make up the other alphabet.

well I guess I will have to just try my best with it even if it is that way because I was having one of my clumsy moments...

anyway, the theory I have has to do with Freddy from Security Breach.

we all know in Parts and Service, we find Vanessa and Glamrock Freddy having a conversation, we also see some Glamrock-Endoskeletons, but only one of them who is standing alone and not in the same as the others.

Gregory could walk right up to that Endo, and it will only move a little but not really take a step but stay in place.

I think that might be the REAL Freddy, Vanessa might of already replaced the original Freddy with a imposter, well when she was Vanny.

even if Vanessa and Vanny could have two split personalities, and Vanessa said she would replace Freddy with a different Endo....

but that might of already happen without her and Gregory’s knowledge or even the Player’s knowledge...

Vanny had taken Freddy’s suit and placed it on another Endo who would be under her full control like the other Glamrocks, but only when the battery power gets to red and it will cause that Freddy Imposter, to wake up to his true personality and program, which is to capture Gregory and bring him to Vanny.

Vanny could of copied Freddy’s memories and place them into the Fake-Freddy, so Gregory wouldn’t get suspicious, and the Freddy that was posing as the one that Gregory had originally befriended, would be a sleeper agent.

it just seems odd the only Endo that isn’t behind a fence type cage in Parts and Service, is just left alone and standing there, and possibly can only twitch.

this might be because that is all they can do, and they could really be Freddy but his voice box was taken from him and put into the imposter, so he couldn’t tell Gregory that it was a trap and that wasn’t him but a fake.

this could be the case for the other Glamrocks, having been replace by Imposters thanks to Vanny, or they were hacked and taken control of against their will.

it is clear to see that in the start of the game when we leave Freddy’s Room and head outside it and go to each of the glass windows that show Chica, Roxy and Monty’s Rooms (even if you can’t really see inside Monty’s room...)

those three weren’t under control yet, and Chica acted normal before it happen, the same could be said for Roxy and Monty.

the reason why Monty ends up throwing a tantrum, might of been from Freddy or could of been because he was the first to get hacked and he was trying to fight back the mind control that Vanny was trying to do, but in the end he couldn’t fight anymore and after he was under her control, Roxy and Chica were next.

the reason why Vanny couldn’t control Freddy, was possibly because of the glitch that he had gotten during the performance and if the glitch is keeping him from being used against Gregory, then it might be a blessing in disguise.

there could also be a reason why a small child can fit in the Freddy’s stomach that is normally used for Birthday Cakes and Pinata.

as well as Chica being able to mimic other’s voices, and Roxy being able to see through walls and Monty being really REALLY strong.

they were made that way, so it be easy to capture those who came to the Mega Pizzaplex.

in one of the endings, we see a newspaper of missing people, which might of been the ones who went missing at the Mega Pizzaplex.

the Glamrocks might of not known they were being used to cause those people to go missing, and before Freddy’s glitch, he was a part of it but like the other three, doesn’t have any memory of it.

Roxy, Monty and Chica might truly not be themselves while chasing Gregory and well technically the Player as well...

the control that Vanny has on the Glamrocks might have a time limit, only lasting until 6:00 Am, and after that happens, they will of course be back to normal.

Chica being able to mimic a voice of a parent could of been used to lure a child to Vanny, Roxy’s Eyes could be used to find the child if they end up running away and if they end up in a place that has a fence, well I guess Monty would break it down and go after them.

Freddy would be used to win the trust, but would then take the child to Vanny and not their parents like he had promised.

if Freddy could remember doing those things, but it was not of his own free will...then he might feel extremely guilty and hate himself for causing those children to go missing in the first place.

and if Freddy and some New Endo were switched, it could mean that if Freddy did become a Bad Guy in the DLC of FNAF Security Breach...

it wouldn’t be him, it would be the one that Vanny had replaced him with to fool Gregory (and the Player...) and that Other Freddy, would have copies of the Good Freddy’s Memories and would act as a sleeper agent.

the reason why Vanny had to replace Freddy, was because of the glitch prevented her from placing him in mind control like before.

Vanny decided to have the Fake-Freddy, act as a sleeper agent and win Gregory’s trust, but as soon as Gregory forgets to let “Freddy” go to a recharge station....the Endo that was acting as a Freddy Imposter will wake up to their true programing, which is to bring Gregory to Vanny.

not everyone has to agree with this theory, but I think it is possible that while we were trying to go save Freddy, we end up getting to him too late and he was replaced by a Fake Freddy, without the Player, Gregory and Vanessa’s knowledge.

all we knew was that Freddy was in trouble and Vanessa was scolding and threatening him.

 I guess it just seems odd that a Endo in the parts and service, would be the only one who is just standing and not placed in the same place as the others who are also in the parts and service room.

which makes me believe that the Endo who we can safely walked up to and can see twitch, might really be Freddy.

it couldn’t be Bonnie, but for all we know, the Endo we see climbing down the walls when we first go down the stairs with Freddy, could be Bonnie.

like it turning out that Glamrock Bonnie wasn’t destroyed by Monty, but he just likes running around without his suit.

if the girl who we will be playing as in the future, once the Free DLC is fully out...did end up meeting the Endo who could turn out to be the Real Freddy, and Chica is no longer under Vanny or Burntrap’s Control...

 then maybe she could have more than one guardian to protect her,

I like the idea of Chica becoming a Mama-Chica to the new character.

and I guess if that does happen, I think some fans who ship Chica x Roxy could view those two as being that new character’s Moms.

Monty would just be the cranky uncle, who would also be the grumpy husband of Sunny/Moony, caught in a bad romance would fit that ship.

 just picture Monty and Sunny having a argument, and then that song Bad Romance by Lady Gaga, starts to play...                                                       

it’s Monty and Sunny’s fault for looking too cute together.

anyway, the whole Monty x Sunny ship aside...

there could be a possibility that the Freddy that Gregory and the Player had originally had befriended, was switched with a imposter thanks to Vanny.

but I guess we wont know if that theory turns out to be true, if it shows in a FNAF book or is shown in the DLC game.

so this will just have to be one of those theories, that might not be canon and could just stay in the fanon...

 but I hope some like the idea and theory about Freddy not really being himself after freeing him in Parts and Service, because it really isn’t him but another Endo that Vanny switched him with because she couldn’t use the real Freddy because of the glitch he had ended up with, prevents her from placing him back into mind control.

the whole Freddy, Monty, Chica and Roxy being placed in mind control or under some kind of control that isn’t of their free will just to get Gregory, it is a theory that maybe a lot of fans have, and it would make sense that the reason why Freddy didn’t try to chase after Gregory like Monty, Roxy and Chica have been doing, is because the glitch he had gotten had kept him from doing so and also kept him out of Vanny’s control.

Vanny replace Freddy with a Imposter that could win Gregory’s trust, would make sense, because if the glitch that Freddy got during the opening of the game, keeps him from falling under her control, she would have to replace him with a Endo that she could use and trick Gregory into trusting.

it’s okay that not many believe this theory could possibly be true, not all theories have to be correct, but I think this theory does make sense and it’s okay if only a few people agree with the theory about Freddy being switched with a different Endo who could be used to trick and capture Gregory.

Fredbear's Family Diner had been created by the one and only Henry Emily. He had initially started it with the help of a few friends, but he himself was the sole owner. At a certain point his daughter, Charlie, began following in her father's footsteps and worked with her father at the restaurant.

He taught her how to build, care for and fix animatronics; she learned quickly. After her college graduation, Henry exclaimed that he was getting old and felt like he could not keep up the business. He ended up giving the establishment to Charlie, making her the official new owner.

Charlie, however, was only 25. She did not think she could run a very popular restaurant alone, so she asked her best friend Vanessa to help her. Vanessa had majored in Engineering as well as Business- same as Charlie. She excitedly agreed.

Vanessa was extroverted, happy, and overall very sociable. She did a lot of marketing for the business and brought in a lot more people.

It was not long before the disappearances began. It was not always children, sometimes it was a parent, an older sibling, a grandparent. She preyed on anyone who seemed weak. She typically preferred adults- the cops cared less about them than a kid.

Vanessa had told Charlie her family died in a car accident, when in actually she had caused their deaths. None of them would expect someone from inside the family would hurt them. She was 14 at the time- the same age as Charlie when she joined her father.

Vanessa did the same things as Afton, but she was smarter. Charlie had not suspected a thing until just a few nights prior to the springlocking. Vanessa's time in the suit was very similar to Afton's
