Our first spring cocktail of 2021…

“Nathan Hill”

25ml Cadello

40ml St Germaine

5ml Gin

Elderflower Cordial

Handful Fresh Mint

Handful Fresh Basil

1 Slice Cucumber

Muddle mint and basil into the Cadello, St Germaine and Gin.

Stir over ice.

Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

Top up with Franklin & Sons elderflower and cucumber tonic.

Garnish with mint or basil (or both) plus the slice of cucumber.

Relax.

Enjoy.

Smile.

Repeat.
