"Fiance?" Yuuki was confused, looking around the room while Kaname nodded, holding a photo of the Omega in question, a pure blood dressed in soft cremes "he will be joining the night class!" Cross cheered, trying to see the bright side of the newest student. "He knows the rules, I assume?" Zero grunted at the pure blood who gave him a barely veiled look of annoyance.

"He is fully aware"

Yuuki tried to hide the envy she felt towards the Omega... This was kanames mate...

A pure blood male Omega, probably trained to be the perfect mate for him.

"But there's no Omega dorms in the night class...?" Yuukis question was a thinly veiled argument and Kaname looked at her fondly, as if she were a little sister "we have already made the proper arrangements, his room will be across from mine" Kaname seemed quite pleased with his words, always a slightly smug with each sentence.

Yuuki just sat there before letting out a sigh and standing, storming out of the room.

Confusion swept the vampires face, cross and zero knowing exactly why she left "she had to learn eventually..." Zero mumbled and cross agreed.

Kaname decided he didn't want to pursue this drama, human drama wasn't really something he cared for before excusing himself, after all...

His mate should be here any moment.

(Name) Sat in the limo calmly, dressed in his new uniform while staring at the scenery curiously while the sun was setting. He had never been to a school, having been homeschooled prior but his alpha wanted him close, not liking the distance and limited time together. A ring sat on his finger, a beautiful ruby, surrounded by garnets... It reminded (name) of kanames eyes...

His alpha had such lovely eyes...

"We can see each other each day my kana..." (Name) Whispered, pleased with the concept of seeing his beloved once again after almost a month a part, the only commutation being letters; thank god Kaname left him scented objects. The school was truly something, the grand school peaking from the horizon and the trees barely hiding it "so this is where kana stays..." (Name) Was curious about the school, his staff told him roughly how it works...

Kaname could sense his mate before he even got on the grounds, the exhaustion of his beloved seeping into his skin, the distance had been taking a toll on him after all. (Name) Was asleep when the limo pulled up and Kaname wasted no time scooping him into his arms and wandering to the night class dorms, looking at the light of his life and hopefully he will be less exhausted after this nap...

(Name) Was usually quite more lively, the sun to his moon but it seems that the seperation had made him so tired... Poor thing. He barely acknowledged the night class while bringing (name) to his room, the Omega immediately snuggling into the blankets and taking in Kanames scent. Looking at his mate, Kaname felt relief and crouched before him "soon we will be out of here... I just have loose ends to tie up and you will be marked and we will go home..." He promised before getting up and walking towards the door, glancing back at the sleeping vampire.

It was hours before (name) woke, eyes snapping open and looking around the unfamiliar room and sniffing... "Starving..." He whispered, wanting nothing more than his alpha to be here so he could pin him down and enjoy what he's been deprived of. Stepping out of the room he looked around with a slouch, Senri the first to notice him and alert the rest of the night class and subsequently Kaname.

"Where is he?" (Name) Said slowly, hungry and frankly not in the mood for any games of any sort "he's in the gardens... He will return soon" Senri spoke softly and (name) just stared before wandering off.

"I just don't understand! Why can't it be me?!" A voice called out and Kanames voice could be heard almost exasperated "Yuuki, I love you but not in the way you want... You're my sister and that will never change but (name) is my mate" Kaname explained to his sister who sobbed angrily "but I love you!"

"But I don't love you"

And at that moment, Yuuki Kuran broke.

Sobbing uncontrollably, she ran off and Kaname kept composure before turning towards his mate "hello my love..." Exhaustion evident in his voice and (name) wandered towards him "she had to learn eventually..." (Name) Reached towards him and gently traced his face and Kaname rested his head in his mates hand.

The two walked back into the dorms and up to kanames room, the Alpha offering his neck to his beloved who Kissed his pulse lovingly before biting in, starved of his mates blood. Kaname gently rubbed his hips and ass, letting his beloved take what he needed before pulling back and snuggling into him "are you hungry alpha?" (Name)s voice content and dream-like and Kaname simply kissed the blood from his lips "I'll feed later, for now we have much to discuss, no?"

(Name) Was graceful and elegant, arm linked with Kanames while students looked on in awe at the Omega with an ornate engagement collar, (name) nodding kindly to the fellow omegas in the school in an act of omega-omega kindness, no matter the hierarchy it was seen as an equal understanding to one another and safety in numbers.

Even if he was a vampire, it was nice to have fellow omegas.

"So why are you attending this school... You received your education" (name) asked while they walked to the headmasters office and Kaname hummed "to keep an eye on my sister, I worry for her and she's attached to a specific human... After the Rido situation... I don't want to risk it"

"Reasonable"

(Name) Was curious while sitting beside Kaname, the headmaster and an obvious hunter "thank you for coming here (name)" cross smiled and (name) nodded politely, looking towards Kaname who nodded "vampiric tradition requires the Omega to have approval before talking to an unknown alpha, as I am required to gain approval before talking to unknown omegas"

"I see, well (name) if there's anything you need here to make your transition smoother please don't hesitate to ask" cross said kindly and yagari glared at the Omega "and one slip up and it's curtains, do you understand me?" His voice stern and (name) nodded calmly "if I find out you fed on any student you will be executed"

"I can only feed from my alpha or those pills you gave me... " (Name) Spoke softly and cross looked confused "vampiric mates can only feed off each other, they don't have claim marks but the rules would still apply for them" yagari explained, already tired of this conversation and (name) was pleased the hunter understood.

"Well regardless, we hope you feel safe and welcome"

"Thank you, sir Cross..." (Name) Spoke kindly before leaving with his mate.

"Now let's hope yuuki doesn't cause problems" cross mumbled, leaning back into his chair.

🦇🩸 You remembered the first day of school- You should have shown up sooner, because you were seated next to Zero- the scariest man in the entire school. Every other seat was taken expect the one next to him. You had gone a long time never interacting with him, so why had your luck run out now?

🦇🩸 Maybe it hadn't, because he didn't speak to you. He just sat there, not saying a word to you.

🦇🩸 With that being said, it made you wonder how you ended up in this scenario. He was covered in blood- YOUR blood- after he had bitten you. You could feel your blood covering your hands as you covered your wound. You could feel it drip down your neck down your chest. It was a lot- So much. He looked ashamed and sadden by what had happened. He takes a step towards you, but you flinch back and he takes the hint. He shakes his head as he repeats four words.

🦇🩸 "I'm so, so sorry."

That was the last thing you heard before you passed out. You awoke in the hospital wing with the Headmaster and another man over you. You vaguely recognized him, but didn't know anything about him expect he has some tie to the Night Class.

It felt strange- Like they had been talking about something that you weren't in on. You didn't like their little secret

🐕 The Night Class Guy- Kuran? Looked over you, seemingly checking you over. "Are you alright?"

"I'm fine."

🗡️ The Headmaster coughs into his hand, before speaking to you. "Do you remember what happened to you last night? You were found in the forest, do you know how you got there or why you were passed out?"

Something in you told you to lie. Told you you couldn't trust them. So, you did.

"No, I don't. Should I?"

🗡️ "No. Not at all," The Headmaster smiles before standing up. He motions towards Kuran, who was giving you a look of suspicion, but quickly drops it and leaves you alone.

The next few days after you got out of the affirmatory, Zero was nowhere to be seen. You wondered what had happened. You looked over at Yuki, who kept looking back at you, but tried to make it seem less suspicious. You couldn't ask her- You didn't trust her. You couldn't trust anyone. You wondered who knew- The headmaster, Yuki, and Kuran had to know... But did anyone else know?

🦇🩸 You finally saw him in class, but he was seated far away from you. He avoided eye contact with you and didn't speak to you. Granted you had never really talked to much before besides the occasional question about school or something. Maybe... You should let it got?

🦇🩸 At least you tried to, but Zero did finally approach you.

🐕 "That girl- The one Kiyru attacked, she remembers."

🗡️ Cross frowns, before standing up from his seat. "Zero has a lot of self control. More than anyone in his position. I know he will control himself."

"I don't know what you mean... I'm sorry. If something did happen, it was probably just my imagination."

You laugh, shaking your head. "Vampires are not real."

🦇🩸 He can't be with you, he knows that. There's a part of him that's worried he'll attack you again, so he gives you a blade- An anti-vampire weapon. He tells you if he attacks you- Or anyone- to use the blade against them. It can work on a human but is most effective against a vampire.

It was strange and overwhelming. You felt like it wasn't real, and you felt like you were in another world. Vampires? Real? No way... But he did bite you and suck your blood... But maybe he was just a freak, but for some reason you believed him.

🦇🩸 Zero was protective over you and would tell you about who to be wary of. He had you come to when the Night class leaves the school, so he can tell you who the vampires are, what level, how dangerous, etc,. You were surprised when seeing the man who had been there when you were in the hospital ring.

🦇🩸 "That's Kaname Kuran. He's a pureblood. He's a full vampire with no human dna. He's the most dangerous out of all vampires, even in their own community. He has a lot of power because he's a pureblood."

🦇🩸 Zero likes you, but he keeps you at a distance out of fear of hurting you. He can never be truly close to you- No matter how much he would want to. He knows he's a monster and doesn't want to taint you

“What is that smell?” 

Four vampire children huddle around each other as they look around for the delicious smell.

It was another one of those boring parties where vampires of higher status mingled. Or more so an excuse for vampires to gossip and discuss the latest musings of the vampire world. 

That deliciously sweet smell being one of them. 

Kaname looked around boredly as Hanabusa sniffed the abnociously. An annoyed Ruka smacks him in the head, “what are you a dog? Don’t you dare act a fool in front of Lord Kuran.” She turns to him with expectant eyes of praise for doing something in his honor. 

Her eager look deflates as she realizes he’s not even looking at her. 

Instead he’s looking at the crowd of adult vampires, surrounding something. 

“What are they looking at?” Akatsuki mumbles trying to look over the taller vampires, letting out a grunt when he can’t see anything.

“Ooooh! I wanna see! I wanna see!” Hanabusa exclaims, already trying to push his way into the crowd. Before his small figure can be swallowed up by the bigger bodies of the adult vampires, Akatsuki grabs him by the back of the suit. “Hold on you idiot, don’t go seeking out trouble like you usually do.” 

Offended the blonde child gasps as he points an accusing finger to the ginger haired boy, “you hypocrite didn’t you get in trouble for sneaking out the other day-“

Grabbing him in a chokehold, the once stoic boy is flustered, “quiet you! Nobody knows about that!” 

Feeling frustrated by their immature behavior, Ruka starts to yell at them. “Stop this childish behavior! Really do you have no shame acting like this infront of Lord Kuran?!”

The three of them start to bicker, Kaname starts to walk away from the annoying trio as he pushes through the adults crowding the delicious smell.

As he gets closer, the sweet smell of honey starts to seep into his nostrils, his mouth watering. Even for a pureblood vampire, he was just as weak to the smell as any other vampire. 

“Alucard, you have lost your mind.” He hears one of the elder vampires scowl. Burgundy eyes shift to said vampire in question, Alucard only gives off a shrug as he offers a lazy smile. 

“What can I say? Hellsing was my greatest enemy after all, I’ve grown to respect him. It’s only right that I take his daughter as my apprentice.”

His response only causes an uproar as many vampires all try to get a word in to argue with the uncaring pureblood. 

Kaname doesn’t even bother to listen to the back and forth of the furious vampires and the uncaring responses of Alucard. 

He only focuses on the small girl in his grasp. He noticed how she stood motionless as the pure blood held her shoulders. 

Soft looking h/c hair that messily framed her chubby cheeks. Big e/c eyes that had an innocent gleam to them. She barely reached Alucard’s stomach and she seemed to be fiddling with something in her tiny hands. She looked dirty and unbathed. And yet the soft smell of honey emitted from her in waves.

She was like a lamb surrounded by wolves, he didn’t miss the hungry gazes that the vampires all gave her. She was easy prey, someone could just rip her from Alucards. grasp and devour her. She was harmless.

Is what he originally thought. 

“That human is going to die Alucard, she will be eaten by the end of the night, you have made a grave mistake bringing her here. Much less spewing out such blasphemy.” 

At the vampire’s words, an amused smile grows on his face. “Go right ahead, you can eat her.”

He lets go of her shoulders and steps back. He lifts his hands in surrender, motioning to the defenseless girl. 

“Anyone can take a bite.” 

No one says anything, baffled at his words.

For a second no one stepped forward too shocked by his nonchalant behavior. 

It isn’t until one brave soul steps forward. A teenage vampire who is practically salivating at the mouth as he approaches the girl. 

The girl in question has no reaction, unflinching as the vampire gets on his knees in front of her. 

Kaname sees her perfectly calm in areas where anyone else would be trembling and fighting. She remains a statue, unmoving and unemotional.

When he exposes her neck and sinks his fangs, Kaname doesn’t even see her flinch. In fact, he sees how her eyes stare down at the vampire feeding from her. Looking at him as if he were as insignificant as a mosquito rather than the bloodthirsty beast he was. Her hands continue to fiddle with the object in her hand. 

Everyone watches with bated breath as the sounds of him drinking her blood sound out through the room. Some start to inch forward to get a chance to sink their teeth into the little girl. 

Only they never get to before the teenager is ripping away from her with a gasp. His lips are stained with a black inky color that he immediately tries to hack out of his mouth. 

“What the hell?!-” He’s interrupted by a harsh cough from his throat. His red eyes widened in horror at the sight of his own blood coating the floor.

“What’s wrong with that girl! Her blood’s so-! OH MY GOD IT HURTS! SOMEONE HELP ME!”

He’s wailing in pain as he screams for help, crawling away from the little girl. 

Only the little girl follows him. 

With her soft looking hair and innocent looking eyes, she reveals the small knife she was fiddling with in her hands.

She makes a small incision in her hand, as she approaches the crying vampire.  Mercilessly, she clamps her bleeding hand over the vampire's wailing mouth. 

His eyes widen in fear as her black blood trails into his mouth, he’s trying to force her hand away but she overpowers him. 

She stares down at him as life begins to flicker out of his eyes. Her gaze was neutral as if she had only killed an annoying mosquito. 

As this happens, the vampires watch with horror, all of them moving away from the child they once thought helpless. Thinking she would turn on them and force them to drink her black blood. 

The only ones near her are Alucard and Kaname. Alucard clapped excitedly from the brutal murder of one of his acquaintances.

“I’ll be the first to admit that Hellsing was a difficult bastard to kill. But he was oh so fascinating! He survived in areas where many humans would have perished, I had always seen him with many vampire bite wounds and yet the old dog was still human! You can imagine my surprise when I tore him to shreds and his blood almost killed me!” He says cheerfully, as if he were relaying fantastic news.

Once the vampire stops squirming and he lays limp on the floor, the little girl moves her hand. Placing pressure on the wound, her big eyes find Kaname, who stands there watching her stoically. He’s unafraid, challenging her to try to kill him. She takes small steps to himself. For a moment he can see a rage deeply hidden in her pretty e/c eyes, that is directed at him. 

“This is what I have found out so far if you would all so kindly listen:

They have immunity from our kind.  They cannot turn into level E vampires. They are also quite resilient against pureblood powers, that’s why I’m careful with this little one.” He grunts as he bends down to pick up the little girl. Effectively stopping her from killing Kaname. If he weren’t a Kuran, he would gladly watch her smother him in her blood. He just didn’t want to deal with the wrath of the Kurans. 

He dodges her chubby hand trying to force her blood onto his mouth, “this one also has a natural inclination to kill us! Isn't the Hellsing bloodline so fascinating?” He jokes around, bouncing the girl in his arms as if she were a harmless little baby. 

He fakes a motion of throwing her at the vampire crowd, in which they all scream and try to back away. 

Alucard lets out a cackle at their fear, deeply amused. 

“What's the matter? Scared of a little brat?” He coos, rubbing his gaunt cheek against her chubby one. She makes a motion to bite him in which he moves his head away, not paying her mind.

“I just wanted to let you all know that Hellsing’s devil spawn will be my apprentice. Anyone who tries to interfere with my plans will be answering to me.” 

With that he swivels around with the little girl in his arms. Kaname watches as they leave, the little girl glaring at all the vampires with rage. 

He could feel the bloodlust rolling off of her in large waves as she gave them all hateful looks. Wiping her bloodied hand onto Alucard’s jacket, her doe eyes find him staring at her. She sneers at him, flipping him off. 

He can’t help but let a little chuckle, like Alucard he too was amused of the little girl. 

He was interested to see her again.

You make your way towards the entrance that leads to the balcony, trailing behind Kaname, who encompasses the attention of all those below as he advances across the grey stone.  

He sits, lazily placing himself down on the chair in the centre of the balcony. His eyes briefly scan the ongoings of those below him with little interest, before they flick back to you, waiting anxiously behind the shield of the doors.

He offers you a smile, a sight saved only for you in his otherwise uncaring demeanour. It's the same comforting twitch of his lips that you've received all your life, and it gives you that bit of courage to step out into the eyes of so many.

It's nerve-wracking, being under the scrutinising gazes of so many who judge you, who envy you, whose primal desires to kill spark as they stare at you, held back only by the man before you, and the unspoken claim he holds over you.

"Y/N," he calls, beckoning you with two, long fingers from his seat, "sit here." He looks at you, expectantly, and you almost stumble as you rush to follow his demands with a dumb, instinctual submission that brings an amused smile to his lips.

The seat is more a love seat than anything else, but the design is a little different, thinner on one end, so that you only have a little room to sit comfortably, but you move nervously to perch on the edge, nonetheless.

You turn with a start at the sudden touch of a hand on your waist, to see Kaname looking at you with a slight frown. You speak, rushed.

"Should I move to the other-"

"No," he's quick to silence you, "sit here." His legs open a little wider, and he pats one hand down on his thigh.

You can't stifle the little gasp you let out, turning your head quickly to the crowd in the hopes that nobody is watching. But Kaname is a Pureblood vampire, after all, and all attention naturally falls to him, and his date for the evening.

You move to sit on his lap, hesitantly. You sit down gingerly, worrying that you're too heavy or that you'll make him uncomfortable, but a strong arm wraps around your waist, pulling you into his chest and onto his lap, trapping your body against his own.

"Don't be afraid, Y/N," goosebumps prickle on your skin at the sound of his voice beside your ear, carrying a teasing tone, "you won't hurt me." His other hand reaches beneath the slit of your dress, a finger dragging shamelessly down the skin of your thigh.

"Look who's here." Kaname whispers, gently turning your chin so that your eyes fall onto a familiar head of white hair, separate from the rest. Lavender eyes stare up at you with a dark glare.

"Zero-"

Kaname's mouth attaches to your neck, sucking lightly at the soft skin, and all breath and words are stolen from your body. You fall silent and still in his grasp, a warmth spreading through your body at the contact of his lips on your skin. But your eyes are still open, and your heart aches with guilt the moment that you see Zero's mouth curl in disgust, eyes narrowing at the sight of you, so pliant in Kaname's arms.

He's furious.

"K-Kaname, don't-" You protest, lightly trying to push him away as the heat of Zero's stare burns into your skin. You try to convince him, not daring to look at Zero anymore. "E-everyone's staring!"

There's a sharp nip to your skin, and you can feel the warm trickle of blood as it travels down your neck, leaving a dark stain. It's almost as if the collective body of vampire's holt for just a second, and you have no doubt now that everyone's attention is on that singular drop of red trailing down your neck. But then it's gone with a long, slow drag of Kaname's tongue against your skin.

"Let them stare, you're mine after all."

The moon hung high over Cross Academy, casting a cold, silvery glow over the silent grounds. For most Day Class students, the night meant sleep and peace—but for her, it was the beginning of duty, mystery, and danger.

The memory of the crimson rose left outside her dorm room lingered. Its petals had been soaked in vivid red, accompanied by a chilling message scrawled on a slip of paper: “You belong to the night.”

“I know that,” she shot back, annoyed by his perpetual grimness.

Silence stretched between them as they moved toward the Moon Dormitory, where the Night Class waited in orderly silence. At their center stood Kaname Kuran, elegant and commanding as ever. His crimson gaze locked onto hers, unreadable yet heavy with meaning.

Her breath hitched, but she refused to look away. Beside her, Zero tensed visibly, fingers twitching near the grip of his gun.

“Kuran,” Zero greeted coldly. “Move along.”

Kaname’s smile was faint but laced with amusement. “Always so protective, Kiryu. You should relax—trust that she can handle herself.”

Zero bristled, stepping forward. “Stay out of her business.”

Kaname ignored him, his attention still fixed on her. “Be careful tonight,” he warned, voice low and smooth. “Not everything in the dark is as it seems.”

Her pulse quickened, the rose’s message flashing in her mind. Yet she forced her voice steady. “We can handle it, Kaname.”

His gaze lingered a moment longer before he signaled the Night Class students to proceed into the building.

The patrol concluded without incident, but tension hung heavy as she returned to her dorm. The rose lay untouched on her desk, its vivid petals stark against the pale wood. The folded note lay beneath it, silent yet imposing.

A sharp knock at the door interrupted her thoughts.

She opened it to find Zero, his expression dark and unreadable as he stepped inside without waiting for an invitation.

“We need to talk,” he said flatly.

Her brow furrowed. “About Kaname again?”

His lips pressed into a thin line. “Not just him. You—”

His words cut off abruptly when his gaze landed on the desk. His eyes narrowed dangerously as he stalked toward it, picking up the rose and note. “What the hell is this?”

Her heart skipped a beat. “It’s nothing—just a prank or something.”

Zero’s grip tightened on the rose, his knuckles white. “This isn’t just a prank. Who gave it to you?” His voice was low but furious. “Was it Kaname?”

“I don’t know!” she snapped. “I found it outside my door.”

His eyes blazed. “You should’ve told me about this.”

“Why? So you could overreact like this?”

Zero’s jaw clenched. “This isn’t a game. Whoever left this note is trying to get inside your head—and I won’t let that happen.”

She crossed her arms, frustration mounting. “I can handle myself, Zero.”

“Can you?” he shot back, stepping closer. “Because from where I’m standing, you’re caught in something dangerous, and you don’t even realize it.”

Their breaths mingled in the charged air, but the intensity in Zero’s gaze never wavered. “I won’t let anyone hurt you,” he vowed softly, his voice filled with raw determination.

Sayori didn't have the heart to tell her that Yuuki was never even in the race, seeing how Kaname looked at (name) the few times that she saw them... That was a love that could never be faked. "I-I just have to show him that I'm good enough! That I can be a capable wife!"

Sayori didn't say anything but let her continue until the morning bells rang, halting the girls ranting.

(Name) Politely chatted with Aido, not sitting to close to the Alpha and primarily letting the Alpha chat away while Kaname spoke with the teacher,(name) liked Aido as the blond treated him like a genuine friend which was something (name) didn't have much of due to his status. "Thankfully the day students are less crazy in the mornings since they're tired and have to be in class!" Aido cheered and (name) nodded, finding the evening switch to be quite intense and the Omega frankly didn't know what to do with so many people fawning over him.

"(Name)" Kaname called out to his mate, (name) politely saying his goodbyes to Aido before promptly walking to Kaname with an obedience that made the Alpha let out a soft rumble, happy (name) was being good for him; mostly due to the fact (name) wasn't Hungry.

"Are you ready to leave?" Kaname) asked in a whisper, kissing his mates temple and (name) closed his eyes before nodding, exhaustion hitting him in slow moving waves.

The night class never spoke about the fact Kaname and (name) shared a bed, it kept (name)s instincts at bay and calmed him considerably... None of them wanted to deal with him when he was even slightly feral.

"Then let's get to bed ,yes?"

"So why is (name) treated the way he is?" Zero asked his adoptive father who sighed "Zero, do you know what a feral Omega is like?" He asked the young alpha calmly, the white haired teen thought for a moment before answering "they're strong, they run in instincts and they could take down an alpha if their instincts were on high Enough alert"

"Good you pay attention in class, now take all that and put that into a vampire who struggles with reality because they're a seer and the only person who can keep them calm is a busy alpha vampire trying to keep his sibling from putting the seer Omega into a spiral" cross was rarely this serious, staring at the other calmly and Yagari blew smoke from his cigarette "(name) is incredibly dangerous but he is incredibly vital, him being here and monitored by not just the night class will keep him and everyone safe"

Zero thought about his mentor and adoptive father's words "but why keep him alive if he's so dangerous?"

"(Name) Can see the future and can predict danger with terrifying accuracy, keeping him on our side is detrimental especially as the vampire royalty has made a treaty with the hunters!" cross smiled at the teen, wanting to calm him down a bit "so, as long as he's with Kaname or calm we shouldn't have problems"

"He must be a monster" zero spat, frustrated at the Omega being treated with such a level of superiority and cross sighed before looking out the window to see (name) walking with the night class "the thing is... Hes innocent, hes... He's just terrified and why wouldn't he? Would you not be terrified if you knew what everyones intentions were towards you? To detect ones emotions and know just how powerful one could be?"

He could feet the rage, the resentment and the pure acidity of jealously radiate off his sister in law, the two locking eyes and flashes of her intentions and outcomes in the future flickering in this head before it locked onto Kaname protecting him from a rod.

He felt pity for her, he knew how vampiric traditions worked and he knew typically if it was possible, she would be with Kaname but (name) outranked her due to his omegan status...

He couldn't help but feel pity for her, breaking eye contact to continue walking to the night dorms while Kaname walked a bit behind, eyeing his sister with caution and trying to figure out what her next steps were.

Yuuki glared at (name), hands shaking and she hated that she couldn't smell his pharamones due to being a beta, (name) on the other hand smelling the anger radiating off her and scrunched his nose at the smell though to Yuuki it was seen as him looking at her with disgust.

And that's all she needed, pulling out her weapon to strike him down.

She ran full speed at (name) and jumped to strike him, (name) quickly turning and stepping away and letting Kaname step before him and block her attack. Yuuki was stunned at her brother, anger flooding her body and tears filled her eyes.

"That is enough!" Kanames voice bellowed through the courtyard, causing Yuuki to shrink back at the sound and (name) to fidget, a soft whine escaping his lips. "Yuuki, you were raised better than this" his voice firm and the girl glared at her brother teary eyed "you are old enough to keep your emotions in check, these childish tantrums are unbecoming and frankling pathetic, get your act together because no one cares to entertain these delusions!" Kaname would not tolerate his sister's blatant attack and if it weren't for the dwindling numbers of pure bloods, he would have struck her down where she stood.

He loved his sister deeply but this had to end.

"Whats going on?" Cross spoke hurriedly while Yagari and Zero followed behind, trying to assess the situation "Yuuki attacked (name), well attempted!" Aido called out and Ichigo checked in on said Omega who was mumbling things with his eyes closed much to the concern of everyone but Yuuki who was confused and a bit unsettled by the Omega "Kaname, take (name) back to the dorms will you?" Cross had to have a conversation with the youngest kuran-cross.

Kaname held (name) close, walking him briskly to the dorms while (name) whispered things that only Kaname could hear "her hearts made of fire and Brimstone.... Her impatience will cause her to fall from the tree..." (Name)s words barely made sense but Kaname put it together enough to know a problem when he seen one. "Let's rest now, love" he ushered him up to their room where (name) looked at kanames hand and the burn mark from the weapon "her fire burned you, my love" (name)s voice grew colder, the polite tone in his voice vanishing and at that moment Yuuki Kuran was an enemy to (name).

Kaname knew it was only a matter of time before (name)s instincts caused him to lash out, he would need to satisfy the omegas base instincts to settle him before (name) caused problems for the Alpha.

Oh the double edged sword of having a hopelessly in love mate...

"None of this..." Kaname scolded (name) lovingly and pulled him into a kiss, trying to distract him from the rage that was filling the others being "behave for your alpha" (name) enjoyed the kisses, his rage subsided to soak in the attention the other was giving him "but--"

"Shh" Kaname bit his own lip, blood staining the alphas bottom lip and immediately captivating (name) who wanted a taste.

And falling for Kanames tricks like an obedient dog.

But Kaname knew (name) wouldn't forget such insolence from Yuuki, he knew the Omega had cards up his sleeves that he had yet to share with his alpha, did he know of the attack? It would explain the step back...

He would have to gently interrogate (name) once the other calmed down, knowing if he didn't get this in check that Kaname would be an only child.

Cross remembered when he first met (name), the tragedy of someone so sweet slowly go mad due to the powers gifted to them from generations before, it was slight things that he noticed with (name), the mood swings and jumping from fully lucid and passive to existing in almost a dreamlike existence.

And now Yuuki made an enemy of (name), an Omega who was trying to find the fox in his henhouse but not knowing he was his own fox.

For Yuukis own safety, he had to put her under house arrest, he knew this was just teen jealously and she would realize what she did but till then, (name) was to be kept far away from her.

Which was something that made them pause.

Takuma realizes he's seeing less of you and knows Kiryu probably had something to do with it. At first, he thinks it's for the best, but then he really starts to miss you

So, he ends up leaving the dorms during the day/earlier than usual, just so that he can find and talk to you

The terrified vampire lets out a screech as it clenched its fingers to its bleeding shirt. The blood flows through his sharp fingers, escaping his cold body in streams. It takes a diminishing breaths that start to disappear into the cold air.

It’s wide eyes search for the perpetrator but it only sees a glance of h/c locks before it collapses on the floor. He takes his last breaths, as his red eyes take in the sight of his deceased comrades. They were a big pack of rogue vampires that broke away from the vampires trying to peacefully coexist with humans. They traveled together with the intent of hunting down prey. They had been lured by a sweet smell coming from an abandoned house.

They couldn’t even step near the front door before the bullets started raining down on them.

What kind of foul monster could over power a horde of them?

“Alright there goes forty-five.” A tired young voice murmurs out. Peaking out her head for anymore vampires to get her, the eight year old scans the area. From the rooftop, the dead corpses of vampires lay on the ground, staining the once pure snow a crimson red.

Wiping some sweat from her forehead, she calms her breathe. Digging into her coat for more bullets to reload her sniper gun, Y/N almost jumps ten feet in the air when she hears an amused chuckle behind her.

Turning around and she doesn’t hesitate to aim her gun and shoot it.

Only she doesn’t feel the gun in her ands anymore.

“Didn’t anyone ever tell you that guns aren’t toys, little girl?”

Standing in front of her is the most intimidating vampire she had ever encountered in her short life.

He towered over her tiny form, his deep red coat a stark contrast from the bleak rotten bricks of the roof. Long black hair framing a porcelain pale face. Smooth skin that looked unblemished and pure. If not for the blazing red eyes of the man, she would have mistaken him for a human.

A pure blood vampire, one that her father had told her to never fight against for she was unprepared. He had promised her that he would teach her how to fight against them as she grew older. It was a shame that her father had been murdered by a pure blood vampire. If she had known he would not come back from his latest mission, she would have savored her last moments with him.

Biting her cheek from letting out a terrified whimper, she keeps a straight face as her hand inches towards one of the knives strapped to her leg. Hoping that he doesn’t notice her movement.

Unfortunately for her, his feline eyes catch everything.

“My, the collection of toys you have astounds me.”

When her little fingers brush against the knife, a large clawed hand grabs onto her wrist and pulls her off the ground.

Going into a survival mood, the little girl thrashes around like scared prey as she dangles from the large arm.

“Pray tell.” The mysterious man draws out, “you wouldn’t be the daughter of Hellsing would you?”

At the mention of her father, the terrified e/c eyes morph into fury, “what do you know?!”

The man rolls his eyes in exasperation, “I should have thought so, those annoying anger issues are family trade after all.”

Shifting his grasp on her to his other hand, he grabs her by the hood of her puffy coat. He lifts her up until she comes face to face with her. With the widest grin he can muster, his red eyes light up with sadistic glee.

“Little girl, I killed your father.”

Kaname loves you entirely. You belong to him. But you must understand, those women are unavoidable for a vampire of such high status as himself. 

The Day Class students can't be helped; he remains courteous with them, as always, but he keeps an unbreakable distance in his demeanour as he converses with them. His etiquette is common decency, nothing more. He refuses their hand-made gifts, returns their love letters and only politely thanks them for their infatuated compliments.

The Night Class is to be expected, he is a Pureblood, after all. It’s instinct for a Vampire, no matter their rank, to feel a sense of adoration for the select few whose power runs greater than the rest. Aido’s grovelling and Ruka’s defensiveness are instinct, natural. 

Truthfully, he thought his adoration for you was clear. For years he has told you that he cares for you, so softly expressing his heavily guarded emotions. It was your gift he accepted the day of St. Xocolatl’s Day, your hand he held as he lifted you from the ground

You're a weakness to him, no doubt. The Night Class students recognise it. Kiryuu seethes in envy when he sees it. Even the Day Class students protest, with jealous complaints. So why don't you?

"Y/N, a ball is being held this evening in honour of it being Ichijo’s birthday. I'm in need of a date, would you care to join me?"

He brings the topic up as you scour through the bookshelves in his room, looking for one of the many you remember him lending you as a child. Your movements stop as you pause, turning to face him. Your expression is torn.

"Oh..." you hesitate, a nervous look on your face. Kaname watches you think for a second with growing displeasure, heightened only when you say, "I'm not sure, Kaname, I have to patrol this evening and-”

It's rare for Kaname to feel exasperated with you, but it's not at you that his irritation is aimed, it's the way you're acting. Why do you suddenly feel the need to distance yourself from him? Surely he's done nothing but made it clear how he feels about you?

"Y/N, I assure you that you’re permitted a single day of rest. I’m sure the Headmaster would have no complaints of you taking a night to relax. There's nobody else I'd rather have by my side."

Your eyes widen a little at his words, and he urges you to clasp onto them, to ignore the voice in your head telling you that you're not good enough.

You gulp, still unsure. "Oh, o-ok", you nod.

Later that day, you’re in your bedroom, changing into the dress Kaname had gifted you moments ago. He waits patiently outside as you slip into the fabric, adjusting your hair. 

You step forward, gingerly, making your way over to the mirror. Your reflection stares back at you, dolled up in such a beautiful dress, no doubt staggeringly expensive. The colour is just right, it compliments your skin and it fits perfectly, hugging your body. You look pretty, you truly do, but is it enough?

You’re too lost in the details of the gift to notice the door to your room opening, ever so quietly. Kaname steps into the room in silence, watching from behind. He notices the way you frown at your reflection, pulling and adjusting the dress to little satisfaction as you try to make yourself feel better. But you can't. 

You look up when you feel Kaname's chest against your back. His lips are curved up into a gentle smile, and they come down to rest softly on the side of your neck, planting soft kisses up to the bottom of your ear. 

"You look beautiful, Y/N." You turn back to look at your reflection as his hand snaking around your waist. "You're perfect," he places a soft kiss on your head, "I've never loved anyone more."
