Elesa and Emmet are peak vampire-werewolf frenemies (more friend than enemy but still) with poor Ingo having to mediate between them when they bicker like Elesa complaining about being hungry and Ingo's like "if you're uncomfortable I'm always happy to assist--" Only for Emmet to snarl like "NO MINE" bc if Emmet can't bite at Ingo as a werewolf because of the risk of turning him, why does ELESA get to and while Elesa would never actually risk Ingo like that she likes digging Ingo's grave a little deeper by teasing the idea just to rile Emmet up more.

I can't get it out of my head now and I just thought I'd share with you since I've seen you have some fun AU ideas and I thought it might make you laugh ^^;

Okay, this is the same reason I haven't worked on some of my fics LOL. It's so hard to get to the part I want to write! To be honest, I've started just skipping ahead and writing the scenes I'm excited for and then going back to fill in the gaps.

Oh, there's so much fun stuff you can do with that set up! Them both being supernatural while Ingo is most likely human is really fun... They could be protective of him! He's not a delicate flower by any means but he's human and they're not so sometimes their assessments of the danger he's in are a little skewed. Especially Emmet who is trying to be a guard dog.

Poor Ingo, he's gonna get in trouble! Emmet being a jealous pup is so, so good. I really like Ingo just trying to be a good friend and accidentally setting off Emmet and then Elesa teasing them both. Maybe she brings up the whole trope of vampire bites being Sexy to tease Ingo (who is mortified and hiding behind his hat) and rile up Emmet even more. She's like 'you've been reading too much supernatural romance, Ingo!' and to everyones surprise he goes 'how did you know??' ... He's caught with the omegaverse books, red-handed.

Since his transformation, he's been trying to figure out what he can and can't do. Go out in sunlight? Absolute no-go. Drink blood? Disgustingly satisfying, but yes. Drink from Ingo again? He'll likely try and defend himself from another frenzy.

Speaking of, Emmet will sometimes forget to eat for weeks on end and eventually goes into frenzies. Ingo had been attacked more than his fair share and Emmet regrets hurting him every time. They're both working on averting this.

Once he's drunk from someone, he'll be able to feel their heart beating as if it were his. The first time he drunk from Ingo, he was excited to feel it pumping again. Only to find out at the hospital that no, in fact, he didn't miraculously become human again.
