Left hand path
The left hand path is the deconstruction of our beliefs & habits & also the reprogramming of our conditioning
Purifying the mind
to be a clear mirror for the true reality to shine +
With a mind cleared of muck the mind is a powerful instrument- with which to participate in the creative process, through imagination & vision, & the power of image-making- we participate in dreaming & conjuring the world, 'with' the Goddess Maya
We don't live reactively or mechanically
In other words we are conscious of the impact of our decisions & actions in the world,
We are free of the illusion of Maya

1. Ganapathyam
Lord ganapathi- #ganapathi is mentioned as bramhanaspathi in vedas , which means lord of bramhans or lord of supreme deities and this is the major point of ganapathyam, the Vedic sect of ganapathi /ganesha worship , which showcases ganesha a the supreme deity of other supreme deities like shiva of shaiva, Vishnu of vaishnava, shakthi of shaktha and surya of saura , though on that point every sect declares their deity as the ultimate supreme deity , which shows the core of sanatana Vedic spirituality , that you can choose which form of the supreme you choose to worship as supreme , whereas everything is one ultimate bramhan, and to show that nirguna formless Brahman attributes in sagun form ganesha is a best example , his elephant face represents the seed syllable pranavam, the ultimate cosmic sound , his big belly represents the entire cosmos , his weapons the goad represent cutting out the external material connections of a devotee and his noose represents controlling the beings of universes and he is ganadhipathi , lord of all groups from Devas to microbes every species of cosmos and the broken tusk represents wisdom and sacrifices and the modhakas the anugraham or grace he bestows , in total he is epitome of purnathva fulfilment of athma tattva and he is the eternal bliss and ultimate goal , he is a deity who is worshipped by all cultures and sects of all kind , even out of indian sub continent, he has thousands of forms in ganapathyam , but major sets are 16 and 32 forms , he is adhi poojya in all poojas and ceremonies , I made him in Marathi style as ganapathyam paramoara is popular and well sustained mostly in Maharashtra , like ashtavinayak, mudhgala rishi marga and many ganapathyam mutts are there ,he is ganadhipathi in shaivam , he is gauri putra and has a special form for each form of #Devi Vidya In shakthi upasana, he is muladhara adipathi in samayachara, he is ucchishta ganapathi in uchishta Vidya and especially in srividya and matangi vidyas too and many other forms in vamamarga, he is vishwaksena in Sri vaishnavam, and always vighnahartha and sukhkartha for his devotees , everyone’s favourite cute gannu . The swanandha loka nayaka siddhi bhuddi sametha Sri #ganesha 🙏

During the process of coming into one's own, the highest goal is seen as a small version of Sakti, the goddess of feminine power, linked to Kundalini's awakening. Tantric practitioners connect Sakti's power to Cosmic Consciousness because she shows how male and female ideals can exist together.
Tantra-asanas, also called "sexo-yogic postures," has become a powerful set of mental and physical practices requiring the same discipline as meditation to bring about this realization. The Kundalini Sakti can be awakened through the practice of tantra-yoga-asanas. This is in line with the teachings of tantra, which say, "One must rise by that by which one may fall." On the biological level, the fusion of polarities is called the sexual union of asana. As is often and wrongly said, this is not the same as having a "sexual encounter."
Having sex has always been linked to having children or feeling very satisfied with one's body. Tantrikas, on the other hand, knew that sexual energy had a huge amount of potential and was able to use tantra-asanas to change sexual energy and set it free on a level of cosmic awareness. People think that sexual activity is inherently divine and a source of vital energy that can hugely affect a person's physiopsychic state, which then affects a higher level of the universe.
Tantra is a spiritual practice that tells a man and a woman how to behave in a way that turns their sexual union into the spiritual union of Siva and Shakti. Dakshinamarga, also called the "right-hand path," and Vamamarga, also called the "left-hand path," are two of the most important tantric practices that can be done to awaken Kundalini. People who follow the left-hand path use Pancha-Makara, which is a term for five ritual ingredients that start with the letter M. These are madya, which is wine, mamsa, which is meat; matsya, which is fish; mudra, which is dried cereal, and maithuna, which is sexual union. Chakra-puja is the name for the ritual of a group of people getting sexually intimate in a circle. The central idea of the left-hand path is that we can't make spiritual progress by denying or avoiding our desires and passions. Instead, we need to change those things that cause us to fall as a way to become free. This is the basic idea that the left-hand path is based on.
Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, the flow of Kundalini Sakti, which normally moves downward, can be made to move in the opposite direction. This brings it together with Siva, or Cosmic Consciousness, in the end. To reach this goal, the body's physiological functions also gradually change.
Tantra-asana is an exercise that must be done with someone of the opposite gender. People think that the female participant reflects Sakti, the dynamic female principle that underlies everything in the universe. The "devout woman" is the perfect example of what it means always to be a woman. With the help of a guru, a place is chosen for the ritual, and the best time of day and hour are figured out before it starts. The best way to get started is to get initiation from a Bhairavi (female guru). Tantrikas put a lot of emphasis on the fact that rituals must be done in places far away from other people and free of noise and pollution. Rituals like bathing, dressing, worshiping, giving flowers and other ritual items, and doing rites like Nyasa and bhuta-sudhi, which involve cleaning the body and the elements, are done to set the right mood. In vamachara, which is also called left-hand practice, the instructions are taken literally, while in dakshinachara, which is also called right-hand practice, they are taken symbolically.
During the Pancha-Makara rite, the unclothed female deity worshipped is no longer seen as a person. Instead, she is seen as the goddess Sakti, representing the most basic parts of the universe. ' The transmission of divine power is not something that happens in a separate realm from the real world. Instead, it is something that can be learned through experience. The man and the woman are both playing parts in a play following the letter. In this discussion, there is no room for abstract ideas. Instead, there is a constant reference to a real human condition. Their thoughts and feelings move in sync with each other when they talk. So, the fact that a woman can turn into a goddess is a very special insight into the real world. This is because a woman's change into a goddess can't be seen, felt, or understood in any way other than what it is.
"The man and the woman meet themselves in each other, and by doing so, they can connect with their inner selves in a fuller way." This ongoing activity of "seeing" into each other through the different ritual acts leading up to sexo-yogic asana throws the group into anonymity so they can accept the common goal. Sexo-yogic asana. Ritual projection gives divinity to the adepts, which continues until both males. Female adepts, who represent the rational principles, reach an existential awareness of unity that is like the circle symbol. For more information you can search for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh.

Varahi ( ବାରାହୀ ) is worshipped by three practices of Hinduism: Shaivism (devotees of Shiva), Vaishnavism (devotees of Vishnu), and especially Shaktism (goddess worship). She is usually worshipped at night, using secretive Vamamarga Tantric ( ବାମମାର୍ଗୀ ତନ୍ତ୍ର ) practices. The Buddhist goddesses Vajravārāhī and Marichi have their origins from the Hindu goddess Varahi. #durgapuja #matruka https://puriwaves.nirmalya.in/rathayatra/mother-barahi-parswa-debi-of-chariot-darpadalana-om-hreem-varahi-hari-om https://www.instagram.com/p/CVAZGJ-hfAz/?utm_medium=tumblr

Hi! I was hoping I could pick your brain/get recs. I'm trying to put together a class about the Left-Hand Path vs. Right-Hand Path that dispels the myth that LHP is solely "black magic" or an excuse to treat other people badly--I'm hoping to focus on philosophy and history of both movements. Any suggestions or thoughts? (Public answer ok!)
It’s a longish answer, but I’ll condense it somewhat and get you some links at the end.
2,500 Years In A Handful Of Sentences
The use of the directions “left” and “right” stem from Indian Tantra, where two paths are available to practitioners - vamamarga and dakshinamarga, respectively. When Helena P Blavatsky brought Eastern religions to the West in the form of Theosophy and Westernised them, a process which I assume involved boiling them for thirty minutes and straining them through cloth, she proclaimed Theosophy as one of the Right Hand Path philosophies, and encouraged her followers to reject Left Hand Path philosophies who practiced Black Magic - which, for her, meant Sex Magic.
Basically, Tantra.
So Crowley came upon the scene, and later on Anton Szandor LaVey, and they realised that there was a huge untapped market and seized the opportunity. Thelema came into the world, and later LaVey’s Satanism in the Sixties. To those strands, you can add that vibrant mess of weirdness you would call Chaos Magic, which began in the UK; and Luciferianism, which has no connections with Satanism whatsoever. Plus also, you can still find practitioners of Tantra.
Power Versus Trappings
The one lesson that is laid out before everybody who follows any Path, Left or Right, is both the simplest and the most easily-ignored lesson, and it’s summarised like this.
Just because you have a mop and bucket, and you’re swabbing the floor, it doesn’t make you the janitor.
People can easily get confused by the trappings, thinking that maybe they can acquire the power by accumulating Stuff - holy water, crucifixes, malla beads - and filling their ritual spaces with all the beads and rattles money can buy, so New Agers fill their living rooms with glittering crystals and Polynesian kids’ choruses and whale music, wear yellow to heal the chakras, and push around the choking clouds of sage smoke with an owl feather. And they still wonder why, despite their devotion to The Space Brotherhood, they somehow still can’t get laid.
The map is not the territory. The trappings of the LHP - the Eliphas Levi Baphomet posters, the black candles, the cheesy Death Metal screaming out of your laptop - the power is not in there.
The power is you.
Left Hand Path Or Garden Path?
“If you are drawn to the left hand path, it's usually because you've had some kind of life experience that has shocked you, awakened you.” ― Nikolas Schreck
You can never be forced into joining the Left Hand Path. The doorway is always, always open, to everyone: but no great clawed hand lurks within, to reach out and draw in the unsuspecting like a trap door spider.
The only way to enter the LHP is of your own accord. Freely, of your own free will, and with your eyes (and mind) wide open. Most, if not all, people start down the LHP through some personal revelation about their place in the world. That revelation is always something shocking; something profound; something that leaves you floundering, casting about for answers; and there is no Right Hand Path religion, group or organisation that can ever answer your questions to your satisfaction. The best they can offer is “The Answers Are With Us, If You Join Us,” but as the LHP candidate discovers, the “answer” they offer is no answer at all, but simply “stop asking questions.”
Basically, the LHP focuses on the self - self-development; self-actualisation; self-realisation. The RHP focuses on herd identity; and whichever RHP group you belong to, you identify as a member of that group, conforming to its tenets and accepting its collective reality.
In the LHP, the only reality is objective. It’s what is in front of you.
Choices and Consequences
To the RHP, the practitioner has no choice, which is nice, because it allows you to be a jerk, safe in the knowledge that the group has absolved you of your jerkish behaviour and all you have to do to gain atonement is to kneel on Sunday and eat a cracker.
With the LHP, it’s just you, your choices, your consequences. You have what is before you, and what is behind you, and what is within you. And with that power, that freedom, you have obligations to those people who are still in your life: an obligation to be kind to them, because no matter how well or badly they treat you, they are just as temporary as you are.
Paths
The most frequently-encountered Left Hand Paths are as follows:-
- Tantra: Eastern religion, based around a blending of Buddhism, Hinduism and Taoism. Elements of qi gong and spiritual perfection through bodily perfection. Stereotype: Sting and Trudy Styles having carefully-managed orgasms that go on for eighteen hours at a time. Still can’t figure out where the lute playing comes into it.
- Thelema: Aleister Crowley’s Great Experiment. "Do What Thou Wilt Shall Be The Whole Of The Law.” If you believe the Daily Mail, Thelema is Satan worship, orgies, drugs and girls being sacrificed to Baphomet with wavy-bladed daggers. Basically Mocata, the bad guy in The Devil Rides Out, played by Charles Grey. Also, M R James’ bad guy Karswell in Casting The Runes (or the movie Night of The Demon), and Somerset Maugham’s bad guy Oliver Haddo in his novel The Magician.
And if you thought that that was all that Thelema was, you couldn’t be more wrong.
Thelema is about exploring personal freedom, and understanding that we all have our own choices to make in our struggles for understanding our place in the world. It’s more like IDIC these days than anything.
- Satanism: Anton Szandor LaVey’s Great Experiment, born of the Sixties. So if Thelema doesn’t have the naked people running around as Baphomet looks on, how about this lot? Well ...
- Luciferianism: This Path is definitely not Satanism. Lucifer is viewed as a great Liberator, and breaker of chains. Like LaVeyan Satanism, Luciferianism has certain principles which followers accept and strive to uphold.
- Chaos Magic: The Great British contribution to the Left Hand Path, invented in the 1970s by Ray Sherwin and Peter J Carroll. Many books have been written about CM, but the base philosophy of Chaos Magic is that belief is a tool, just like everything else. How To Do Chaos Magic ... Sort Of
- Discordianism: A LHP cult based around the worship of the Greek Goddess Eris, also known as Discordia. One of a pantheon of Trickster deities, this cult was born in 1959 in a bowling alley in California, where its founders, Greg Hill and Kerry Thornley, discovered why there was so much madness in the world, and published a book, Principia Discordia, which established that rules are just social conventions which can be written and rewritten, followed and broken, in an arbitrary and utterly chaotic universe. Discordians believe that even if both sides disagree, both can be right in some sense wrong in some sense, and utterly irrelevant in some sense. It all depends on what sense you are using.
- Lokeanism: Loki, that charming, good-for-nothing Norse deity with his rangy looks and flaming red hair is acquiring quite the fan club nowadays. Depicted as youthful and beardless (unlike the other Norse gods and goddesses) Loki is a savage sideswipe at the stuffiness of the RHP practices of Asatru.
- Trickster Worship: The world is stuffed full of Tricksters. Odin was one; so is Anansi, Loki, Discordia, “Bob” of the Cult of the SubGenius, and so on. There are no public shrines to Trickster; all worship is private, passionate, intense, and at times infuriating, hilarious, terrifying and utterly insane by any standards of polite society.
Power and Passion
The Right Hand Path religions all say more or less the same thing: In the herd, there is power. God exists, and submission allows God to bring His Power into the world through your prayers. But to an outsider, it looks like just a bunch of people subsuming their will to idols and relying on groupthink and the anonymity of the crowd. Any successes from RHP workings are the result of confirmation bias.
In contrast, the Left Hand Path maintains one thing as true: What power there is, it is where you find it. Your workings function because you focus your Will and Intent through the lens of your practice and allow the universe to respond by amending the natural probability of the desired outcome happening. The more powerful your Will and the greater the depth of your Gnosis (the state of mind you achieve during a working), the greater the likelihood of it occurring.
Because Gnosis requires a deep connection with the universe, the setup requires the expenditure of a lot of energy. Left Hand Path practices require deep passions, including sex magic - possibly the most powerful magical practice of them all, and not something that is claimed by any one LHP Path, but available to all.
Your Own Personal Baphomet
LHP practice is intensely personal. Nobody can judge your progress down the LHP. The best you can ask for is acknowledgement by other practitioners that you have reached any given stage of personal development. Recognition; not subservience. Hierarchical structures are a RHP trick, and when LHP practitioners set up in a group the hierarchy is only ever intended as a temporary convenience.
Love Thy Neighbour
If you are a solitary Left Hand Path practitioner in a whole community of RHPers, it pays to be nice to your neighbours but keep your mouth shut about your own religious practice. If you’re a part of a LHP group, you’re a representative of that group and it pays to exemplify kind behaviour while in public. For example, many Satanists have been seen extending aid to lone Muslims on public transport who have been targeted by white supremacists.
Conclusions?
Every branch of the Left Hand Path has its own flavour, its own theories, its own version of an LHP philosophy - but ultimately, the Left Hand Path is about the self. It is about seizing the initiative and finding out one’s own answers to the Great Questions, and rejecting the Right Hand Path’s sanitised, whitewashed opiate of the masses in favour of a very personal, unsanctioned quest for one’s very own custom Ultimate Meanings. You not only have to find your own answers. You have to realise that nobody else has the answers, because they don’t even know what the answers are for themselves, let alone your answers.
The Left Hand Path is Choice. It is Heresy. It can lead you to, and through, Darkness and Fear; but understand that these are just the pains of letting go of all that was safe and comforting to you as a child, and which it is no longer appropriate to hang on to. Past the Darkness, past the Fear, you will find - or create - your own answers, just as Ray Sherwin and Peter Carroll, Greg Hill and Kerry Thornley, Madam Blavatsky and Crowley and LaVey did.
And who knows? If might indeed involve running around naked, howling at a Baphomet statue while covered in blood, after all.

Leaving Father's house
To stand in your own knowing, in the light of Wisdom, that is Sophia, is that step to bring liberation into the everyday world of bodies, people, community & the land.
When we say there is a right or left or father or mother way, it simply is that through different forms or persons as expressions, Self, plays a slightly different note through that instrument, but the message is not different.
It has always in this creation been Mother's task to kneel with the people & children on the land, to dig & plant, to clean up the messes, to allow the tears of pain & suffering.
——————————————————————————
The right hand status quo masculine teaching brings clarity, stability & discipline— But after a while the feeling of something missing grows inside & the longing for the feminine Soul starts to surface— & she calls- when Mother calls, you have to follow her way

When he doesn’t get success after long practices he visits Buddha who had a vision of Tarapith being the perfect location to worship Maa Tara. On Buddha’s instructions Vashishtha came to Tarapith and worshipped the goddess by the left-handed Tantrik ritual utilizing the 5 forbidden things (Panchamakara). Maa Tara pleased with his devotion appeared before him in the form of the Divine Mother suckling Shiva to her breast and then turned to stone. Since then, the image of Maa Tara in her motherly incarnation suckling Lord Shiva is worshipped at Tarapith. The old temple of Goddess Tara is somewhat damaged. The present temple with eight roofs was built in 1225 by one Jagannath Ray of Mallarpur village. On the main gate of the temple the statue of Goddess Durga and her full family are carved. On the left, the war of Kurukshetra (Mahabharata) and on the right stories from Ramayana is depicted. Tarapith is also famous for Bamakhepa known as the ‘mad saint’, who is worshipped in the temple. He resided in the cremation grounds as a mendicant and practiced and perfected Yoga and the Tantric art under the guardianship of another famous saint known as the Kailashpathi Baba. Bama Khepa dedicated his entire life to the worship of mother Tara. His ashram is also located close to the temple. Unlike most Indian villages and towns, the smashan or cremation ground is not situated on the periphery of the village. As cremation grounds are seen to be polluting, most Indian smashans are located far from the center of town. Both the Tarapith mandir and smashan are very close (within 100 yards or so) to the center of the town. It is said that Tara Maa’s footprints are preserved in the smashan; this is a common theme in Hinduism, where deities or their especially holy followers are said to leave their footprints in rocks. Many Sadhus and Tantrikas live in the smashan, some with permanent huts as residences. The smashan is filled with dogs, traditionally polluting animals that were said to share food with the Vamamarga saint Bamakhepa, whose samādhi or tomb is located next door to the main Tarapith temple. #ShreeSubrata#astrologicalconsultancy#kaushikiamavasya#tarapith #MAATARA Dr.Shree Subrata, (মনোবিজ্ঞানী,জ্যোতিষ ও আধ্যাত্মিক পরামর্শদাতা) Ph.D. (PSYCHOTHERAPY), CCP (Children and Young People), University of Edinburgh, JYOTISH SHASTRI,JYOTISH VIDYABIBHUSHAN, VASTU BACHASPATI, Certificate Course on Bhagavad Gita, (ISKCON) Booking Number : 8697332855 Follow Me, • YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/c/SHREESUBRATAASTROLOGICALCONSULTANCY • Blog: https://ift.tt/2SFt933 • wordpress - https://ift.tt/2XAmWZU • Linkedin.com:https://ift.tt/2SDyR5o • Facebook.com:https://ift.tt/2XA6I2A • Twitter: https://twitter.com/SubrataShree Thanks for watching. It is an occult law moreover, that no man can rise superior to his individual failings without lifting, be it ever so little, the whole body of which he is an integral part. In the same way no one can sin, nor suffer the effects of sin, alone. In reality, there is no such thing as 'separateness' and the nearest approach to that selfish state which the laws of life permit is in the intent or motive.

Shiva's other name is Agoreshwar. Aghors spend time near burial grounds and meditate on death . Aghor means fearless as he has overcome the fear of death. Kaal or time is also symbolic of death. We have fixed breaths in this life. each breath we inhale takes us closer to death Aghor can also mean the ones who can see light in the darkness. For example Sādhanā in cremation grounds destroys fear; sexual practices with certain riders and controls help release one from sexual desire; being naked destroys shame etc. The want to transcend the dualties of opposites. There is no such thing as Immoral. These are ancient tantric practices from the vamamarga or left handed path. Bhudda who came from the pasuputa tradition of ancient shaivism also had an aghor guru. Bhuddism is a good place to start as it came from ancient shaivism and was simplified by bhudda for the common man to understand. aghors are in non puranic shaivism tradition, they come from ancient times and followers of guru dattatreya who is supposed to have lived around 6000 BC. Nagas or nanga sadhus of the juna akhara are also dattreyas followers but who later became disciples of shankaracharya in the 8th century and took to advaitha vedanta. Guru datta was an aghor, he was the avadhuta. The best place to meet aghors is Varanasi. Bhudda was there too. But aghors need not be sadhus or renunciates they can be grihastas too , doctors , engineers teachers etc. vipassana or insight meditation is a simple explanation of bhuddas aghor legacy. It is simple and easy, no mind numbing rituals necessary. It comes from the ancient pasupata culture of looking inside. Discover thy self. Look inside. || Jai Maha kaal || http://ift.tt/2ptzfGE

This world is known by consciousness & this world/Matter IS consciousness
Matter is our Mother; and we as consciousness are journeying through an experience of worldly materiality
To tend Matter is Creativity; to produce forms out of knowledge/ideas
But creativity (knowledge) has two feet, one is constructive & the other destructive
Once born from the matrix into existence in time a form also slowly decays
The creative collapse is a pendulum - a swing into differentiation/multiplicity and then the fall & return to Unity
The left foot stepping Kali is the journey of deconstruction of form - waking up from the world, in the world, through the world - through dissolution & absorption of form into the dark/black mother of homogeneity
Psychically & archetypally she is descent & dissent from (untrue) beliefs - the prison walls of our false self - our pretence in time - our pretend & put on show - she is therefore anti status quo
Collapsing the man made laws of self-interest that serve only few & individuals and not all & everyone as part of the web that is mankind

The left-hand path of heart // Is trangressive //Because it is not status quo // It is receptive // And responsive // From conscience // True knowing // The deepest voice // Therefore it does not please // It does not acquiesce or tiptoe // You have to rebel against outer voices to find yourself // To act from your knowing // To have fierce courage in the face of doubt // It is to break with manipulation and looking outward for guidance // Looking to lean on another // It is to become self-guided in the truest sense // Present // Whole // Full // Satisfied // To know how to become replenished from the well within
