idea for shields in Lesser Beast, kind of in a similar vein to how some weapons have "locked" Style or Gem slots: shields that primarily behave like actual weapons

as in like. "normal" shields block with L1 and L2 activates whatever its default Special Attack is (i.e. Parry, Shield Bash/Shield Throw, etc.), but on the flipside some shields have proper light/heavy attacks on L1/L2, with varying levels of block frames during attacks but with the main downside of "you can't sustain a block like with normal shields"

it'd allow for kind of like a more aggressive Valorheart setup, but not tied to a specific paired weapon. plus that way you could have a fully offensive dual shield loadout since right-handed shields already behave this way

Coolest Souls Boss Weapon Competition

Rules/Guidelines:

-There will be a first round, where the 112 weapons selected will participate in 14 free-for-alls, each with 8 weapons.

-Afterwards will start the bracket phase.

-The weapons with the most votes (no matter how small the difference with the runner-up) will go to the next round.

-This only includes weapons that you gain by fighting bosses (so, boss souls weapons, weapons actually dropped by the bosses, tail weapons, and in Bloodborne’s case, weapons that you can buy after getting a boss’ badge.

-Demon’s Souls weapons are not included, solely because I haven’t played the game. Don’t even mention Sekiro.

-I did not include shields or spells.

-You can do propaganda for whichever weapon you want, but don’t diss other weapons.

-I will not be doing propaganda, myself.
