((Hey look, Capcom explaining Valfalk Biology! Looks as if Valfalk has an "Air sac" close to its Lungs with intake Ports on its chest as well as in its throat. This is were I presume it would convert the Air into the energy we see it using to fly around, "exhaling" it through ports on its wings.))
