#v-ectomy

I mean if you don't think people need bottom surgery to be trans then why care about keeping the hole? Weren't you once complaining about some transmeds seeing you are not valid cause you use yours anyway? Or am I mistaking you for someone else? I get what you're saying though, this many people wanting to keep both is a bit sus. I just had my hysto but tbh idk where the hole even really is cause I don't go in there. If I saved money by not getting a v-nectomy I might just do it? idk what the benefit of removal is if I don't even notice I have a hole? Of course I wouldn't have a problem with getting it done if it comes with it though, as again, I never use it.
no, you're right, that was me. i use my natal genitalia at present because i love my fiance and he's not entirely comfortable with anal at present, though we are taking steps to make him (and me) more comfortable.
i truly dislike the idea that someone has to get bottom surgery to be "really trans" so don't get me wrong in that regard. i know not everyone can afford it, not everyone wants to risk it, etc. note: this is different from people who are happy with their natal genitalia. if you're simply indifferent to it, that's fine, but if you actively like it and wouldn't wake up with the opposite genitals tomorrow, then it's a biiiiit of a red flag to me.
i digress.
a lot of people don't get urethral lengthening, and that's fine. most of the time i see this, it's still with a v-ectomy just without going through the extra process and risks associated with ul. i totally get it. personally speaking, i'd never be comfortable with this, but not my circus, not my monkey.
now. regarding the v-ectomy in general.
i understand why people wouldn't want to mess with it... to an extent. generally speaking, a v-ectomy isn't an additional cost, but is rather included in the surgery listing for phalloplasty. every surgeon i've looked into has had this same process. ul is an extra, but not the point. to keep the v, it is very intentional when you very clearly have the option to get rid of something that - supposedly - you have enough dysphoria about that you're seeking the opposite genitals.
and i say opposite because the salmacian movement is just a body-modding community, not a trans-based one. if you do these things for body modding purposes, i will have no problem with that. just be honest with yourself and the people looking at your results that this isn't because of dysphoria, but because you wanted both sets of genitals to some extent.
i just hate seeing people on the sub saying things like, "i love my v, can i keep it and still have phallo?" and that stuff makes me very, very uncomfortable. i dissociate heavily to use my natal genitalia, but to see these people actively enjoy their natal genitals to the point where they flaunt them and want to keep them despite being given the option to get rid of it (for no extra cost, generally) makes me feel gross. it's an experience that most transmen don't relate to, but unfortunately, the sub isn't just for transmen and cismen who're getting phallo anymore.
generally, i don't care what someone does with their body. if they want both, go ahead, but maybe don't claim to be trans if you're fine keeping your natal genitalia when you have the option and ability to get rid of it.

Dear United States of America: You are currently using my 1985 novel The Handmaid’s Tale as the template for your own dystopia and are doing so without my authorization, thereby violating U.S. copyright law. Adopting one or two aspects of The Handmaid’s Tale to rebrand the American Dream would be considered “fair use,” but all of them? Honestly, America, I get a Google alert every time you rip off one of my ideas. My condo strata filed a noise complaint, and Hulu producers banned me from The Handmaid’s Tale season 5 set due to my phone’s incessant pinging. It took me 18 months to write this book and to develop the nightmare world of Gilead, so you’ll understand my dismay at seeing you plagiarize the following key scenarios. Restricting reproductive rights By overturning Roe v. Wade, you have adopted the central dystopian feature of The Handmaid’s Tale, namely, restricting the reproductive rights of women. Did you think I wouldn’t get wind of this? Fox News, Papa John’s app, and even Hobby Lobby’s newsletter all reported the ruling as though it was the brainchild of your Founding Fathers. America, I demand you acknowledge credit by renaming “reverse-vasectomies” as “Atwood-ectomies.” Jan. 6, 2021 coup attempt In The Handmaid’s Tale, the Sons of Jacob instigated a coup d’état against the U.S. government; and on Jan. 6, 2021, your president did the same. Initially, I was flattered that the mob’s red MAGA hats replicated the red of my handmaid’s habits. But when my lawyers informed me that “MAGA” doesn’t mean “Make America Gilead Again,” I felt duped. America, you need to acknowledge credit! At the very least I would have appreciated an invitation to shoot 18 at Mar-a-Lago or a suite at the Trump Hotel in New York City. Culture of surveillance I was sure that Gilead’s surveillance-as-a-form-of-control motif would scare the bejesus out of you. Yet in the past decade, your elected officials and tech-bros have monitored phone and internet records, personal credit histories, and period-tracking apps and I’ve yet to receive one handwritten thank-you card. When China dialed up their national surveillance efforts, they had the courtesy to acknowledge my work as their inspiration: every Christmas, President Xi Jinping sends me a gift basket of 1,000 steamed dumplings with an open invitation to join him on an electric scooter trip along the Great Wall. He’s probably trying to get in my pants, but at least he’s doing the work. Censorship This may sound catty for mentioning censorship here, as you’ve banned The Handmaid’s Tale in libraries and schools nearly as often as any other book, but censorship is yet another aspect of totalitarian Gilead you’ve purloined as your own. This parallel between your nation and my novel is there for anyone to see (assuming they attend a school whose library allows access to my book). Maybe just once, you could come up with your own f--ked-up strategies for social control. Until then, I demand a national bank holiday named in my honour, but don’t be cheeky and shove my day on Feb. 29. I want Thanksgiving replaced with National Margaret Atwood Gratitude Day. Breakdown of barriers between church and state In the Gilead of my novel, church and state are one, and that’s clearly a model you’re adopting for yourselves. In fact, your Supreme Court is going full-throttle and allowing Christians to fly flags with crosses at Boston City Hall, taxpayers in Maine to fund religious schools, and football coaches in Washington to lead Christian prayers on the field. Had I missed an email request, a Facebook message, or a Snapchat from you to adopt this theme? Even Saudi Arabia and Iran slid into my DMs with their copyright renewal requests. But from you? Nada! Baseline anxiety about everything You nailed this. To show goodwill, I’m giving you this one as a freebie. Conclusion With your $6-trillion annual production budget, you’ve produced a more faithful adaptation of my work than Hulu ever could. Hulu, however, had the decency to ask me to be a consulting producer on The Handmaid’s Tale TV series, and they gave me a cameo in the pilot. You didn’t even offer me a seat on the Supreme Court, a chair on the Senate Ethics Committee, or a spot on Forbes’ “80 Over 80 Favourite Canadians” list. America: what the f--k? Therefore, in addition to the above-mentioned demands, I insist you update the Latin motto on all your coins from E pluribus unum to E atwood unum, and replace the eagle on the Great Seal of the United States with an image of me (please use my 1978 headshot; that was my best hair year). If I do not hear from you within 10 days, I reserve the right to pursue all legal claims that I may have against the U.S., including punitive damages, compensatory damages, and withholding all of Canada’s exports of maple syrup for your pancakes.

things have been progressing pretty fast, all things considered
finally got in touch with the trans clinc after playing phone tag for a few days. she gave me a quick overview of the next steps and set up an appointment for me to speak with a social worker over zoom. after that, we could get my psych and MD visit scheduled
the social worker ended up calling me a couple hours after i set up the appointment since she had a conflict and we just did the appointment over the phone it it literally took 5 minutes. she just needed to confirm that i was in a stable situation for post-op care and made sure i understood i need to be in the city for a bit after the surgery (doc told me one week, someone else said 2 and she said 3 so i’m just going with what the doc says lol)
then a nurse reached out to me via the hospital’s painet portal. i need to get blood work before they could get the MD appointment and was going to get it done thru my pcp. nbd
i called my pcp and they said they couldn’t do blood work for another provider (no clue why) so i figured i could get it done through a lab. i told the nurse and asked if she could send the order to a lab but their doc’s can’t do that for people who aren’t yet patients (?) and she said she’d check with her higher ups
i ended up getting a call a few days after this from the hospital to set up my psych and md appointments (first week of September) so i guess i’m all good
it was just a very bizarre hoop i wasn’t expecting to jump through. i was worried that the fuckin blood work would hold up my appointment but it was resolved without too much hassle. it was just frustrating since it was more of that bureaucratic nightmare shit
i’ve also been thinking about getting a scrotoplasty. after the consult i started thinking about it and did a bit of research and i think i’m gonna go for it (still not gonna do the UL and v-ectomy tho)
i have some more things i wanna type up but it’s been a while since i made updates and wanted to get the big stuff down

No, actually, because (a) it's wrong and ableist to kill people just because they're disabled/sick/an inconvenience/might not live as long as someone arbitrarily declares as a worthwhile length of life; (b) that's actually more dangerous for the mother and (c) abortion as a procedure is never medically necessary to save the mother's life. There is a key difference between murder and tragedy -- between deliberately exterminating a baby vs. simply not being able to save a baby. SOURCES

Every study I read on abortion done later in pregnancy and the people who get them, the conclusion is always the same: We need better and more free access to abortion at all stages of pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.
There are two reasons people get abortions at or after 24 weeks: Either they couldn’t get an abortion earlier because of insurmountable obstacles (payment, laws, judgement, etc.) or because they fully intended to stay pregnant but scans show there’s something wrong with the fetus and an abortion is the safest and best way to handle it.
The best way to lower third-trimester abortions is make abortion easier to access in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, not harder. Aside from that, scientific advancements in detecting fetal abnormalities earlier are the only other way to prevent an abortion later in pregnancy.

the procedure
So what I got/am getting done is: - stage one: metaoidioplasty with urethral lengthening (already happened) - stage two: testicular implants, mons resection, fixing minor mistake making the glans look really weird Since Dr. Witczak’s technique differs fron the ones used in the anglosphere as far as I know, I drew a (bad) diagram. [NSFW, may trigger dysphoria]
Tumblr media
The new urethra is formed from the labia minora like in the picture. You can opt for not having vaginectomy, which I did for personal reasons.* If you have vaginectomy you can also get a scrotoplasty in stage one. The labia majora are fused together and moved to the front so there’s a pouch for the testicular implants to go in. If you didn’t have hysterectomy yet, it is possible to do that at the same time as well. The hospital stay is 10 days of which 9 days you have a urethral catheter so the new segment of the urethra can heal around it and is not irritated by urine. If you can urinate on your own without problems on day 9, you can go home the next day. Though the incision area looks small it is a very painful surgery due to the many nerves in the area and the catheter moving and irritating the sensitive glans. If it’s just the metaoidioplasty with UL like in my case, you’re supposed to avoid heavy physical tasks until 4 weeks post-OP and not ride bikes until 3 months post-OP due to the stress on the urethra. Possible complications and problems are:
fistulae (holes in the new urethra), which are a bit more likely if you don’t have v-ectomy because there is more stress on the stitches
strictures (the new segment of the urethra having areas that are too narrow)
diverticula (the new urethra segment having areas that are too wide/loose)
UTIs from the long time having a catheter
problems urinating due to swelling of the new urethra segment
if not having v-ectomy, depending on how you heal the opening may be more exposed since now the inner labia don’t cover it which can lead to being slightly more predisposed to infections in that area
as with any surgery, aneasthesia-related complications, unfavorable scarring, etc
I got one small fistula around 11 days post-OP and am currently taking bromelain pills to reduce swelling and spur on healing and applying Medihoney to the fistula 3 times a day in the hopes that it will heal on its own. Dr. Witczak said it’s about a 50% chance that it’ll heal, otherwise it’ll either be fixed in a separate surgery or in stage two.
*) I am strongly dysphoric about this body part, even though I opted to keep it for now. Be considerate of this in discussion, asking questions, etc. Thank you.

This might be a dumb question, but ftm and looking into bottom surgery and I’m not a fan of the results from meta or phallo. Are penis transplants an option? I’ve done a bit of research but only found articles on bits of the penis being transplanted for wounded veterans. This probably sounds dumb, but I just want something that is going to look realistic.
Jay says:
As of right now penis transplants are not an option for trans men. I don’t know how long it will be for them to become an actual feasible option. It’ll probably be years before they’re being researched and tested on trans men and quite awhile longer before they’re a routine option like phallo and meta are now.
I’m not a doctor, so I’m only going off of what I found from a little bit of research. But it seems like a big part of why they’re not going to be available to trans men for a long time is because we have different requirements in terms of urethral extension and scrotum construction, and we’d need a v-ectomy and hysterectomy, plus the “typical” connecting of blood vessels and nerves and other tissues. Plus a penis transplant is still a transplant. Which means someone who had one would have to be on immunosuppressive drugs for their whole life, or they’d reject the transplant (and they’d still have a risk of rejecting it even with the drugs). It would be a very very risky procedure, more than phallo or meta.
Basically penis transplants aren’t medically sound options for trans men at this point. Phallo and meta are much less risky, less complex, less expensive, and are medically much better options, and they’re rapidly improving. Prosthetics are also advancing.
Phallo and meta also often can look very realistic after all surgeries and healing are done. You say in your ask that you want a transplant so it would look realistic, suggesting phallo and meta don’t. Please don’t be negative about other people’s surgical results. If phallo and meta aren’t what you want for any reason (including aesthetics) you don’t have to have either, but that doesn’t make it ok to make negative comments about other people’s bodies.
(Please don’t use ableist language in asks)

Well said @blessed-artist! Abortion as a procedure (the only "medical" procedure where it's counted as a success if someone dies) is never necessary to save the mother's life -- in fact, as Blessed-Artist pointed out, it's usually more dangerous to the mother's health to have an abortion as opposed to getting actual treatment. There is always going to be a crucial difference between abortion and medical treatment -- the difference between murder and tragedy. It's the difference between deliberately murdering a baby vs. simply not being able to save a baby. As a side note: the current stories of women being denied "life-saving" abortions actually and misleadingly refers to women who needed (and should have received; the pro-life laws, from what I understand, specifically allow this -- this was sheer medical neglect, not a matter of pro-life laws) a D & C to remove their dead babies from their wombs after they'd already taken the (dangerous) abortion pill. Saw you say abortion is never what is best for the mother but wanted to know your thoughts on this
What if it’s fatal? what if the mother could not survive bec of that baby and in order for her to live that was the only choice in what would you say
Hi, thank you so much for reaching out to me with your question! I hope my answer helps you understand why I believe that abortion is never the answer.
To answer your question simply, I would say try to save both and if that isn’t possible try to save the patient with the best chance at life.
When complications arise when the baby is able to live outside the womb, the best choice is most likely to deliver the baby early.
I have a friend who had a brain tumor and needed treatment, but that would have harmed her baby. She had to deliver at 23 weeks. It was a close call for the baby, and the baby spent a lot of time in NICU. Even if the baby had not made it at least she would have been given her best chance. Today both mother and baby are alive and well because instead of having an abortion my friend delivered her baby and gave her a chance to be the wonderful kid that she is.
In the case that the baby is unable to live outside the womb this will often mean that the mother is given priority since the baby can’t live without her. But even in that situation the answer isn’t an abortion. An abortion is often just as, if not more traumatic for the mother’s body (see the first link below). Also abortions can take several days so if there is a life threatening situation they are not a wise medical choice.
There may be times when the child doesn’t survive and that is always a tragic thing. But we always try to save both and we never straight up kill the baby. I’m pro life, life is precious! So I obviously don’t want a mother to die! I support the decision that saves as many lives as possible.
Here is a video explaining what the process of an abortion actually looks like. It makes it clear that abortions are a horrible and traumatic procedure and shows the risk to the mother as well.
Here is a link to a much more eloquent answer than mine by @prolifeproliberty! Please check it out!
I hope this answers your question! If you have anymore questions let me know. And if any of my fellow pro life friends have any other resources feel free to add them!

2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport First Drive: Jumbo 2-Row
As nests empty, relieving parents of carpooling obligations, the latest trend is truncating the three-row jumbo SUVs that folks fled to (in their prior abandonment of minivans). The latest example is VW’s third-row-ectomy of the jumbo Atlas SUV. So how does the 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport compare with other midsize two-row utes?
Let’s start by defining the competitive set: There’s the Chevrolet Blazer (nee Traverse), the Ford Edge (loosely related to the previous-gen Explorer), the Honda Passport (Pilot), and the Nissan Murano (D-platform sib to the Pathfinder). Relative to those players, the Atlas is considerably bigger.
Call it a case of reduce, reuse, recycle. Words to live by for both saving the planet and maximizing shareholder value. Just as dog owners might reuse shopping bags at the store a few times and then repurpose them as pooper-scoopers, savvy automakers are reusing parts-bin items and repurposing chassis architecture by applying different bodies or “top-hats” atop them.
How roomy is the VW Atlas Cross Sport?
At 195.5 inches, the 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport longer than the next-longest Murano by 2.7 inches, and it’s an inch or two wider and taller than all but the Honda Passport. Speaking of Passport, the VW compares most closely with the new Honda, in that both utes essentially share their wheelbases with their three-row sibling, but Honda shortened the Passport’s overall length by 6.0 inches, while VW only trimmed 2.8 inches off the Atlas’s overhangs.
That distinction speaks volumes to the disparate missions these brands are chasing: Honda casts the Passport as an adventure-mobile, improving approach/departure angles by 1.7 and 6.8 degrees, respectively, and boosting ground clearance. It has also raised the boxy roof so as to lose only 4.8 cubic feet of the available luggage space behind the Pilot’s rear seat.
VW is going for a longer, lower, wider, sleeker look, so ground clearance and approach angle are virtually unchanged and departure improves by just 4.3 degrees, while that rakish rear window reduces the Atlas’s cargo space by 15.2 cubic feet (it ends up 0.9 cubes smaller than Passport).
What the Cross Sport really delivers on is rear-seat legroom, as the fixed rear seat is positioned well aft of the one in the three-row Atlas, endowing Cross Sport with a whopping 2.8 inches more rear legroom. To preserve cargo area, the outdoorsier Passport only adds 1.2 inches of rear legroom. There’s so much room in the back of the Cross Sport that many rear passengers’ feet won’t need to go under the front seat. Might this be more rear legroom than anybody really needs? Maybe…
How does the VW Atlas Cross Sport drive?
From behind the wheel, this VW two-row SUV feels notably wider and longer than its competition. Those hoping for a nimbler, more maneuverable, easier-to-park SUV when trading down from a three-row ute will be much better served by a Chevy Blazer, Ford Edge, or Nissan Murano. Those who like the feel and performance of their Atlas and are smitten by the sleeker lines of the Cross Sport will find its ride quality, steering feel, and overall driving dynamics completely familiar. Same goes for the cockpit appearance and functionality, which retains the Atlas’s Euro-sleek, spare aesthetic and overabundance of hard black plastic—even in top-trim models.
Our drive from Vancouver to Whistler Village in British Columbia, Canada, marked the first time we’ve sampled any Atlas with the 2.0-liter turbo driving all four wheels. Rated at the same 235 hp/258 lb-ft as in the big Atlas, it’s down just 15 percent on power and 3 percent on torque relative to the V-6, so despite running identical transmission and axle ratios to the big Atlas, acceleration from a stop doesn’t suffer as much as one might expect relative to the VR6. And the turbocharger helped preserve the Cross Sport’s sea-level performance as we climbed the 2,200 feet to Whistler Village. VW expects just 30 percent of all Atlas buyers to opt for the I-4 and 40 percent to go for front-wheel drive.
VW Atlas Cross Sport pricing
Where you will save a bit is on the initial purchase price. The base 2.0-liter front-drive Cross Sport starts at $31,565, which is $1,000 less than the equivalent Atlas. At $44,065, the SEL R-Line represents the biggest savings at $1,250. The new 2.0-liter Atlas Cross Sport 4Motion model opens at $33,465 and peaks at $44,165 for the top-spec SEL R-Line—so expect equivalent Atlas models to command at least another G-note when it becomes available for 2021.
Those hoping to save a few bucks on fuel by ditching the third row are going to be disappointed by the Atlas Cross Sport. According to the EPA, the 2.0-liter front-driver does 1 mpg better in the city (21 versus 20 mpg with the same 24 highway and 22 combined ratings), the V-6 models get identical fuel economy (17/23/19 mpg city/highway/combined for front-drive, 16/22/19 with 4Motion). The 2.0-liter 4Motion gets 18/23/20 in the Cross Sport; the Atlas has yet to be certified. By comparison, the V-6-only Passport is rated 20/25/22 mpg in front-drive guise, 19/24/21 with AWD while the smaller V-6-only CVT-equipped Murano gets 20/28/23 mpg with either drivetrain. The Blazer and Edge also meet or exceed the Cross Sport’s economy with equivalent powertrains.
VW shareholders will be pleased the automaker saved the considerable tooling expense of all those floor pan stampings, 4Motion propeller shafts, and more. Buyers with extremely long-legged family members and friends will also be delighted with the limo-like Atlas Cross Sport’s rear seat. Everybody else might want to take a serious test drive in the thriftier, more maneuverable competition.

“THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON JR."  a poem a.k.a.: "Perversion: The Case Against Strong S _ _ ual Feelings, Especially When You're Young, And Wearing Women's Clothes."  December 11, 2019  (Oh.Din's.Day)
 "Oh, G _ _," cried Benjamin, as He ran into The S _ _ Therapist's Office;
"I'm addicted   to s _ _  and porn, and G_ _knows, I'M NO NOVICE.
I'm s _ _ ually addicted,     A PERVERT,      and I can't stop."
"THIS IS SERIOUS,"  said The Therapist; "we might have to LOP,
OFF   your frontal cortex  and/or  do a complete  pe _ i l e   extraction.
We gotta STOP THIS TERRIBLE THING,     Diagnosis:  'Perverse S _ _ ual  (RE?) (Inter?) ACTION.' "     (pause)
It took (us) several long, terrible  years,         "Ectomies" and "Therapies"   and
A THOUSAND  BITTER TEARS,
To   finally   HELP   Benjamin   OVERCOME   his "chronic perversion."
However, NOW, thank goodness; he's no longer suffering from "s _ _ xual immersion."
(Sigh)   Those days  are     LONG AGO;   now, he is NORMAL     and   when,  /
He EVER   EVEN  thinks   of  s _ _    or   spies   a lovely hen,
He can IMMEDIATELY become "acutelyAWARE,"    /   That   HE IS CURED;  therefore, he has no more care,  / For such "perversions;" he now spends time mostly on,
Watching TV football games   and being obsessed       keepingUP  his lawn.
(Thank God)   After he was cured, he went to war,
Protecting our freedoms, fighting "bad guys;"  many arms and legs (of The Enemy)
HE TORE;         Plus, he had several children, beating them daily   so as   to instill,
Strength of character, the concept of respect   andToTeachThem The Value of Will.
Benjamin also attends CHURCH  weekly  and sometimes even more,
Confessing his SINFUL NATURE;   patriotism   is at His Core,
NOT silly flights of "porn addiction"  and obsessing about "chicks,"
And   THANK GOD    He never BECAME GAY, admiring other men's  d _ _ _ _.
Thank goodness, his youthful perversion(s) and the aberrant energy and feelings such disease promoted,     /    DISPERSED,       giving Him   "decent" feelings and actions;
RECENTLY, HE WAS VOTED:   /   "Citizen of The Year" of His Community,
For beatingUpOnANindigentPERVERT, who was masturbating on our streets;
HE BEAT THAT GUY   toWithinAnInchOFhisPervertedLIFE; yes, Ben is "one of
THE WHEATS," /  NOT some Biblical "TARE,"  condemned to H _ _ _, who should,    Never, ever have been born; yet, YOU KNOW  (I wonder)  what if Benjamin would,
HAVE JUST   N O T   THOUGHT THAT HIS "NATURAL" FEELINGS TOWARD S _ _ _ _ _ ITY and EACH PRETTY LADY,   /  were PERVERTED?  Would that have been so bad?  'Cause, then, maybe,
He would have been happier   & wouldn't have killed and beaten up a bunch of people. /
NO, NO     Silly me.  Come, let us   go worship   worship   under The Steeple,
And thank Ben  for "his service"   to our country   and   his town,
And for HIS NOT BEING A S _ _ UAL PERVERT, for, God knows, IF he hadn't been ableToOvercomeHisAfflictions, HeavenForbid,  HeMightHaveChosenTo wear a GOWN.

Hope you're healing well. So, I'm a gay trans man top only (I do not ever get penetrated for many reasons) and am leaning towards meta w/ v-ectomy and balls instead of phallo b/c of sensation reasons. Do you think you will be able to penetrate men w/ your dick once healed and come that way? How bad is the pain (I have very low pain tolerance) compared to top and hysto? Are there less chances of complications with meta? I've read of a few guys who had scary complications with phallo. Thanks!
Hey,
I totally get that - however I do think that phallo has a good number of patients that regain full sensitivity and say that their penis just feels like their previous penis just extended! Don’t let that put you off.
I’d like to think I’ll be able to penetrate men, but like I said before I’ll probably only be 2 - 3″ max. I think the sex I have with men will probably be more experimental/ foreplay based maybe but I don’t think that makes it any less good? I’ll report back once I find out though haha.
The pain from top surgery was a 0.5/10, the pain from metoidioplasty, the mouth in particular was about a 6/10, and a 0.5/10 from my penis. With enough pain killers I could have probably avoided the pain from my mouth.
I think there are less chances of complications yes, probably because there are less things to worry about, the skin grafts aren’t as major, there’s no risk of blood loss/ restrictions etc and yeah there have been some scary complications documented, but I also know a few guys who have had some really amazing results from phalloplasty.
Hope this helps somewhat!

2018 Acura RLX
Tumblr media
2018 Acura RLX has received the complete beak-ectomy for its renewal in 2018, Like 2018 Acura TLX and 2018 Acura MDX models. The largest Acura sedan now is wearing a diamant pentagon of a new diamond and geometrically owned company, and we are not sure design is better. At least there is a development of machines and tech development to fit in with a mysterious new look.
Significant changes in unclean areas will be the fastest 10-speed transfer of the couple to the standard 310-hp 3.5-liter V-6. This shows the first use of Acura for this Honda development submission; is already used in the 2018 Honda Odyssey minivan and will be installed soon in the Honda Accord of 2018. The front-wheel drive is unusual with this engine, as does the Acura-wheel-steering system called the Precision All-Wheel Steer. The company says a new supply will improve RLX speed; To be addressed, the best six-speed RLX runs from zero to 60 mph in 5.8 seconds in our test.
2018 Acura RLX Interior
Inside, new seats are sparkling and grinding, while some things and touches are said to be more rich than ever. The inner color of the Espresso is a new way. Surprisingly, the updated RLX does not receive the updated 2018 TLX updated infotainment program with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a significant failure in these days. Obviously the waiting continues to resume the Acura’s infotainment reset, previewing last year.
2018 Acura RLX Features
The 2018 RLX hood is re-adjusted, and its final one gets new LED sheets and a small black radio with two great release tips. There are new wheels and two colors of color, and, including red Red Metallics shown here and Majestic Black Pearl. The new Traffic Jam Assist feature adds a special feature to the standard RuraX AcuraWatch purchase of active security features. This is the first Acura app for this new system, capable of tracking the car ahead of speed by combining cruise control and assisting in keeping track such as the Volvo’s Pilot Assist system.
2018 Acura RLX Engine
2018 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid’s drivetrain is not changed, which continues to use 3.5-liter V-6 and three electric motors to create a torque-vectoring drive-wheel (called SH-AWD in Acura-speak). Acura is proud that the driveline separates parts from the NSX supercar’s setup system, but produces the power under that internal stunner-196 horsepower and 135 lb-ft below, to be clear, with 377 horses and 341 lb-ft of torque.
Release Date & Price
Sales will start in November, 2017, the Acura RRX 2018 should carry the first price of $ 55,400 and 60,900,900 debt today with standard versions of the V-6 and 2018 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid.

See the Stunning 2021 Lexus LC 500 V-8 Convertible Here
Rakish Ragtop: Wind in your hair and unfiltered V-8 music in your ears
In an automotive world that includes far too few convertibles, Lexusis reentering the segment by slicing the top off its raffish and rip-snorting long-hood, short-deck, big-engine LC 500 coupe. We’re happy to report the top-ectomy surgery was a rip-roaring success—at least from an aesthetic standpoint—and a read of the post-op…

Tbh your last anon might not have been a transmed, maybe a tucute mad and trying to make truscum look bad. Though tbh there's a lot of overcompensating transmeds who do say shit like what your mentality has to be to be a "real man" though often hypocritical cause many of them think you have to think its harder to be a man and complain since cis guys do but also tell you to be valid you need to be happy about negatives of being a man like balding (even though cis men hate that so wouldn't it be more masc to complain about it like all the other cis men do?) Always talking about how they dont ID as trans, just men, yet constantly go into trans specific spaces on the internet.
Though why don't you and your bf just do oral or abstain if you both have issues with penetration?
Also that respondent on your post talking about vnectomy was such a dumb bitch. Everyone uses v-nectomy instead of vaginectomy cause its less dysphoric and easier to. Nonbinaries need to mind their cis business when they don't even know terms our community uses.
could have been, but there are plenty of radmeds who say the same thing on the transmed subreddit, so i wouldn't be too surprised. either way, i don't want the last anon to paint a whole group, as there will always be bad actors in every bunch.
i will say i identify as a man to the public, as i've always just felt like i am a man and not trans specifically, but to deny that i'm a trans man would be hypocritical, you know? especially since i'm engaging in trans topics. but to the public, i'm just a man since i'm stealth and i prefer it that way lol.
as for oral, we do. at least on my end. i absolutely love giving oral, but because of my broken foot, he's not letting me do anything that might hurt me further lmao. he also... doesn't like giving oral. i've gotten it maybe five times from him the whole time we've been together. i would love to get it more - which he said he will probably do once i get bottom surgery - but he's very, very grossed out by germs and such to the point where he rarely puts anything that isn't food into his mouth. which is fine, we get around it other ways, but oral is currently not on the plate for me to get lmao.
once i get bottom tho... that's a different story. i like that idea.
and the whole v-ectomy thing was just wild. i looked at the user's profile and apparently they were either a detransitioner or a trans "man" who presented 100% feminine and went off testosterone. couldn't tell, but considering they said they hated men, including trans men, i'm going with a bitter detransitioner.
