The eight-ton behemoth shoves an armored truck aside like it's a toy and turns another over as if looking for bugs under a rock. She is, sort of -- one very specific bug that she scented the moment the blood-rage of the mission had faded (and that happens quickly these days, so exact is her control over this hellish mutation). No witnesses. She's not an indiscriminate killer. She'll catch this one alive and see if they're a lone survivor or a bystander she'll have to make sure is never believed. Uroboros practically sparks like a live wire in her nerves in anticipation of that first option -- that hunger never ceases.

Come out, come out, wherever you are.

One truck. Bertha counts in her head, watching. Two truck. She's not the only one, of course, but the voice in her ear is wrong. Red truck. She can't place what voice she's expecting; maybe the accent is wrong for surveillance. Boom truck.

Shadowlaw doesn't often use guns. Bertha is often the one they send for things that cannot be punched. The smoke isn't even cleared before Bertha is firing, guided by the voice from her earpiece. There's kickback from the minigun, but Bertha can hardly feel it. The size makes movement difficult; even after Bison's enhancements and training. She'll have to report that when this mission completes.

The mutt doesn't know why her mission is compromised. She's unaware of any backdoor deals between Umbrella and Shadowlaw. All she knows is that she arrives not to find her target, but someone that leaves an annoying itch in the back of her head to look at. Tall. Curly hair. Her head tilts and behind her muzzle she's frowning; confused. She is sent to kill Jill Valentine- quick, no weapons, no trace that can lead back to Umbrella. This is an impediment. The sight of him leaves a name on the tip of her tongue just out of reach. Annoying.

Only distantly it occurs to Schneider that her opponent could shoot her at any point. Instead he matches her punch for kick for punch for kick. It's exhilarating the way only a good fight can be; so much so that her frustration at being delayed in her mission is little more than background noise. He can shoot her at any time; she can employ the psycho powers that have been forced into her. Neither does; it's a fight in the purest iteration.

Her muzzle takes the impact of her boot, the final blow that finally breaks it; there's going to be a bruise to show for it at some point. Somethings shifts behind the stranger's eyes. Recognition? Suspicion confirmed? Schneider doesn't know exactly what it is, but she senses the pause and sees the opening. Instead of another attack- on some level she knows she needs to kill this man and find her true target- her body moves on its own and her lips crash against the man's. All tongue and teeth and desperation and need that leaves the mutt growling and smiling and tasting blood.
