basically once you download and open the app and select which path you want to go down (everyone starts on casual story) you're lead to an apartment that holds a bunch of the data for the RFA, or Rika's Fundraising Association. a hacker lets you gain access to the system, everyone freaks out, but then they're like "okay join us then" and you kind have to. there are seven different endings for each character as well as a bunch of secrets!! you have to work on collecting guests and selecting teh right email responses so they can come to your party you can get the good ending (there are walkthroughs for correct email responsees dw LMAO) v is my personal fav from this game bc he's just teh sweetest but you wont really get to meet him until a WHILE later if you decide to play this game ^^ it also has a few mature themes but not NEARLY as much as the ikemen games.

So far liking the scaling of smt v. I am fighting every battle I can. I also do as many battles as it takes for me to recruit a new demon. Gotta fill out that compendium. This negotiating thing is tough. I’m just stumbling my way through.

Anyway, even with all the experience, I’m still feeling challenged in new areas. One bad enemy phase encounter, and I’m dead. I don’t let myself get too low in health/mp until I have a good strategy to deal with a current area’s demons.

Love the ease of teleporting back to a save point. The save points are spread pretty fairly too. I never feel like I have to make a huge trudge back to where I was.

Not really paying much attention to my choices. Just choosing whatever feels best for the occasion. So it will be a surprise what I’m signing up for.

I find myself thinking of smt iv. The fateful moment where I almost chose it over fire emblem awakening as my first 3ds game. Idk how I would have done back then. I hadn’t even played the persona games. Now I kinda want to play it?? I did watch a walkthrough of all the routes a long time ago.

Also maybe I’ll try to other games too.... I might be feeling overconfident but.

Anyway, the music is good. What I expected. The overworld music is good, but a little grim and creepy for long-term listening. I haven’t found a track I really love yet.

This post serves as a guide towards achieving the bad ending for the Prologue of V’s Route (Another Story). It’s actually very easy to get the bad end for this part (Very. Like, anyone can nail it, perhaps even a 10-year-old kid) so I know there’s really no need for me to post this stuff, but meh~, I’m posting it anyway. This is my blog so I can post whatever I want, right? ^^ ♡

I divided the prologue into three parts:

MC (main character) chats with Unknown; 

VNM (Visual Novel Mode)

Start of the game, where MC gets to chat with the “A.I.” RFA members

There are two (2) kinds of bad endings for the prologue, and you will get either bad ending #1 or bad ending #2 depending on the answer you choose on the final selection. These bad endings appear on the second part of the prologue (VNM), so I will no longer post the selections and answers for the third part.

Basically, all you’ve got to do is decline Unknown’s offer of testing the “game” he developed.

The answers I selected which led me to the bad ending are in BOLD FONT.

And there you have it! You have achieved the bad ending of the prologue! Easy, right? ^^ 

IMHO, I think bad ending #1 ain’t so bad, especially if you’re a huge fan of Ray/Unknown. It’s actually kind of a good ending for me. And I consider any ending where I end up with Ray/Unknown as a happy ending. ♥ ♥ ♥ Haha!

[Complete] Mystic Messenger Email Walkthrough - V Route

Hands up to V Route!! Probably the most emotional roller coaster route so far :’) But anyway, just wanna share these answers for y’all who wants to get good ending or just basically get all the guests on the list!

But before that, the trick here is to save the game before answering those emails. So if you choose the wrong answer, you can always load back and pick the correct one. If the email icons (3) underneath each guest turn orange, it means your answer are wrong. If its blue, you’re good to go! 

So there are 26 more guests in V route. I had to play this route twice cuz I didn’t get one of the guests in the first try, which was recommended by Ray...? or was it Seven..¯\_(ツ)_/¯  You have to pay attention, if I’m not mistaken it was recommended during a chaotic situation (like literally.. when your emotions are all jumbled up and shhht) well anyway, GOODLUCK! and enjoy the ride;;

Finally getting around to playing Another Story in Mystic Messenger and I decided to aim for V’s route first but omg Ray’s need to be cared for and loved and having to not respond that way coz trying to avoid his hearts is just T_T boy you are fucked up in so many ways and I wanna get you outta there. But first gotta help the sad blue man who keeps shouldering all the responsibility.

Another Story Phone Call Guide

Tired of spending HG calling Ray and V when they don’t pick up? Me too! So I decided to sacrifice oodles of time and hourglasses to make you a nice spreadsheet detailing when the characters actually pick up their phone. 

This is a work-in-progress. I’m not actually done playing through V’s route yet (I considered buying a day in advance but a) I don’t really have time to go through more than one chatroom every few hours, and b) I have sunk a positively ridiculous amount of HG into just phone calls alone), so this guide is only updated when I actually get the calls. I also haven’t finished filling out the chatroom titles, but I’ll get around to that later.

About the Guide:

I miss chatrooms, too. I jumped into Day 1 late so I don’t have many of those calls, either. So this guide is not a guarantee that the characters will pick up at every single time I’ve listed they pick up; it’s simply a list of the time when they picked up for me. Most of the time, it should be the same for others, but when I’ve missed a chatroom, sometimes calls are delayed and it may not be 100% accurate

That said: I appreciate help! If you’ve got information on a day that I haven’t filled out, please leave a comment! Together we can help more people get a chance to listen to more of our favourite characters ^^

And if you notice that something in my spreadsheet is wrong, please let me know! I’ll change it as soon as I can :)

Edit: If you’re thinking “I’ve called the characters but don’t remember when they picked up”, something you might be able to do is load up the file where you made those calls and look at your call log. It’ll tell you the day and time you made the call. Of course, this is going to be harder for people with tons and tons of phone calls to sift through, and if you bought days in advance it won’t be useful at all (since you could have called a character at 2pm real time but after an 8pm chatroom and it will show up in your phone log as 2pm, not 8pm). But any help is appreciated, if you’re willing!
