I've noticed that in fanfics, V-kun's parents are usually neglectful, abusive, or otherwise out of the picture. I think it ties in with how Aogami is now his Blue God Dad, and possibly to ease the idea of V-kun becoming a god and leaving his mortal life behind.

This is by no means a bad thing, but I think there's a lot of potential if V-kun has a loving family. Mostly comedic.

V-kun coming home with Aogami one day, saying, "Hi dad, this is my new other dad."

Or V-kun being unable to explain to the rest of his family that he will not be attending college because he will be ruling the universe as God.

Tbh ... The new canon..... I know a lot of people may dislike the aoshu ship and that's fine. We all see them differently, but the scenes leading up to the fusion of the new nahobino....... They really speak to like a soulmates type au thing. Who knows more people might jump onto aoshu. And if they don't? That's cool too lol. I'm just so happy for this game

SO, uh...i been thinking

•v becomes depressed and withdrawn after losing aogami •his grief and loss is so strong he begins to stop even trying to move •he splits into three selves: v, purple, and blue •they enter the abyss of time •they each enter one timeline •demi-fiend, since he hasn't seen him in ages, goes out to find him •he also accidentally opens the door to the abyss of time and enters •somehow smelling his scent split into three, he realises what happened to v •unsure of which way to go, he tries to follow the most distinct smell •he then discovers v's first form, purple. purple is hostile towards him, and refuses to follow him •deciding to seek help, he calls for flynn and nanashi to help •remembering tsukuyomi, he calls for him too but realises that tsukuyomi too was unwillingly split into three •together with nanashi and flynn, demi hunts down purple •purple at first rejected demi's call for help but eventually joined him •nanashi and flynn, after helping demi for a while, disappear •now with purple, they make their way to the next scent, blue's •blue is definitely happier but more sneaky than purple. blue looks like, obviously, from back when aogami fused with v, and purple is tsukuyomi •blue manages to hide from them for a GOOD LONG TIME •blue finally reveals himself and when he is won over, hands demi a glass shard •purple remembers he has a shard too, and gives it to demi •demi observes the shards and realises that one more shard is missing •the shards dont have anything on them except for latin: memento te ipsum •the group searches for v •they discover not a timeline, but a ritual-looking place. •the floor seems like a clock, with I through XII •there are twelve grandfather clocks for each I, II, III, IV ,so on and so forth •v emerges and wordlessly hands demi the final piece •he pieces it together and the shards transform into a looking glass •the surface shimmers and shows demi how v was shamed and tortured endlessly by his peers for becoming male •after demi's revelation, v tells him how unfair his "friends" were. he never forgot those people. his trauma forced his mind apart, self hatred and dysmorphia emerging •v thanks him for bringing purple and blue here and straps them to two of the clocks, IV, and VIII. he himself hangs himself on XII •he smirks and begins the ritual, the one that will forever erase his memory •demi tries to stop him but is powerless somehow •then out of nowhere remembers the words on the shards before v gave him the last one •and shouts them so loudly v stops chanting •v is shocked and suddenly all his good memories come back to him •v realises that his good memories are what matter, not the bad ones •he promises never to split again, and joins with purple and blue into the real v •the real v is shocked but finally understood the repercussions of holding back trauma and warns demi fiend that it may happen to him too •demi, after seeing all this, swears that he will go to therapy and drag v with him •the two of them share a happy cuddle after confessing to each other •YAYYY IM DONE WITH THE PLOTLINE TIME FOR THE NOT FUN PART: WRITING IT ALL OUT!!!

Before SMT5 came out, I had a bit in a fanfiction where the Demi-Fiend used one of his energy swords to slice bread. It cut straight through the bread--and the cutting board, and the table.

Do you think SMT 5 Protagonist ever got lazy and used their sword hand in Nahobino form to like open up some food or use it to cut some veggies or something?

So I was thinking: did Aogami need to fuse with V-kun at the start of the game, or could he have soloed the whole first act on his own?

An optional conversation in Vengeance mentions that our Aogami is Type-0, the one that gives us Murakumo and comes at level 67. He's stronger than anything you can encounter in the first three acts, not counting DLC. So why would he fuse with V-kun, who starts at level 3? It might be because he wants to reunite with his Knowledge, but putting that aside, is it feasible for Aogami to fight separately from V-kun?

First, Aogami is damaged. He's missing his memory and who knows what else. The first thing he did upon arriving at Bethel was get a reboot; it's possible that he's not combat-ready. Perhaps he needed V-kun's soul to function for as long as he did.

Second, even if we assume that Aogami is fully functional, could he keep V-kun safe? Sure, he's strong enough to kill anything in his way, but to keep anything from attacking V-kun, he'd need to strike first at every battle and never miss. Then there's the boss demons; V-kun might not be fast enough to get past Oyamatsumi on his own, and even if Aogami distracts him, that leaves V-kun unattended. Aogami wouldn't trust Gustave enough to leave V-kun with him while he fought the bosses; maybe he'd trust Sophia, but she only appears before Nahobino. Then there's the harsh desert environment, the lack of food (maybe V-kun in Nahobino form doesn't need food, only Magatsuhi), and the fact that Nahobino form is much faster.

After the first act, even if we assume that Aogami is back to full strength, Koshimizu would rather have a Nahobino on his side than even a fully-powered Aogami.

It struck me that Aogami is one of many. You find the shells of his fellow units all over Da'at. He might be too expensive to be expendable, but he was mass-produced and knows it. He lacks a human's sense of mortality and individuality; to him, even if he dies, Susano'o would live on in his brothers.

And now there's V-kun.
