cloudy weather in Berlin is like autumn cozy vibes soft yellow lights indoors, lights in the windows as you pass them on the street (soundtracked by undertale’s uwa so temperate) and cloudy weather in Mumbai is the exact same heat and humidity except everything looks sickly and grey and i feel a heaviness inside of me and everything is more difficult to do than usual

Sorry got excited. Hello my Crickets I'm back at it and trust me I'm so well aware of your presence everytime I hear your chirps!

Anyways we are continuing the Tyranid painting adventure!

So after sort of finding a true bit of the scheme that work and genuinely enjoying it I figured I'd experiment just a tad and try and find what coupd fit.

The Green carapace was of course non negotiable because I'll be fucking damned if I order paint straight from Spain and don't fucking use it. But the rest of my color scheme was free to play with and so I decided with my new batch of Leviathan purple contrast paint I could go kinda wacky and see how that looks with the carapace!

I did my usual steps with abandon black primer base coat to make my green carapace pop then I applied a layer of wraithbone to the body in order to let my purple shine.

I of course kept with the good for claws and teeth but decided to go Orange for the vents for the contrast and to illustrate the heat in a way. Now I've received compliments on this scheme but God do I fucking abhor it.

It looks like the incredible hulk and I cannot stand it. Or I suppose Barney is a more apt comparison but even still BLECH!

We will be moving on and doing better on our next attempts. Overall this scheme really solidified that I liked the red and helped me realize that I had already struck gold and it was best not to dig too deep and wake up the balrog.

Hive fleet Dydra (Known at my local store as the Iridescent death) had made a mistake in the bioengineering process and promptly threw that batch at the fire line so the next generation could take stage.

Something that really caches my eye about Buzz Lightyear of Star Command is it's aesthetic. My eyes light up when I see the nostalgic neon space theme the series has going on.

I searched more about it, trying to find a name to define this; it's heavily influenced by 90s/early 2000s design choices, and there's some inspiration from Wacky Pomo but that's not it yet. BLOSC reminds me a bit about futuristic views from the 50's like the aesthetic Googie Kitsch, but I don't feel like that's it. Reminds me a lot of internet nostalgia aesthetics. Also I feel like there is some influence from the 80s in it too, reminds me of malls, arcades and rollerskates, kinda like what FNAF did to his Security Breach game, specially the Fazer Blast part, even though it doesn't appears much in the game (we can see more of it in Help Wanted 2). I found some inspirations of what I'm talking about on Pinterest.

We can see a lot of influence from the series' aesthetics in the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ride at Disneyland (I went on that one, at Disneyland Paris)

And also in the Alien Swirling Saucers attraction. (I never went to this one)

There are some Undertale songs that I feel that convey the vibe of this aesthetic really well.

The poll with the most votes was Group P (the Death By Glamour one) with 794 votes, followed by Group W (735, Metal Crusher) and Group T (Spear of Justice vs Bergentrückung, 601).

With the least votes is Group C (275), beaten out by Group N (282) and Group L (318).

The average turnout in a poll was about 438 votes.

None of the Uwa! tracks qualified, with none of them getting over 10% of their group's vote. Temperate was the most popular.

Oh! One True Love and Oh! Dungeon were also both eliminated, though Dungeon scored much higher than One True Love.

Death Report qualified, with almost 4x the proportion of votes than Live Report.

In a great injustice, Can You Really Call This A Hotel, I Didn't Receive A Mint On My Pillow Or Anything was eliminated, but Hotel was not.

Spooktune was the only one of Napstablook's house songs that qualified.

The most dominating performance was by Death By Glamour, which was over 615 votes over any other track in its group (77.5%).

The closest race (other than the two ties) was between Reunited and Snowdin Town, by 0.6% (2 votes). However, both qualified.

The closest race that actually resulted in one track qualifying and one not was between the tie of Good Night and Oh My..., and Long Elevator, which was kicked out by 2.5% (9 votes).

Speaking of the ties, there were two within groups, and two in the Danger Zone across multiple groups.

The aforementioned Good Night and Oh My... both got 68 votes or 15.4%. In Group F, It's Raining Somewhere Else and SAVE The World both got 182 votes (32.2%), both winning their group.

Interestingly, two strange occurrences happened. Groups M and U both got 329 votes, and their third place tracks, Reunited and Hotel, both got 53 votes (16.1%). Similarly, Groups B and Q both got 352 votes, and their third place tracks Oh! One True Love and Respite both got 46 votes (13.1%).

The highest-placing tracks by percentage that did not qualify were Spookwave, which got 17.3% but came 4th in its group, and Oh! Dungeon, likewise with 16.2%.

The lowest-placing tracks by percentage which still qualified were For The Fans, which got 6.8% yet still came 2nd, and Menu (Full), the same with 11.8%.

Years ago...Humans and Monsters reigned together and in peace on the surface.

However, everything changed when a radical group of humans living in **Shymattiville**, began to spread hatred and fear towards the monsters, unleashing a devastating war.

The war ended with the crushing victory of the humans, the monsters were expelled from the surface and exiled underground, where they were locked away by an impenetrable magical barrier imposed by the humans.

Years later, Mount Ebott became a forbidden and mysterious place where legends say that anyone who dares to climb Mount Ebott never returns.

The story of Subtertale begins when the protagonist, Lyra, a curious and brave girl who lived in **Ketteiville**, in the year 201X, after climbing Mount Ebott, the place where 6 humans had disappeared, falls into an abyss and wakes up in the Ruins, inside the underground.

(Chara lives in Jasuttisuville and the 6 human souls live in Ketteiville.)

Lyra finds herself in the Underground, full of strange monsters, but also full of friendship and hope.
