Monday, 30th Sept.

i am broken. today was my weighing day and i didn't lose anything within the last 4 days although my calorie intake has been low and I've been burning enough calories. I don't understand. I am in shock. so much so that I'm not even mad or angry. literally pushing it aside as good as i can because i can't handle truth.

also today was the first time I was bleeding during and after purging. its weird because it did hurt in my throat while i was doing it but not so much that I would've thought it might start bleeding. don't yet know what to think about that. at least it suggests that I tried hard enough lol.

The reason why Binky the Clown's uvula is really long is because Binky's uvula can change length every time he stretched it.
