Tomochika still got recognized like Ryuya and Ringo, their twitter still celebrates her birthday. If she appear again she will become a cameo or silent character except the company wants to find replacement for her seiyuu because her seiyuu has retired.

For Haruka she just made her recent appearances on special anime as minor and maji love starish tours as cameo

Both not get ignored, but they are not the company's main marketing target for their consumers that why both have less appearances and not many their theme merchandise.

I'm not saying this because I'm on the company side. But I'm thinking about the reasonable reason why their company did that.
