The queen’s attendants mostly consist of her boy toy bees(bee hybrids that can’t produce eggs and instead are there purely for the queen’s pleasure and comfort) and your adult sons. There are a few doctors and a psychologist there to monitor you at all times as well, because a queen’s health and mental state can affect the entire hive.

An attendant’s job is to take care of the queen in any way you need, and they do it in different ways.

Your sons are there to comfort and soothe their mother, along with informing you of any updates regarding the hive. They ensure you’re kept comfortable after being stuffed full of eggs and will create a warm cuddle pile. When it comes to food, they help prepare and guard the chefs that make it, and will absolutely slaughter anyone that tries to tamper with your food.

Your boy toys pleasure you, bathe you, and test your food to make sure it’s safe before you consume it. They’re quite spoiled by you, which is uncommon in hives. Unfortunately, most hives mistreat bee hybrids that are not fertile, but they have a purpose and are loved in your hive.

They’re even pampered as if royalty, and are a bit prissy and prideful because of this. They get PISSED when other hybrids get too close to you during their time with the queen. Your boy toys can be very possessive, and there’s a rumor that they would have stolen you away already if they could have.

The other attendants are worker bees and drones that are cycled through, since every bee dreams of servicing the queen.

USUK Headcannon ʚɞ

America is an extrovert but not likable. He's very arrogant, and has a pretty intense superiority complex - a little Homelander-esque.

England is an introvert but very likeable. He's honest and sincere where Alfred is fake, prideful but self-deprecating; his charm comes from his words, yes, but also his genuine kindness and gentle heart.

It's because of this I feel like Alfred has literally 0 friends. People can only handle him for short periods because he's slightly insufferable and despite parading himself as a hero, is probably the worst person you'll ever meet. Like, he has Canada and England, France maybe, the occasional Russia..thing. Meanwhile, England has a strained relationship with a lot of Europe but also many frequent acquaintances and close friends - France, Portugal, Romania, Norway, ect.

It's still sunny extrovert x aloof introvert, just with a little depth to their relationships and respective images.

obsessed with the push and pull usuk always had, even from the beginning. arthur was a protector for somebody who would grow to wish to protect everybody. alfred fought to become his own person just to realize be would always be a child in arthur’s eyes. arthur had to see how all his pride and power was slowly taken away to the child he raised. alfred would rather die than to go back to his colony days but always ends up gravitating and seeking his mentor. when they loved each other they were always apart. when they were at odds they had to see eye to eye. when they come to be at peace there is so much history and muddled, undiscussed feelings they cannot have a regular relationship so they just have to defy it and change it up because they themselves do not know if whatever they got going on it’s a matter of pride, gratitude, resentment, rivalry, kinship, familiarity, love or, or, or

Alfred is usually a big ol’ golden retriever in my headcanon of him, ever trying to be good and do the right thing with his responsibility as the world’s premier superpower. He’s young and brash and has an ego on him the size of Texas but still, his need to be the hero comes from a genuine desire to help. Even if he doesn’t always succeed, his heart is in the right place. That’s how I usually see Alfred F. Jones

HOWEVER, I’d be lying if I said some very dark, one-sided USUK isn’t a delicious indulgence sometimes. A slow build where Arthur can never see Alfred as anything other than his little boy, and that just drives Alfred crazy

Every time Arthur rebuffs him, every time he makes it clear that what Alfred wants will never happen, every time Arthur’s beautiful green eyes pass over Alfred and his gaze wanders to the damn frog, that love gets darker, more twisted. Becomes tinged with obsession, gets tangled up with Alfred’s ego, gradually starts to morph into something terrifying

Arthur wouldn’t budge no matter what Alfred tried: the old man is one of the most stubborn nations to ever live. So, Alfred had to change focus or go mad. In the end he’d start to wonder if Arthur’s cooperation is really necessary at all. Does someone need to give consent when you’re obviously only doing what’s totally best for them? Does like, a firefighter need permission to rescue people? No, of course not! Arthur is so lonely, so unhappy, and he has been for years and years. Centuries, even millenia. Alfred is a hero. He’s the hero. What kind of hero would leave a poor, hurting soul to suffer when he has exactly what they need? When he is exactly what they need?

He’s the greatest country in the world! Everyone loves America. If they don’t, then there’s just something wrong with them

Arthur can will learn to love him! And the way Alfred wants this time. The right way! He just needs persuasion. Just needs to see Alfred is right

Alfred is always right. He’s the strongest, he’s the world’s hero, he’s pure and good. So everything he does is good, right? A hero can’t be bad

And if anyone objects, it won’t matter. Because soon they’ll see how happy Arthur is and they’ll realize it was all a big, silly misunderstanding. And even if they don’t, it still doesn’t matter because Alfred is America. Arthur raised him to be strong, so strong. Arthur was always proud of how strong Alfred became, even if he rarely said it while sober. Now Alfred will use that strength to save Arthur from himself. He’ll be happy, so, so happy with the new life Alfred will give him

Alfred is America. The leader of the free world. America always asks first, America is good and fair. And because he’s good and fair, he doesn’t let unfairness stand in any form. And Arthur was unfair to him. So Alfred is totally justified in his actions. Absolutely, positively. He asks, but also takes when he gets a wrong answer. Arthur gave a wrong answer. So now, Alfred will take

(Hope you enjoyed my ramblings. This scenario has two potential endings: first, the very dark one where the USA attacks the UK, Arthur is brutally overpowered, body and soul, and all the will to resist is crushed out of him. In the end perhaps even losing his identity as a nation and becoming Alfred’s 51st state. Totally repressed and utterly treasured: America’s pride and joy, the star that shines brightest on his flag. All the other nations were too terrified to object just as predicted, and Alfred now lives a life of ecstasy. Everything turned out perfect, and he gets exactly what he wants. Just like he always knew he would. From sea to shining sea, God bless America

Or, alternatively, a sudden shocking swerve happy ending where the other nations do step up, despite the risk, and give Alfred a big old “fuck you” when he starts his antics. They band together to keep their tantrum throwing superpower neighbor at arm’s length away from Arthur across the Atlantic. Because even Alfred couldn’t fight them all at once. And a narcissistic, unstable nation declaring war on a long held ally just for being romantically scorned has shown Alfred to be a danger to the whole world. Extra salt in the wound when the nightmare pushes Arthur and Francis together and finally gets them to admit their centuries held feelings for each other. From the threat of forced USUK comes sweet, consensual FrUK. As they (absolutely don’t) say in France: le go fuck yourself, America. Also don’t talk to me or my new husband ever again)

I think this ask was from like four months ago anon TT REGARDLESS here we go. I’ve been rereading a lot of old favorites and reading other’s recent opinions, so this is just me adding my salt

At the heart of usuk is fear of stagnation. America and England are two constantly busy individuals, who thrive at the center of attention (which they usually are). I cannot stand fanfics with nothing but soft smiles and lovey-dovey platitudes because that’s just not how they’re relationship is. Antagonizing each other, the constant tightrope between prideful facades and dropping all pretense, of crying. Neither man cry all that often- like genuinely cry with those ugly sobs and swollen eyes and choking breaths.

Alfred is obsessed with himself. Is clever when he listens, and undigesting and dismissive when he more often isn’t. He acts on what he believes. Unfourtanatly he’s awful good at convincing himself “confident truths”, at denying himself the freedom of vulnerability, even when it’s safe. “It’s lonely at the top” would be a popular mantra, he won’t deign to admit faults, because if he does he will have to do something about it. Cuz he acts on what he believes. Thus, one-night-stands are his best bet. If he has a crush he’ll immediately jump on them for sex - Alfred prides himself on grabbing what he wants at the soonest opportunity.

Arthur is also obsessed with himself, but values his innate understanding of himself as a opposed to Alfred’s blind self-romanticism. He knows exactly what he thinks, England doesn’t hesitate to understand his own motives and thus his actions are calculated.

Gerita is the anthem of this fandom. You couldn't like it, but at least you should show them respect, because Hetalia is possible in any way, thanks to them. So yes, GerIta fan in here! I consider them one of the most nice, romantic and imaginable couple in all the story. They really deserved each other.

Ludwig is sensitive and protective and Feli maybe seems weak, but he has a strong personality to stand someone as Germany, with all his strict behaviours and insecurities. He gives comfort and in a way Feli is the whole world to Lud.

And...

Ok, this is the moment when maybe I'll lost some friendships )?. I don't like UsUk at all. The only way I can stand them is when they're in the father/son dinamics, or Atlantic bros #, like a family. I can enjoy some good art about them, of course; they're amazing artist who do them together. And the aesthetic in the Cardverse is very nice, but as a romantic couple whose only love have been always the other one, is kind of nonsense to me. I can understand the the affection and the historical reasons, maybe... but my OTP is EngPort, so as they have stronger historical reasons, you can do the math XD.

I'm not closed to some poly casual ships tho, but nothing permanent.

Besides, I don't like how most usuk fans picture Arthur, as a twink. I know this is part of the fetish stuff, but my own libido goes to zero. I prefer punk Arthur, a king, a moterf**** king who conquered the world once. I do enjoy bottomed-Arthur, but with his own pride.
