Juni Taisen hcs 👀

Rubs my hands together evilly- OK SO! You're getting Nezumi hcs since you didnt specifiy and i have the most for him- ranging from small ones to like. Story changing ones in no particular order

He has freckles all over- they're super faint and are most visible in the summer

He's severely touch repulsed- the idea of a hug or even holding hands with someone disgusts him- Bonus hc: Ushii is extremely oh so painfully touch starved and Usagi is so clingy he'll hug as a greeting

AroAce but hasn't realized it yet. Hasnt really had the time to sit down and figure it out with the whole being a warrior thing

He was in color guard in middle school for a single week (this is flavor text from an old fic i write in 2020 that makes me oddly happy)

Counts his steps when stressed (no clue where this one came from tbh)

Uses his ability to do stupid impulse things and then delete the timeline where he did stupid impulse things to continue going about his day- at least a single death in the Juni Taisen was because of this /j

"So how was your date?" Inonoshishi asked Ushii and Tora with a smug smirk as they drank tea.

Tora gave an annoyed huff when she said, "It was'a mission, NOT a date. 'Sides, we're just friends in'case ya forgot."

Inonoshishi smirk when she pulled her phone out, tapped it a few times, before she asked as she put the volume on max, "Oh, so this wasn't you Ushii was talking to, Tora?"

That was when all the Warriors heard what Inonoshishi recorded on her phone. The Warrior of the Boar had quite a smirk on her face. Tora nearly spat her tea out when she heard Ushii's recorded voice emitting from Boar's phone.

"Do not worry, the mission is not going to take long... ... I am aware and I have already planned accordingly... ... Oh? When have I not kept a promise to you?" Ushii's voice clearly emitted from the Boar's phone, but judging by the one-sided conversation, it sounded like the Inonoshishi recorded the Warrior of the Ox talking on his own phone.

The recoding continued, "*Chuckles* Do not pretend you did not enjoy that... ... I thought as much, but that aside, we will meet at our designated time. Okay, Kitten?"

With that the recording ended.

Inonoshishi had a very satisfied look on her face when she said smugly, "Well? What do you have to say about this?"

"Oooooo, Ushii and Tora are dating?" Snake taunted cheerfully.

Dragon quickly added, "Who've thought they'd get together? *Snickers* Ore-sama wins the bet!"

Niwatori puffed her cheeks when she said, "Boo! Couldn't you two wait until the Christmas Party to get caught!"

Inonoshishi then said in that smug tone, "But seriously, not really creative with the whole "Kitten" petname. I mean, come on, it's too obvious and I expected a better petname from the Genius of Slaughter."

"Totally uncreative," the twins agreed with a smirk.

That was when Niwatori chimed in, "Even I could come up with a better petname than "Kitten", it just doesn't suit Tora."

Tora glanced at Ushii, who's bangs currently obstructed his eyes, before she stood up and said, "All I'm going to say is that it wasn't me Ushii-san was talking to and that it's been nice knowing ya." With that Tora left the room, closely followed by Sharyu, Nezumi, Hitsujii, and Uuma. Usagi looked between the two groups before he looked at Ushii. The albino noticed something that actually scared him, so he quickly followed the leaving Warriors.

Inonoshishi, Niwatori, Dragon, and Snake blinked in confusion before they finally noticed the killing aura that was emitting from the Warrior of the Ox.

Before any of the remaining Warriors could make a break for the only exit, Ushii blocked it with his faithful sword in hand. WIth an murderous gleam in his eyes, the Warrior of the Ox then stated in an eerily calm tone, "Not only did you easedrop on someone else's convertaion, but you also recorded it and shared it with the others without my concent."

Inonoshishi tried to draw her semi-automatics, but Ushii quickly sliced through them as if he was cutting a piece of paper. Now this positively frightened the remaining Warriors.

"Now," Ushii said as he took a step forward before adding, "How about I deal the appropriate punishment for that and while we are on that topic, how about I also add a little extra punishment for making fun of my "creativeity" too."

Nezumi: "So, how long have you guys known about Ushii's lover?"

Tora: "Meh, a while. Saw him smiling at a text he got, but didn't say anything 'cause, well, it a'nt my busness and I figured he'd tell us when he's ready."

Usagi: "Oh, Ushii has a lover? Aww that's nice. Hope we can meet them one day and be their friend!"

Sharyu: "I know I would like that, but I think it might take longer after what happened back there..."

Uuma: "... Should we be worried about..."

Hitsujii: "They'll live."

Later.

"I smell blood, did something happen?" Dotsuku asked.

Ushii smiled softly at the Dog when he said, "Nothing of importants, Kitten." Dotsuku's cheeks turned pink at the petname. Ushii then gave the Dog a kiss on his cheek before nuzzling his neck, causing Dotsuku to let out a soft purr.

Ive watched the anime and that was some good shit right there. the mix of 3-D and 2-D animation is wonderful too! I would love to know how the 12 would treat their recently transitioned or in transition S/O because I hear “trans rights” coming from them

Inounoshishi

Dating Inounoshishi while transiting is actually ideal

Not only does she support you and whatever gender you want to be, but mama has money and is going to pay for it

You're her darling, why wouldn't she pay to keep you happy?

She's also going to take you shopping. She loves shopping and the idea of getting you a whole new wardrobe is to good.

Just be nice and say thank you, and show how much you appreciate her

Honestly? She never got to figure out who she really was/is as a person since she was always trying to please her parents. Seeing you figure out/announcing who you really are is really motivating for her.

Dotsuku

Doesn't have a problem with it.

May occasionally slip up on your pronouns, but always corrects himself immediately. After a week? Doesn't mess up again

Dog. Loyal. He's not about to let something like you being who you really are affect what he thinks of you.

Added bonus: His daughter just rolls with it. Kids aren't as stupid as people make them out to be. If you used to be a princess/prince, you're now the opposite. The real question is, what kind of super hero cape do you want?

Dostuku will help with your medical bills. If doctors give you shit for it, the man has connections. He will find a good doctor who respects you and get your surgery (if you so choose) taken care of

Niwatori

The whole idea of being trans is a little confusing at first for her, but it takes about 000.1 seconds for her to decide it doesn't really matter?

Her whole life she's been a tool for the family, with you she's a person. In the end, no matter how you identify, as long as you still love her that's what matters?

Does a TON of research. She gets books, medical journals, ect. She uses her contacts to find doctors for you, and don't worry. Cost isn't an issue.

Anyone who tries anything just...vanishes. You know from that weird smile she gets she 110% had something to do with it

If you ever feel ad or dysphoric about your body, she's very supportive.

Sharyu

She already knew. She's very perceptive, and was just waiting for you to be comfortable telling her.

The most supportive.

Does whatever she can to make you comfortable. If you want new cloths, she'll shop with you. If you're to embarrassed to go to a store, she'll order online.

Never uses the incorrect pronouns for you.

Will put one of those little trans flags in the window of her apartment.

If there's a pride event, will go with you.

Arranges a good doctor for your transition when you're ready, and will go to appointments if you're nervous

Hitsujii

He's old, and has seen it all. He may be older, but he's not going to question it.

One of those "Whatever makes you happy" people

Doesn't understand a lot of surgery details and hormone stuff. He'll try to research it, but you may have to help him learn terminology. He does catch on fast

The idea of surgery freaks him out because he has no control. He’d help you, but he is going to be silently panicking on the inside

Uuma

Actually really cool with it? Just tell him you still love him. The first thing he worries about is that you’re going to become this amazing you, and the you that loved him wont love him anymore

Really supportive? Doesn’t know a lot about trans issues, but he tries

He will probably buy you anything with the trans flag on it. 

If you have surgery, he’s going to make sure only the BEST doctors do it

Listens when you talk if you have feelings to get out. It just makes him really happy you’re confiding in him

Takeyasu

Trans? Cool. Fine. Help him pull off this heist

He really doesn’t care, if you’re happy he’s fine with it? 

Actually brings up frogs that can change their gender, and that there’s a species of lizards that reproduce without asexually. If reptiles do it, why can’t people?

Gives you money for surgery if you wanna get it. Worries through the entire thing, but only Nagayuki knows about his brother internal freak out

Also, shopping spree. Criminal shopping spree. grab and RUN

Has trouble using the correct pronouns, but tries really hard and corrects himself. 

Nagayuki

He already knew way before you told him. He’s perceptive, smart, and also finds your online content. Really, he was just waiting for you to tell him yourself

Probably gets you a tray of cupcakes with the frosting colored with the trans flag colors. He likes snacks, any excuse to get snacks and make you happy? Killing two birds with one stone

Master of your pronouns and possibly your new name

You know how hard it is to change your name? This dude hacks into the systems and does it in a night. 

Helps you get surgery if you want it. Not emotional about it, but will hold your hand if you want him to. 

Ushii

Help him. He doesn’t understand trans when you first bring it up, but when you explain it clicks

Now he is fully on board and ready

While he can’t keep up with a lot of LGBTQ+ terms, he supports you and what makes you happy. You want to be the gender you’ve always wanted? No problem. Just tell him what he needs to do

Has fought someone who purposely misgendered you before. 

Will take you shopping if you’d like

You want surgery? He knows people. Honestly? He’s so well known that the doctors are volunteering to make sure it gets done properly.

Never once messes up your pronouns.

Tora

She’s seen so much on the battlefield that when you tell her, she’s not that concerned. It’s great that you trust her, and she will support you but...You’re not going to leave her, right? 

Cuzz she loves you with all her heart and if someone like you can become every more yourself (and therefor more amazing) why would you stay with a screw up like her?

After she gets past her insecurities, Tore is very supportive of you

Has punched a guy in the face for being rude to you. Maye have started a street brawl over it, it’s fine. She won.

Surgery freaks her out no matter what is it, but she’s going to be there if you want it. She may just cry when you can’t see her. What if something goes wrong???

It wont and you’re fine but you wake up and she’s crying like a BABY

Usagi

This...is kind of a disaster? Not in the way you’re thinking

He gets all your pronouns right, and quickly is VERY excited to call you his new girl/boy friend. 

But uh...people may die...A lot of people

If he notices that people give you weird looks, they’re dead. He will FIGHT and MURDER people who are transphobic (but what’s the loss really?)

Loves to shop with you, and tries to pull things he thinks you’d like (probably kills people there too, RIP)

If you want the surgery, you have to do the research. Usagi doesn’t get it. HOWEVER he will help pay...sort of

“It’s expensive”

“Will this cover it?” Proceeds to pull out diamonds and gold bars, and...is that a rare species of monkey? WHERE DID HE GET A MONKEY?

How do you even exchange that for money?

Imagine going to pride with Usagi. 

Snuggling with Usagi if you have body dysphoria. Him not really understanding everything but 110% being willing to support you. 

Neuzmi

Already knew. Not a huge deal for him. 

Supportive, but really casual about it

He’s great with pronouns, and does use his ability a lot to try and make sure he doesn’t say something to make you uncomfortable

always quick to apologize if he does.

The Tiger Queen.

How did Ushii get into this mess?

Right now, he was standing in the middle of the daycare that Dotsuku worked at.

Why was he here?

Well, to be fair, Ushii was at fault for this situation. Long story short, the Warrior of the Ox accidentally dislocated one of Dotsuku's shoulders in a non-combative situation, so Ushii offered to help the Warrior of the Dog out until his shoulder got better.

What Ushii DID NOT expect was to be helping out at Dotsuku's Day Job... Or even knew that the other warrior even HAD a day job, let alone one that involved kids. The Dog Warrior already locked up the Ox Warrior's sword so the kids didn't get ahold of it. To be fair, Ushii thought Dotsuku's Day Job was going to be something more along the lines of fighting, so he brought his sword. The Ox Warrior was rather surprised that the Dog Warrior was a natural when it came to kids.

"Mister Ushii!" one of the kids said as he walked up to the tall man, before asking, "Can you tell us a story?" That was when all of the kids started chanting "Story! Story!"

Ushii cast a glance at Dotsuku for some kind of help, but he was making snacks for everyone. It was probably going to take a while since he could only use one arm...

"What kind of story would all of you like to hear?" Ushii asked, trying to get a better idea of what he could say.

"Something with fighting!" "No! Something with adventure!" "Princess story!" "Ew! No! No yucky love stuff!"

'These children are all over the place...' Ushii thought. He didn't know any stories that had all of what the children were suggesting... But maybe...

Ushii placed a hand to his chin and said, "Perhaps the story of "The Tiger Queen" will appeal to all of you."

All of the little children looked up at Ushii in confusion, blinked, and asked, "What's that about?"

Ushii gave the children a soft smile and said, "I shall tell you."

In a thick forest, a clan of special tigers lived.

You see, some of these tigers had the ability to turn into people. While these tigers are in their human forms, they still had all of their natural power and senses. Usually, the tigers who could turn into humans could only do so after they reach 8-years-old.

However, one day, there was one tiger that was actually born in human form.

The Tigers were confused by this. The little tiger cub looked like a human with orange hair, but she smelled like a tiger. She cried out like a newborn tiger, had fangs like a tiger, and had claws of a tiger. So, they raised her like they would any other tiger. They had also named her Tora.

Five years after Tora was born, the adult tigers started to notice something about her. She seemed stronger and faster than the other cubs her age. She was winning all the races she was in and beating all the other cubs that were easily twice her size in play-fighting. It was obvious that little Tora had a lot of potentials.

As time went on, Tora not only grew stronger and faster but also grew smarter. All thanks to the elder tigers' teachings. She learned how to stalk prey, how to hide from the other animals, and how to use the environment to her advantage.

This proven most useful because the tiger clan was facing a new threat to their forest. Hunters.

The Hunters upset the balance of the forest. They killed more prey than necessary, they cut down a good number of healthy trees, and they destroyed plants that fed the prey. The Hunters were killing the forest! The Tiger Clan's home!

Yes, the Tiger Clan tried to stop these Hunters. They wanted to kill the Hunters, but the Law of the Forest says that you must eat what you kill, so the Tigers had to eat the Hunters they killed. However, these Hunters did not taste very good, they were not very meaty and they tasted like copper. None of the Tigers liked the taste of the Hunters.

So the Tigers tried driving the Hunters away from their forest, but the Hunters would not leave.

Having enough of the Hunters killing their prey and destroying their home, the Tora, who was now a fully fledged adult, thought up a plan. A plan that would hopefully get rid of the Hunters while still following the Rules of the Forest.

So Tora went to put this plan into motion.

She easily found a group of three Hunters, they were terrible at hiding.

She extended her claws and struck when one of the Hunters got within range. She sliced through Hunter's side. Before the other two Hunters could react, she sliced through them too. The Hunters panicked, even more so when Tora let out a thunderous roar.

With that, the Hunters fled, Making their injuries worse.

All according to Tora's plan.

Because of the open injuries the Hunters had, the smell of blood attracted other predators.

Thanks to Tora's plan, the Hunters started leaving the forest.

And afterward, the forest began healing. Yes, all of the predators of the forest had to limit how often they hunted their prey, but they still thrived.

It didn't take that much longer for Tora to become the new leader of the Tiger Clan.

"The end," Ushii said, ending the story.

The kids were unusually quiet, attentively listening to the story. At least until Dotsuku told everyone that it was snack time. This, in turn, caused all of the kids to cheer and rush towards the tables to eat the snacks.

Dotsuku walked over towards Ushii and asked, "So how much of that story did you make up on the spot?"

"The whole thing," Ushii said honestly.

Dotsuku was impressed by that when he said, "Well, now, if you ever get tired of fighting, you can always be a storyteller." Ushii took that as a compliment, at least he thought it was a compliment. Dotsuku gave the Ox Warrior a snaggle-tooth smile when he asked, "You don't mind if I tell my daughter that Tiger Queen story?"

Now Ushii was stunned. "You have a daughter?" was all the Ox Warrior could say.

The floor is lava

The twins warriors, known for their pranks, constantly try to mess with the other warriors, either with pranks or challenges, being one of their latest trends is the "floor is lava" challenge.

With Nezumi, being the youngest of them all, it could either be an awesome idea as he didn't expect the spontaneous ideas from the twins or a boring idea if he had already known about what was happening.

When the Snake and the Dragon sneaked up to the Rat's room and shouted "The floor is lava" the only answer they got from the Rat was a disapproval stare before he went back to his sleep, turning around on his bed to turn his back to them.

Trying a new target, they had thought about targeting Ox but much like the Rat, they would probably just get another cold glare so they immediately passed to the third zodiac, the Tiger.

Yet, this turn the twins were taught a valuable lesson: Never sneak up to any cat-like creature.

When they had barged in the room Tora was in, screaming at the louder they could "The floor is lava", they weren't expecting to find her painting her nails, being totally focused on her work and not being expecting the challenge.

Well, if they had something to say, it was clear the Tiger had won when, in shock, she jumped, leaving all of the nail polish falls to the ground, along with painting a small straw of her ginger hair in black from the polish, and with her nails she clutched herself into the ceiling out of instinct.

The twins didn't even have time to apologize or say anything before Tora start hissing at them and even faster than they could blink, her sharp claws were being pointed at them as soon as she was out of the ceiling, making them run away to save their lives.

Usagi, despite being the first one that didn't turn them down or tried to kill them, he was in fact pretty excited to see them like always but...

"No, it's not." He simply replied, after looking at the floor with confusion. How could the floor be lava? That was silly. Weren't they supposed to die if that was the case? And fire wasn't really his favorite thing as it hurt his friends "But if you're warning me, thank you. My friends don't like fire."

So, total count: four fails and only one attempt of murder in between them; so far so good.

Uuma, the Horse warrior, was also not one for pranks, that was for sure. Every time they tried some type of pranks the answer would always be the same: Broken glass everywhere as the warrior would always be in his office practicing his hobby.

With the warriors of the Sheep and the Dog, the story was finally different, not with the warriors themselves, of course as they looked at them like they were idiots, but the children they took care were always excited to see them as they would always participate in everything the twins told. The result? Broken stuff, lots of laughter and the other two warriors making empty promises of locking the doors to them.

The Boar and the Chicken would also have similar answers to the twins pranks: they would either end with smacks on their head or being chased by a group of every bird that was on the surroundings, none of the females having the patience for the jokes.

With Sharyu, being the kind soul she is, often tried to keep up with them and even if she didn't understand what was happening, she would try to make the two happy. Also, if they were distracting the warriors, she was also stopping them from making any robberies or hurting persons.

By the end of the day, the twins would always reach in the same conclusion:

Aside from them, none of the warriors has any sense of humor.

Nezumi’s wish

I just finished the last episode of Juuni Taisen - Zodiac Wars. I have to say I have mixed feelings, I'm not saying I did not like and did like the episode - I loved it. But let me go part by part of how I felt, so spoilers in case you wanna see it with your own eyes

I liked the fact that they showed us, not only Nezumi's life after the Juuni Taisen, but everyone's wishes, or almost everyone.

I felt that Inonoshishi was still lying, because of her father she was never able to be honest, not even with herself, so her wish may not be what she really wanted but she cannot help that

For Dotsuku I felt it was a great descicion to show us his background this episode because you could feel the connection between his life and Nezumi (I will explain that later) and I have to say I felt complete seeing him as a father

I still do not know if Niwatori was honest or not, but if she was then I felt bad for her in a way I'd like her to have a normal life, she did not choose the life of a warrior

Oh god, Sharyu, I have to be honest, I was dying to know about her plan but we will never know it. She knew peace may be a dream but she fought for it. I also feel bad for her boyfriend, he jsut wanted to have a happy life with her and she wanted to give him a paceful life at all costs

Hitsuji, being the old man he is, of course he would wish for youth, considering his last wish, he would love to spent more time with his granddaughter, it’s an understandable wish

We knew Uma was insecure about himself so he wanted the talent or be confident about himself, having as a role model Ushii: The perfect warrior. I didn’t feel a real conection with him, I just felt sorry for him

Tatsumi brothers, the characters I didn’t expect I’d love this much. We got two episodes of background and I’m thankful for that, but seeing this last episode I felt I really don’t know them. ‘We want money’ That’s what they said, but when Nezumi talked to them in private they both said that the other twin didn’t mean that, they just see it as a way to kill time and not being bored, so, what did they really want? But I have to admit I felt happy when Tatsumi Ani got mad at Ushii when he killed his brother, I felt that brotherly love at the battlefield

Usagi, the character that will have mixed opinions. Yeah, he was this chaotic character, the mysterious guy that everyone was dying to know about him but we didn’t get a backstory; I have to say I’m thankful for that, why? Because having a character like him is hard to give him a backstory that everyone would like or understand. Leaving him as a chaotic character instead of a bad or dissapointing story seems the best option for me. This last episode, oh god, my heart broke when he told Nezumi he wanted to be friends with every person in the world. He seems like a lonely person, who wouldn’t be afraid of someone like him? Because of his power you can tell he doesn’t know how to act around people, what if his true wish was to ‘Be normal’ so he could have friends? But then again, we will never know

As Nezumi said, Tora was the only one who got her wished granted at the Juuni Taisen, the person she admired acknowledge her, but when she talked to Nezumi she meant her real wish was to have a life with Ushii? If it’s that, then her only wish if she won would be bringing him back to life, but how would he react? Would he go along with it? Or his pride as a warrior would be hurt?

Ushii, what was his wish? We didn’t get to see a backstory and I’m not counting Tora’s episode because we didn’t get to see how he became the warrior he is today. But I really liked his character, a true warrior and gentleman, someone everyone could admire

And now, the winner, Nezumi. If you get mad at his wish then I think you didn’t understand his character. Yeah he was someone without ambissions or wishes, but I can understand that. His power allows him to see 100 different paths, he knows what will happen if he does this or that, why would he bother in anything knowing the result? He experienced death 99 times, he experienced being rejected 100 times. When he started thinking about all the possible wishes he also thought about what would happen after that; he can’t help it! It’s his power. Remember when I mentioned him with Dotsuku? Well he thought everyone had one wish worth of be granted, everyone but him. He even thought if it was the right thing to win, to the point he would revive everyone, not only Sharyu, whose wish he liked. I felt his wish was the correct one: A 15yo boy, who was sent to a battlefield, experienced death 99 times; wishing to forget everything was a good dessicion for him and no one else. If he really was an inmature character, his wish would be killing all of his classmates, but he knew it was dumb to wish that

tl;dr Nezumi did the right wish and I enjoyed this serie, I wish they animate part two

Miki, Sai, and Li-an looked at their friend Kenta when he said that. “What are you talking ‘bout?” Sai asked before taking a sip from his juice box. Kenta pointed at Michio-sensei and said “Look at his neck, he’s got another mark!” 

The group did. When Michio-sensei knelt down to pick up a discarded juice box, they saw more of his neck, and there was indeed a mark that wasn’t there a few days ago. It was a weird looking mark too. 

“It’s true! Sensei does have a mark on his neck!” Miki said softly, nibbling on her cookie. Li-an then asked “But... How did it get there?” Kenta folded his arms and said “I don’t know, but if someone’s hurting Sensei, they’re going to have to deal wit us.” Sai really wasn’t sure about what his buddy meant by Deal with Us, but what Sai did know was that he didn’t like the idea of someone hurting his favorite Sensei.  

When Michio brought the empty juice box to the front of the daycare the aide noticed the marks on his neck. “Oh? Looks like Someone had fun last night~” the aide teased Michio with a mischievous grin. The dog-man gave her a look and said “Watch what you say, they’ll hear you. And the last thing I want happening is for them to get the wrong idea again. I’m sure you remember what happened Last time.” The aide giggled and said “I remember, but you know they’re going to ask about those nice hickeys on your neck.” 

Michio rubbed the bruises on his neck. He really needs to talk to Eiji.

The next day, Kenta, Miki, Sai, and Li-an noticed that Michio-sensei had another mark. This time it was where his jaw met his neck. Michio kept rubbing it. The kids decided that they needed to do something, they didn’t want their sensei getting hurt. 

So, they asked him “Is someone hurting you?” Michio was surprised by the question but he quickly replied “No, no one is hurting me. But that person seems to be annoying me at the moment.” “Who?” the four children asked eagerly before Kenta asked “Is that person the one leaving those marks on your neck?” 

Michio’s ears twitched a bit and his cheeks turned pink before saying “Well... Yes, but he’s not hurting me.” 

The kids looked at each other in confusion. If this person wasn’t hurting their sensei... Then why was that person leaving marks on their sensei?

“Daddy!” 

Michio-sensei turned to the entranceway to see his 10-year-old daughter and Eiji standing there. The daycare teacher walked over to them as he asked why they were here. Eiji held out a bento box and said “You were in such a rush this morning, you have forgotten your lunch. We decided to drop it off on our way to school.” Michio’s cheeks really turned red, now that he’d just realized that his lover was right. 

Michio took the bento as he mumbled a “Thanks.” Eiji leaned over and pecked the dog-man’s cheek and said “You also forgot that.” Now Michio was really red. 

Mayu and Eiji said good-bye then left. Michio walked by the group of four to put his bento in his area. 

Miki looked at her friends and said “That man must be Sensei’s boyfriend.” Li-an then added “Yeah, yeah.” Sai put on a thinking face and said “Then he must be the person leaving those marks on Sensei’s neck.” That was when Kenta said “But it seems like he really loves Sensei... So why does he leave those weird marks on Sensei’s neck?” Now the little kids were really confused. 

Michio overheard their conversation with his sensitive hearing. He sighed, gave a wry smile, and thought ‘It’s not something you little ones should worry about until you’re older.’

Random Headcanon: Walking in High Heels

Inounoshishi

- Slays in heels, is that even a question? This woman could win a fist fight in three inch stilettos and look graceful doing it. 

- She probably was one of those unfortunate little girls that always had shoes that she could never scuff, and had a small heel to begin with. You know, the plastic kind that make you wanna die after 20 minutes as a kid

- Owns an ungodly amount of high heels. She does have some flats to rotate out for at home use, so she doesn’t shorten her achilles tendon from wearing high heels so much

- Will never admit her favorite shoes are actually a pair of Birkenstocks she keeps hidden in her room 

Dotsuku

- Is the kinda guy who says it’s “probably not that hard to walk in them”, then falls immediately (his pride is hurt, please don’t laugh at him (but do it anyway))

- Can only do his normal boots. Anything else and it’s over. RIP

- Immediately had more respect for people who wear high heels after trying them himself

- Thinks they’re stupid, whoever invented them should be punched.

- Has a small fear his daughter will someday want a pair and hurt herself. Only buys her comfortable shoes because of this

Niwatori

- Wears them when she has to, not her favorite thing. 

- Does really well in them, but probably couldn’t do cartwheels

- Flat and comfortable shoes are better

- Probably secretly complains about them after wearing them for to long

Sharyu

- Please don’t make her wear them. Please. She begs you

-Only can wear small heels for a short amount of time, has maybe ONE pair of wedges

- DAMN IT WHERE ARE HER BOOTS!?

- Will not wear them on anything other than flat even surfaces. No she will not go on the cobblestone. Barefoot it is.

Hitsujii

- Surprisingly okay in heels

- In his younger day he could probably stomach them, but as an odler man his friggin’ KNEES

- Loves sensible heels on women on special occasions

- The good gentleman who will never judge someone who would rather have flats at a fancy place instead of heels

- Pisses him off when you wear heels at weird times. 10/10 judging both Toshiko and Usagi for their choice in footwear while fighting

Uuma

- Let’s be real, this gentle giant would fall just trying to stand. 

- Might be okay in a wedge, but he already drank his respect juice and doesn’t need to be subjected to heels to admire everyone and anyone who wears them

- If he had to for some weird reason, band aids. Lots of band aids. He would fall and hurt all over himself

- He’s the kind of guy that if he’s dating someone that wears them, he’d always have flats in his car/on his person just in case.

Takeyasu

- Bro this dude is short and will hide it hell or high water ( 164 cm, about 5′ 3″)

- In canon he wears boots with a heel. Please don’t point it out, he’s sensitive and will set you on fire

- Probably found a pair as a kid and wore them to be taller than his brother, it lasted for five seconds before his brother decided to fly in the air, the jerk. 

- While he wears them on a regular basis, probably couldn’t do stilettos or a heel that’s really narrow. He’d roll his ankle. 

Nagayuki

- Also smol bean

- Not as reactionary about his height, but also wears boots to try and hide it a little. 

- He can fly bro, at any point he can MAKE himself higher than you. Fight him. 

- Would probably be okay wearing a narrow heel, but would fall on uneven surfaces

Usagi

- KING OF THE HIGH HEEL

- Never has bothered him to wear them, or at least he doesn’t let on to it. Catch him at the gym working out in them. Not only is her fitter than you, but he’s better coordinated

- Could walk a wire in the shoes, let’s be honest. He’s got skills

- Could walk in the most ridiculous shoes possible. 

Tora

- Does really well in heels

- Also more comfortable in a thick heel. She’s good, but not red bottom shoe good

- Also likes that it makes her taller. She’s about 5′. Let her have this. Please. 

- Comfort is a priority. She’d honestly ditch them if they hurt to bad. 

Ushii

- You’d think he’s be amazing but he’s more...okay ish?

- He can do it, but he’s gonna have blisters

- Don’t make him walk on the cobblestone. He can do it but he may stumble. Let him hold your arm. 

- But damn do his legs look good. May wear them for a short time, just to prove he can

Nezumi

- Already has a slight heel in canon

- Surprisingly good at this??? How???

-Hates it, burning passion hates it, but can do it.

-No one knows how but he’s a natural?

-Will still get blisters though, and complain the whole time

"GUYS! GUYS! GUYS! GUYS!" Niwatori shouted happily as she stormed into the living room, where 10 of the 11 other Juuni Taisen Warriors were just hanging out.

Ushii was sitting on the couch reading a book. Sharyū and Nezumi were playing chess. The Twins were cleaning their weapons. Uuma was making a Ship-in-a-Bottle. Hitsuji was playing a game on his phone. Usagi was playing with a couple of bunnies that he, erm, "Found" recently. Tora was painting her nails. Inounoshishi was texting her lovers.

"Guess what I found out!!!" Niwatori said excitedly, jumping up and down as she did.

Ushii kept his eyes on his book when he asked, "Did you hack into the Juuni Taisen's data-bank again?"

This caused Niwatori to stop jumping, a guilty look appeared on her face, and she then said meekly, "Umm, well... Kinda... *Now in back in an excited tone*. But that's not the point! I found out when Dotsuku's birthday is!"

This got everyone's attention.

Hitsuji paused his game before looking up and asked, "You hacked into the data-bank for that? You know Dotsuku's going spike your meal with some nasty poison when he finds out before the next time it's his turn to cook."

Niwatori's feathers furrowed when she said, "Oh come on, don't tell me you guys aren't itching to know when Dotsuku's birthday is?"

Ushii closed his book, stood up, and started walking out.

Tora watched the Ox leave when she asked, "Where ya goin'?"

Ushii glanced at the Tiger and stated, "Dotsuku has made it obviously clear that he wishes to keep his personal life separate from us, and I respect him enough to not to pry. Therefore, I am removing myself from the immediate location to respect his wishes." With that, the Warrior of the Ox walked out of the living room.

Sharyū moved a piece when she said, "I kind of agree with Ushii-san. If Dotsuku-san doesn't want us to know anything about his personal life, just let it be. He'll tell us when he's ready or wants to. If you're planning on doing what I think your planning on doing, making a surprise birthday party for him is going to be a bad idea. Check."

Nezumi looked at the board before saying, "Besides, aren't we trying to get Dotsuku-san to open up to us? Pretty sure a surprise birthday party will undo all the progress that we're already made. *Moves his Knight* Check."

Tora then vocalized, "They got a point, ya'know."

Niwatori puffed her cheeks when she said, "Spoilsports."

Later... Niwatori found her conspirators for the planning of Dotsuku's surprise birthday party. The Twins, Inounoshishi, and Usagi (the Warrior of the Rabbit was more interested in being a closer friend to Dotsuku than the party) agreed to help the Warrior of the Chicken. While Uuma did wish them luck on their project, he didn't want to get involved planning. Dotsuku was a good cook and the Warrior of the Horse wanted to be able to eat what the Warrior of the Dog made without worrying about poison.

Now they had to do the most challenging part... Since Duodecuple found out that Niwatori hacked the Juuni Taisen's data-bank, he somehow managed to reset the entire system so she couldn't re-enter it. Therefore, they needed to get information from the source... Meaning they had to talk to Dotsuku...

How are they going to get the information they needed without tipping the Warrior of the Dog off about their plan?

~}i{ The Next Day }i{~

Dotsuku blew on his freshly brewed cup of coffee before taking a small sip to test the temperature. Right now he was just waiting for his next job assignment from the Juuni Taisen so he was staying at the building complex that the other lived at until then.

'I really need to figure out where Uuma gets the coffee,' Dotsuku thought as he sat at the table in the kitchen while slowly sipping the hot drink in hand.

While the Warrior of the Horse didn't talk much, he somehow knew where all the good stuff were located in the city.

Dotsuku set his coffee down as he picked up a newspaper. Before he could open the paper, the Warrior of the Dog smelt something. He groaned softly before saying loudly, "No, I will not go on a date with you and No, I am not interested in helping you with any of your lovers."

Inounoshishi was standing behind the Dog Warrior in the doorway.

She walked in as she asked, "Goodness, how do you always know that it's me?"

Dotsuku opened the newspaper when he said, "You're the only one here who has the audacity to spray way too much perfume on your person." He was NOT going to get into an argument over how awful the perfume smelled because the Dog Warrior wanted to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and read the paper for a bit before his next mission.

Inounoshishi gave a proud smile as she sat across from the Warrior of the Dog and asked, "Say Dotsuku, what do you get a guy who has a big dog?"

Dotsuku growled as he held the newspaper higher to block his view of the Warrior of the Boar and snapped, "I believe you were told about NOT using sexual innuendoes inside the building or around the kid and Rabbit."

Inounoshishi huffed in annoyance before saying, "Why did you assume that I was using innuendoes?"

"Cus you usually do," Dotsuku stated plainly in an annoyed tone. He just wanted to relax and read.

Inounoshishi scoffed and stated, "Okay, okay, I usually do, but I wasn't this time. I met this hot guy and he has this big dog that he adores and I figured that the best way to get him to join my herm is through his dog."

Dotsuku raised a brow when he looked over the newspaper and asked, "And you're asking me about this because?"

With a smug smile, Inounoshishi said, "Well, you ARE a big dog, are you not?"

Dotsuku scowled as buried his nose back into the newspaper and snapped, "Then ask a dog expert. I only have canine attributes, NOT the interest of them, Pigs-for-Brains." He took a sip of his coffee, trying to ignore the Boar's pestering questions about dogs.

Lucky for the Warrior of the Dog, his mission came in as soon as he finished his coffee and he was glad to leave. 'What the hell is wrong with that Pig?' Dotsuku thought as he placed his coffee cup in the sink and left. The Warrior of the Dog sighed and thought, 'On second thought, I think I'm better of not knowing.'

Inounoshishi 'tisk' as soon as Dotsuku was out of hearing range. She didn't get anything she could use for the party.

~}i{ Niwatori's Turn }i{~

"Neh, neh, Dotsuku-san~," Niwatori chined cheerfully, making sure to get the Warrior of the Dog's attention as they headed towards the Juuni Taisen Building.

"What could you possibly want now Birdbrain?" Dotsuku snapped in an annoyed tone. They'd just finished their mission and the Warrior of the Dog really wanted to grab a cup of coffee and relax a bit before heading home. Dotsuku really didn't want to deal with the noisy bird right now.

That was when Niwatori sprung her plan into action, "Neh, neh, I won a free cake cupon at a nice bakery."

Dotsuku rolled his eyes, kept his back to the Chicken Warrior, and said in an unamused tone, "Good for you."

Niwatori puffed her cheeks before saying, "I can choose any kind of cake I want, but I can only pick one flavor."

Dotsuku growled and said, not really changing his tone, "So?"

"Listen first!" Niwatori whined a bit before saying, "I can only pick one flavor, but I can't choose just one flavor, they're all so~ yummy in their own way~." The Chicken Warrior made sure to add a smidge of drama to make it seem like she was being her usual self.

"Again, so?" Dotsuku said without much care.

Niwatori puffed her cheeks again before saying, "Oh, come on. They're all delicious, I can't just pick one."

Dotsuku growled a bit before turning towards the Warrior of the Chicken and saying, "Are you admitting that you're incapable of making personal choices?"

Niwatori turn pink before saying, "Th-that's not true! I just happen to like a lot of flavors! That's all!"

Dotsuku rolled his eyes as he turned away and stated sarcastically, "Sure, sure."

Niwatori now went with her plan B. She smirked when she said, "Come on, there are so many good things about a lot of flavors. Vanilla may be simple but it is amazingly good when it is used right. Strawberry is deliciously sweet and refreshing. Chocolate is just a wonderful flavor that is beloved by the entire world. Red velvet just melts in your mouth with each bite. Cookies and cream is a delicious crunchy bite with each mouthful. Oooh, and then there is the yummy flavor of mochi!"

Dotsuku rolled his eyes again when he said, "That's nice, now just pick one and you can get your cake."

Niwatori puffed her cheeks, yet again, before she said, "Oh, come on, how can I pick just one out of all these amazing flavors? Besides, I was thinking about getting a nice big cake to share~." She was hoping to at least get him to slip up and drop a hint about his favorite flavor.

Finally seeing the point where he was to split with the Chicken Warrior, Dotsuku said as he waved her off without turning towards her, "That's your problem. And asked Tweedledee and Tweedledum to have some of the cake with you, I doubt they'll say no." With that, he left without ever giving Niwatori a glance.

The Warrior of the Chicken really puffed her cheeks out in annoyance this time. She didn't get any information she could use for the surprise birthday party.

~}i{ Dragon and Snake's Turn }i{~

"Yo, Puppy!" Dragon shouted through the Juuni Taisen living building the moment he saw the Warrior of the Dog.

Dotsuku growled in annoyance before taking a sip of his coffee. That was when Dragon and Snake plopped themselves in a pair of chairs across the table from the Dog Warrior. 'Why are all the annoyances pestering me today?' Dotsuku wondered to himself.

Snake slid a questionnaire towards Dotsuku. The Warrior of the Dog glanced at the piece of paper, raised a brow, and looked at the Twins. That was when Dragon stated in a matter-of-fact tone, "Some rich dude is having a trivia contest with a sweet grand prize."

Snake then added, "You're smart, right? Something like this should be easy for you."

Dotsuku narrowed his eyes at the twins and asked, "And you two aren't doing this yourself, because?"

The twins then said in unison, "The trivia isn't in our specialties."

"And why would I even bother with this trivia for you two?" Dotsuku asked in an unamused tone.

"How about a piece of the grand prize if we win?" Dragon said with a smirk.

Dotsuku raised a brow before looking over the questionnaire. The Warrior of the Dog picked up at a nearby pen and started writing on the questionnaire. The twins gave each other a quick "Got'im" glance before turning their attention back on the Warrior of the Dog.

Once Dotsuku finished the questionnaire, he slid it back to the duo and said that he'll see them tomorrow before leaving.

Dragon and Snake quickly looked over at the questionnaire that they had carefully constructed in order to pull personal information from the Warrior of the Dog subliminally. When they read the sheet, they realized that Dotsuku answered the bare minimum of their questions and somehow avoided leaving personal preferences. At the end of the questionnaire, the Warrior of the Dog wrote: "Not falling for this stupid crap Tweedledee and Tweedledum."

The Twins looked at each other. How'd Dotsuku know what they were trying to do?

~}i{ Usagi's Turn }i{~

Ummm... Long story short, Usagi forgot about questioning Dotsuku when the two raided a lab with a lot of animal test subjects. Lots of cute, innocent, little bunnies that needed new loving homes.

Yeah, to say Usagi forgot about the questioning was an understatement...

~}i{ Next Day }i{~

Niwatori and Inounoshishi were frustrated. They had no information for their surprised birthday party. Usagi, meanwhile, was making new bunny homes for his new 'Little Friends'.

"Hey, hey, chill out," Dragon stated as he lounged on the couch before adding, "So we didn't get any info yesterday, we can always try again today."

Snake was lounging on the opposite end of the couch when he said, "Yeah, we just need to be a little more subtle about our information gathering."

Niwatori's feathers ruffled when she said, "Well, we gotta get the information fast! The birthdate is coming up and we need to get started!"

"Started on what?"

Everyone but Usagi froze and slowly turned towards the doorway to see Dotsuku standing there.

"Started on... Our preparations for our next mission!" Niwatori cheerfully made up on the spot.

Dotsuku raised a brow in a way that showed that he didn't really believe what the Chicken Warrior was saying.

Snake twisted his body to get a bit more comfortable and asked the Warrior of the Dog, "So what'cha doing here Puppy?"

Dotsuku casually glanced at Usagi and said, "I was looking for some of my tools that have gone missing." The Warrior of the Rabbit gave the Dog Warrior a silly grin. Dotsuku then said, "We can't keep all those rabbits, and need I remind you that you're already over the pet limit." Usagi whined and said that he was already started making huts for them. Dotsuku rolled his eyes before saying, "Then you can give them to the ones that are going to their new homes, I'm sure their new caretakers will appreciate it."

This cheered Usagi up right away.

Dotsuku turned to leave before saying, "Just make sure you return the tools to me when you're done with them, alright Usagi." The Rabbit Warrior nodded happily. The Dog Warrior glanced at the others and said, "And good luck on your "Mission Prep", and don't go overboard." He then left.

... That was close...

~}i{ Later That Night }i{~

It was Dotsuku's turn to cook and he made pasta salad with red sauce and chicken for everyone.

"Yum, Dotsuku, what's the occasion?" Tora asked as she rubbed her full stomach with a satisfied smile.

Dotsuku shrugged and said, "No occasion, just felt like making this."

The 12 Warriors' dinner continued peacefully, until Niwatori, Inounoshi, and the Twins felt something in their guts churned uncomfortably. Ushii noticed this and asked, "Is something wrong? You four are looking a little pale."

They waved it off as nothing until it felt like a bomb exploded in their guts. Niwatori, Inounoshishi, Dragon and Snake then bolted out of the dining room shouting something along the line of "BATHROOM!!!"

Sharyū turned her attention to Dotsuku, who didn't seem all that bothered by the four's sudden departure, and asked, "Really Dotsuku-san? You put laxatives in their food?"

Dotsuku smirked and said, "You rather I'd use something more lethal? I wanted to teach them a lesson in meddling in others personal lives, I wasn't planning on killing them."

Sharyū frowned when Nezumi stated, "Let's just be thankful that we have our own personal bathrooms and have a nice quiet night tonight."

Hitsuji took a sip of his drink before saying, "I'll have to agree with Nezumi on that."

Usagi didn't quite understand what was going on, but for some reason, he felt like he was forgetting something...

"Oh, now I remember!" Usagi said out of nowhere, getting everyone's attention. The Warrior of the Rabbit turned towards Dotsuku and asked, "Niwatori is planning a surprise birthday party for you and wanted to know your personal preference to make it really special~."

Everyone just stared at Usagi with sweatdrops on their heads as Dotsuku said, "So that's what their pestering was about... Uhh, I'm not much of a party person, especially loud birthday parties..."

"Oh... Okay... Can we still have cake?" Usagi asked curiously.

Sharyū gave a small smile when she said, "Sure, I'll make the cake."

Dotsuku folded his arms when he said, "Cake's fine, but no candles or that 'happy birthday' song. I don't want to make this a big deal."

Tora pounced on Dotsuku from behind when she said cheerfully, "Aww~, come on~, it's your birthday~."

Dotsuku frowned when he said, "If you don't sing that stupid birthday song, I'll bring some of that sake you like." Tora quickly said, "Deal" without letting go of the Dog Warrior.

Nezumi took a drink of his water when he thought, 'Well, that actually worked out better than I thought. Then again, Niwatori, Inounoshishi, and the Twins made good pawns in this.'
